Our builder contracted this company to install our heat pump and air handler in 2017. In 2018 we had issues with our system. It took 4-5 phone calls for them to respond. They finally showed up at 8 PM that evening. The air handler pan was full of water causing the emergency shut off to turn the unit off. This last weekend we had the exact same issue. Saturday the 12th of October I went into the attic and carried down 2 large buckets of water. Then Sunday morning I used a compressor and blew out the clogged lines. We called them about this problem and they have NOT returned any of our calls. Just know that if these people install your system you will NOT get any service from. Call someone else. I do NOT recommend this company at all.

Trying to get my A/C fixed and for what I needed done Dove's was recommended but, they dont answer the phone nor do they return calls when left a message. If something happen to where you can't, you should try to let people know, maybe change the voicemail.
