I've had a really hit and mostly miss communication stream from this company out in the greater Denver area. Initially told it was 6-8 weeks (but could be sooner) for the roof which I was fine with, and as soon as I've provided them funds for our replacement I was ghosted for nearly a month after numerous outreaches to my contact Tyler I was working with. Not looking for a specific date or anything just a more narrowed down range.His supervisor, Matt, was more proactive about reaching out but after we've had a few delays and reschedules for the roof and gutters. Picking up after the crew, there being a wide disconnect between the crew and what's being communicated to me. I just want to move on from the rest of the items they were going to repair.Matt told me almost a week ago that I'd be provided details on the balance of my roof and now he too has disappeared.I would not recommend this company and their approach and communication has left me feeling scammed.

Took over six months to get done partially due to previously installed SunRun solar panels which I was told would not be a problem. After receiving checks to start work, communication was nonexistent and I had to call twice a week over several months to get updates. Subcontracted crew arrived in unmarked vehicles and no one appeared to speak English which made communication difficult. Forklift tire marks were left on my driveway that I had to pressure wash to remove. They stepped on new landscaping, breaking several branches. Nails, cigarettes and pieces of roofing were left on the ground, in my attic and in my gutters after Roofco said they cleaned up. Roof looks shoddy and nail heads are visible through many shingles. My original roof was much better in quality and appearance. On a positive note, it doesn’t leak…Service: Roof installation

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. Do not sign anything about signing over checks to them. Gave them a check from the Insurance, then we were ghosted for a month or so. Had our adjuster readjus our estimate. Then they continued to not return phone calls . I couldn’t get a timeframe from them. They finally called said they would be out the next week. So this was from the beginning of November till the end of February. This shouldn’t be this difficult. Their boy Nick sounded like he was reading from a script, I asked questions, never could get a direct answer from him or anyone from that CO. Each person we spoke with would tell us a different thing. One denied ever contacting me. Tyler tried to act like he was a long lost friend of my husbands. They were hired to do a job, not become best buddies with them. They have an unscrupulous way of drumming up business. They call to come by and look at your roof. Then say oh we got people that will do this and that., Never did a supervisor come to check on the employees. Or after the work was completed . I even had them urinating in my yard. They ended up working way past dark putting on the roof. No light at all. They damaged our gutters beyond repair. I have asked for paperwork for a couple of weeks. I wanted a break down for the work done. A certificate of completion I am still waiting., still no paperwork They have taken the money and ran.Please go somewhere else to do your business, . Not Roof Co.

A wonderful experience from beginning to the final inspection. Met Matt Oliverio, when my nextdoor neighbor was replacing her roof due to hail damage and he offered to take a look at my roof. Like her I needed a total replacement, but Matt said he would walk me through the entire job and he kept his word.. From the start ROOF CO were courteous, professional, and actually returned phone calls ( rare in many companies today). The crew chiefs, Tyler & Jacob, both checked on the progress & to make sure I was pleased with everything..in just 1 day I had a beautiful new roof & a super clean job site.. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roof Co. to family, friends & neighbors for a superior roof and wonderful company to work with. The work was well done by the crew. They did replace some boards without telling me first, did not include it on the final bill and then harassed me for payment. They did not offer to work with me as it was not pre approved and I was already finished with the work.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation
