I called Lowcountry Roof Repairs and they were able to come over and check my leak very quickly. After 8 years and many people sent to find the leak i think it is finally fixed!!!n They also warned me of some trouble spots that will be poppoing up in the near future. Some people would say they were just after more business but I don't see it that way. They were nice enough to provide some preventative information so I can catch these ares before they actually turn into a leak. Thank you Steve and Kelly.

I discovered a roof leak in my parents home and needed to take care of it promptly. I called 2 "big name" roofers in the area and no one even returned my phone call. I called Lowcountry Roof Repairs and a real live person answered the phone. They came right out and told me what the problem was. They gave me a upfront quote (very reasonable) and repaired the problem very quickly. Thanks to the owners Kelly, Steve and Wade! Great small locally owned company who really cares. I am so thankful to have found Steve and Kelly to come assess our roof regarding an ongoing wasp invasion near our roofline. Having a relatively new house, I didn’t expect some of the things that Steve noticed right off the bat that needed work to prevent future leaks and other problems (precautions that should have been taken by the original roofing company but were not). They were so kind and friendly — worked with us on pricing and even returned multiple times to make sure our wasp issue was completely resolved at no further charge. Low country did a great job of cleaning my gutters and repairing downspouts and drainage after several years of poor maintenance. They assured me good maintenance and not new gutters would meet the needs for adequate drainage. Their prices were fair and they responded promptly. Lowcountry Roof Rapairs did a fantastic job repairing and upgrading my roof. After being away for three weeks, I came home to find a hole had been chewed in my roof above the overhang by a raccoon. I was also having a leaky skylight above the guest bathroom. I called Lowcountry Roof Repairs on a Saturday and in about two hours Steve and Kelly showed up to assess the damage and recommended a plan of action. They were very prompt and kept me up-to-date as the repairs went along. They also made suggestions on how maintain the roof in order to get the most life out of it. They were able to exactly match the paint needed for the fascia and soffit replacement. Their proposal included a one-time removal of tree debris from the entire roof, new boots for the pipe vents, and modern skylights that are flush with the roof. I am a night shift worker, and they were able to complete each stage of the repair by lunch time which allowed me to sleep during the afternoons. I have already recommended their services to a coworker and will definitely call them again for any future repairs or roof maintenance. Thanks Steve, Kelly, and Wade!

Kelly and her husband are the most sweetest and honest people I have ever met. I called two other roofing companies and they told me I needed a new roof and if they fixed the leak it would cost me alot more without any warranties. I called them at the last minute and they said they can fix it with a warranty and the price was reasonable. Kelly emailed me a quote and I agree, she schedule a time and fixed my roof quickly. A tree on the adjacent lot fell during a wind storm and the top crashed through one of our skylights. Steve and Kelli came out on a Sunday within an hour of our call to assess the situation and provide the emergency repair until the replacement skylight and some roofing, gutter, and stucco repair could be done. They finished up the job last week and we are very satisfied with the work they did and the quality of their communication with us.
