Grander constructed and multilevel covered patio on the back of our home. I had several contractors quote and none had any acceptable solutions that would look nice to our home. Micah knew right away how to give us all that we wanted in an outdoor space and still work nicely with the existing architecture. The carpentry and mason work is stunning. We hired Grander after obtaining several estimates from other contractors. Our project included rebuilding and increasing the size of an existing deck, extending a large gable roof line out to accommodate an outdoor porch addition and connecting two covered porches with a pergola structure. We were impressed by Micah’s knowledge and completed project work. Micah was easy to reach, responsive and professional throughout the entire project. Micah helped us with design decisions and updated estimates in a timely manner as we finalized the plans. His team was here everyday as scheduled and completed the entire project within the specified time frame. They provided high quality workmanship and adapted easily to a few change orders along the way. Micah monitored the project closely and worked alongside his team when needed. We are extremely happy with the completed project and how it compliments our existing home. Thank you Grander for a job well done and the creating the custom look we were looking for.

I used Grander Construction LLC and they did such a beautiful job enclosing 1 end of a room using windows and sliding glass doors. They used a 3 young man team and put on a gable patio attached roof. They were the best team I ever saw how they worked together and was so preside on everything and kept everything picked up I will use them on any other project that I may have. Highly recommend Grander Construction. We’ve dealt with other contractors in the past and all the frustrations that come with coordinating sub contractors. Mika has his own crew and everything went according to schedule. He kept his word on every aspect of the schedule. They showed up on the days they said they would come, they showed up at the time they said they would arrive and completed the work by the timeline we were given. Our driveway, stamped concrete and porch are beautiful. High quality work. We plan to use Mika and his crew for all on going projects we have planned. Our neighbors loved what we did and intent to use him too. High integrity company to work with.
