All I have heard since I moved here 5 years ago is how unresponsive and unprofessional the trade services are and I have found that to be accurate. Well-Dustin and his organization have proved me wrong! They repaired the side of my garage that my ac unit was attached to. Rotten wood replaced, stucco repaired and painted to match. They honored the estimate and got it done within a week of coming out. Kudos to you all!! Elizabeth in the office was 100% pleasant and professional. My only regret is I didn’t find them sooner. I now know who to call when I need ANYTHING.

Dustin had one of his guys, Jacob, come and fix a problem for us. We have a relatively newly constructed home where the builder neglected to vent two bathroom exhaust fans to the exterior of the house. This was causing a mold problem that was hard to diagnose. So disappointing. I made a request for services in advance to fix a drawer in my condo. The appointment was confirmed. In fact, after I scheduled the appointment, I received an email with the technician that would be coming out. I received an email the morning of the appointment advising the technician would be coming at the previously agreed upon time.The company called me 20 minutes after they were supposed to be there to advise me they do not come out for jobs under $500. Seriously!? I told the person I first spoke with I was coming from out of town, so I’ve wasted four hours of my day. A good business would do the job anyway as this is their error. This company is trying to scam people out of their money…or the people setting appointments are incompetent. Either way, I would not recommend.Try someone else first.

Scheduled an appointment a little over a week in advance for 10 AM the following week. The evening before the appointment, I received an email requesting to move the time to 4 PM the next afternoon. I responded that was fine.At 2:45 PM I received a second email asking if I could meet at 3 PM. I was working with another contractor, so I didn’t have time to respond to the second email.When I left to pickup our children from school, Dustin walked up our driveway, kindly introduced himself, and offered his business card. I explained that I couldn’t meet at that very time, but I would return home no later than 3:30 PM. Dustin stated that was fine and he had another client he would meet with until then.At 4:45 PM he had not returned. I called the office and explained the situation. The lady said she’d reach out to Dustin.At 4:54 PM I received the following text from Dustin: “Lynn this is Dustin with Foundation up. I just got done with my appointment. I apologize if it took longer than you thought.”My response: “We had a standing 4pm appt since you asked to reschedule our original 10 am appt. When you came by earlier in the day, I had prior commitments & couldn't stop to meet with you. You did share that you were going to swing by someone else's house, but we did not discuss changing our 4 pm. I assumed you would honor our scheduled time...esp. since it was amended at your request”Based on the other stellar reviews for this business, I was truly looking forward to possibly having found someone that was timely and did great work. It was disheartening to have scheduled my time with this company only to have them not follow through.Sadly, this was not a good first impression. I have yet to hear back from them after my second text with Dustin. We are back where we started in our quest to find a handyman that honors time commitments and does the agreed upon work to standard.
