Had Mr Shealy come out to give me a quote on a new build or remodel and Once we met never heard from him again. Could have at least told me up front he was not interested at all. I understand not being interested in the remodel, but to practically ghost a potential client on a complete new build. I tried calling and emailing with no response for 2 weeks after we met. Was told I would have quote within a day or 2. I even waited over a holiday weekend. Then after 2 weeks I tried calling for final time only to be told he is now out of country. The secretary is very polite.
