As a business owner for almost 30 years, I have been involved in multiple facility expansions of our various sites. Typically, these expansions have been major additions to existing facilities where it was critical that we maintain operational control and integrity of the main building, while adding on at the same time. With as many contingencies as possible in place for these projects, we have never had a smooth experience due to a variety of issues. With a planned 10,000 square foot expansion of our Lexington facility, I wasn’t sure what to expect this time around. However, when I interviewed Chad Lindler at Chapin Commercial Construction, I was blown away at the detail and methodical approach he took to the planning of our expansion. It was considerably more than what I had experienced in the past. I didn’t bother interviewing any other contractors for the expansion. The entire project from concept to completion was unbelievable in both detail, quality of work, timeliness and most importantly budget. Chad and his team were fantastic to work with at every level. Equally impressive was the array of sub-contractors that were always on time and thorough with the scope of work that had to be completed. Having dealt with other contractors over the years with excuses for delays, poor subs and cost overruns, I couldn’t believe how awesome the experience was with Chapin Commercial Construction. In a time when costs are spiraling out of control and people typically won’t show up for jobs or work, I honestly couldn’t believe how well our building expansion was handled. Chapin Commercial Construction will always have our business moving forward and if anyone is looking at contractors for their project, don’t bother interviewing anyone else. Trust me . . . . there isn’t anyone else out there that can come close to competing with Chapin Commercial Construction!
