We were able to get an appointment for a roof inspection in a reasonable time frame. Mitch was there on time. He was very personable and friendly. He took time to explain what he would be doing. After the inspection, he had numerous pictures for us to see what was good and problematic with the roof. We only had minor issues, so he was able to give us a quote and do the minor repairs that visit. Very knowledgeable when discussing roofs and issues. Roofcrafters did an outstanding job a few years ago adding a TPO covering on my flat roof section. Now my chimney caps had rusted out and it was time to change them. I called Roofcrafters and they were happy to come out and look. They gave me a very reasonable estimate and would make them out of aluminum and stainless steel. They came out and replaced them. Pauley did a great job and even caulked an extra area that needed it without any additional cost. I was very happy with job and extra care putting the caps on the chimney. They looked great too and matched the old ones very closely. I would recommend using them again.

After a local handyman did some small repairs around our house, he indicated he saw some roof damage. After checking with friends and neighbors we got many recommendations for RoofCrafters, Anthony (and later Angel as the job supervisor) immediately returned our call. and easily guided us through the whole process from start to finish. The crew completed the entire job in two days - even though there was very high heat and humidity as well as one huge storm the first afternoon (during which they quickly covered the roof with large tarps). Our roof had experienced some damage from multiple hail storms and we started to experience some leaking issues. We decided to call Anthony Marzbanian from RoofCrafters to check out the damage and recommend a course of action.All I can say is that Anthony was amazing. He walked us through the insurance maze, had shingle samples sent to our home so we could select our favorites, and even lined up a painter for the interior wall water damage suffered from our previous leaky roof. Update:Roof Crafters just completed our roof replacement. They did an outstanding job. Really appreciated their having a project supervisor (Jordan) - but the entire crew was great. The roof looks great, We added some metal roof over our front & back porches.Several neighbors expressed wanting their contact info as they watched the process, their team & the clean up.My friend Anthony also came back to check the work & ensure we were pleased.Previous review prior to work completion:Working with Anthony Marzbanian of Roof Crafters. Anthony has been awesome in working with our insurance company/adjuster and especially in helping us with items we would not think about. When we had a leak in our roof we started looking for a great company and Roof Crafters was highly recommended. Jamie came out to inspect the roof and found several causes for concern. It ended up that our roof did have a leak in an area identified by Jamie, and we could see damage to our interior walls. Roof Crafters actually sent out a crew to cover the area with a tarp to prevent any further damage prior to our install. The office staff coordinated the days and times that the roof install could take place around bad weather. The process was very professional and we were always told of anything relating to our roof. Everyone went Above and Beyond! Kevin was our manager and he did a great job overseeing all of the work from start to finish. We had a great crew and they did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had some other local roofing company come out and tell us we had hail damage and need to file a claim. We filed a claim and the adjuster only approved a small repair. I told the roofer and that was the last time we spoke. He stopped answering my phone calls. I spoke to a friend and he told me to call RoofCrafters and ask for Johnny Girard. Johnny came out and spent 3 HOURS on my roof marking hail damage and taking pictures. He sent everything to the adjuster. The adjuster met Johnny at the house and he showed the adjuster all the damage. That same day the adjuster called me and told me they were replacing my entire roof. RoofCrafters came out and replaced the roof and did an amazing job. The crew was awesome. We got a brand new roof and all we paid was our deductible. We get complements all the time from our neighbors and friends. We developed a small leak in the valley of our roof. I contacted Mitch and he happened to be in our neighborhood and he promptly came out to look at it. He found the problem area and said we would be contacted shortly for an appointment to repair area. A couple of days later we received an email that a crew would be here on a Monday giving us a time frame of 8 to 11. They showed up at 11 and repaired the problem showing me photos of the before and after repair. They have an excellent warranty and we were covered for repairs. Very polite and efficient roofers. We recently moved to Beaufort from Ohio. We knew when we purchased this home, that a new roof had to go on, quickly. We got 3 bids, all were within a $12000-$15000 range.We decided to go with RoofCrafters, as they had the best price with the best warranty and customer service, total bill $15389. Dillon Chancey our sales man, outstanding individual. His follow up skills and communication with us was outstanding. He explained the entire process to us and what we should expect when the crew(s) showed up to start doing the work.Our roof is oddly shaped and RoofCrafters had 2 sub contractor crews do the job. This