The Randy Jeffcoat team built our beautiful home in Bluffton. We moved in at the start of November 2023. We worked with them from the initial design stage thru building and completion. We had never built a home before and they were a perfect partner to work with. They build wonderful homes with an eye to detail, great follow up, and fantastic communication. Their staff are knowledgeable, professional and manage a crew of subs that are always on time, efficient, and very good at their crafts. Most importantly on budget and on time. We are very happy with our choice of Jeffcoat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality builder in the Low Country.

It is hard to say what part of this process was the most enjoyable because from start to finish the Jeffcoat team dedicated themselves to the quality build of our home. We started by sitting down with 7 or 8 local builders, and it was evident Randy Jeffcoat and his team had all the right answers. From our viewpoint no other builder came close to the vibe we got from them. Each member of their family and team went above and beyond to make sure that everything went perfectly. We had our first home built up north and certainly know all the little things that could go wrong as there are many moving parts to the process. Randy Jeffcoat’s experience was front and center every step of the way. Honesty was also a centerpiece of the way they do business. Even when prices would come down we were sure to reap the benefits of it. But perhaps the one thing that sticks out the most was when we were in a crunch to move out of our rental home because of a sale, and the owner Randy Jeffcoat looked us in the eye and promised that he would give us the keys on the target date that we needed. Sure enough, it was on that day we were handed the keys. There is no smoke and mirrors to their process, because it’s all rooted in trust. What was promised is what was accomplished, and then some. We don’t want to forget to mention there were surprise upgrades we didn’t expect.Rhett, Trey, Brenda, and Randy Jeffcoat are a family force that, in our humble opinion, make them the finest builder in the area. Another important area for us is communication when a home is built, and there was no shortage of that from them. Our project manager Josh had patience with us, and worked on the finest details of the build. Ashley helped us with our ideas and designs so our home would turn out to be not just grand, put perfect. We highly recommend Randy Jeffcoat to build your dream home! As a first time home builders, moving to a new state and finding just the right builder for our forever home was a bit daunting. We did our homework of course, but once interviewing with Randy and his family run business it was an easy choice to pick them for the job! We live in a community where talk gets around on which builder stands behind his work and have learnt through our 2.5 year relationship with the Jeffcoat team that their reputation, experience and reliability is of the utmost importance to them and paramount in our small community of Bluffton, SC! Jeffcoat builders built our home on Hilton Head Island while we were living in New England, I can't say enough about their reliability and trust and quality from the day we started the project. They were on time, on budget, no issues at all, we came down every 8 weeks to make decisions and check on progress, we couldn't have been more satisfied with their company and everyone that worked with us. We have been in our home full time now for 5 months. They have addressed even the smallest of issues immediately and we had so few from the minute we took the keys! Would highly recommend this team, you won't regret it and will LOVE your home!!!
