During a heavy rain, water started coming through my kitchen light fixture. Stephanie Gregory quickly quickly made an appointment for Eric Youngblood to do a free inspection of my roof. Eric was prompt and easy to talk to. After discovering there was a leak around the plumbing vent boot, he caulked it and all my other vents at no charge. I highly recommend Bros. The owner wanted to charge me $250 to sign off on some curling shingles I had that I had fixed myself. All I needed was an invoice/paper that says the shingles are fine, which they are.This was an administrative favor I was asking for, which would have taken his contractor 30 min max. I was ready to give $60 in cash, even though that’s probably still too much.I’m a contractor and often need a roofer, I was hoping Brothers Roofing could be professional, with the aim of getting plenty of business referred by me in the future. Disappointed.

Bros. Roofing & Repairs, LLC conducted a roof inspection for one of my buyer clients recently. I was able to negotiate a new roof for my buyers based on the roof inspection. Bros. Roofing not only inspected the roof but also installed the new roof and helped the sellers with their insurance claim.