is when we met Field Supervisor Tony Roberson.This is where our review gets tricky. We give Tony Roberson ten stars! If Tony had not been so responsive, this entire project could have wound up in litigation. The sub workers left so much construction junk in our yard, metal sheets, a chuck of metal just hanging from our roof, shingles in our trees, and 100's of nails in our yard and driveway. As Tony worked at cleaning up the mess left behind, he also went up on the roof. Found areas that had not been caulked, flashing that had not been installed, tar or roof residue all over out porch and sidewalks, but nails...nails everywhere.We thought we had gotten them all and Tony Roberson left to head for home (2 hour drive away). My disabled son and I got in the truck to run some errands and the sensor was tripped that we had a nail in our tire. I called Tony, not knowing where to go, the day after Thanksgiving a lot of places were closed. Not only did Tony turn around and come back, he found an open tire place. I got air in the tire and we headed to meet Tony at Bernards Tire.The truck is a 2021 with 7500 miles on it. The tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced. There was no discussion, no finger pointing, no "let me talk to my supervisor", just Tony making all the right decisions to save his company a bad review. A brand new tire went on the truck, then Tony drove all the way back to our house and went over the drive way and yard 3 more times with a magnet and found at least 150 more nails.Tony was in the drive, waiting for me to return with my son, and go over everything he did while we were out.RoofCrafters did everything they could to make the job right. We are beyond satisfied with the RoofCrafter employees. Their sub working crew is another story. We were very uneasy about 2 guys, up on our roof, hours after it had gotten dark, just using their cell phones for lights. We told them to come back the next day when it was safer, but they did not respond. RoofCrafters needs more Tony's out in the field. You cannot expect 1 field supervisor to be running jobs in Georgia and South Carolina simultaneously. RoofCrafters is lucky none of these sub workers fell off the roof.Would I recommend RoofCrafters to my neighbors? Yes, as long as Tony Roberson is running the work crew. I feel very confident that RoofCrafters will stand behind their work and their warranty. They have a very good face of the company out in the field. Thank you Tony. As for the sub worker crew? My stepfather and I recently had to take on the task of remodeling his father's vacation home in South Carolina over the past couple of months. With all of the inside taken care of, the only thing remaining was the roof. Being that the roof is such a vital piece of the puzzle and can ultimately make or break a home, we decided to allow a company who specializes in that line of work take care of everything. After speaking with several companies and getting a feel with who we wanted to and trust with the tasks, we ended up settling on roofcrafters. The outcome is phenomenal! We couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out! The entire crew was very respectful and professional. Jordan Summit was our project manager and made everything such a breeze. Jordan was so professional with how he handled everything and anytime a minor issue came up, Jordan already had a solution and plan to execute it before we could even think to worry.20/10 would recommend not only Roof Crafters, but request Jordan specifically if possible! There comes a time to post a review for a company that has done an outstanding professional finish to a job that will last years. How often is it that a customer who contracted with a roofing company having a 5-year warranty that was beyond 7 years and the roofing company returned to fix a problem. I know the customer who related it to me.I had personal experience replacing my roof with the same company. In 2012 after having reviewed four bids, my gut told me to select Roofcrafters. Some bids were higher, some lower. I realized that a higher bid of $500 divided over a twenty-year period to save $25 bucks a year and go with the cheapest bid was a non-starter for me. My gut said to choose Roofcrafters, and boy was I right. Nicole Corson and Dave Owen are the owners of this business. I live in a community approaching around 18,000 homes and know for a fact that Roofcrafters has replaced and fixed over 2,000 roofs within this community.After having them replace my roof in 2012, Dave asked me to represent them. I told him I can't do that. He said why not, I said because I don't want any problems, a lot of the residents are my friends. Dave said, did you have a problem with me? I said no, then why do you think I would have a problem with anyone else? I said okay, your right, I will represent you. With all the homes we have done within the community, over 99.99% have never called back because of a problem, and when there was one like the person out of warranty, we returned to fix the problem. No one ever looks forward to having to replace their roof but I can say roof crafters made it a painless experience. I called a couple different roofing places for estimates, the other companies I called had actually made me feel like I was bothering them trying to get an estimate. Roof Crafters showed up same day, very polite, the estimate fell within my budget and I was able to schedule the replacement before any of the other companies even bothered to come out. The roof is beautiful! I have had roofs replaced before and I can say 100% this was the easiest experience.
