If I could give zero stars, I would. They destroyed several expensive plants. They did not respond whatsoever about replacing, or refunding the money spent for my newly landscaped yard. The owner is non responsive, and in not any way respectful of the client. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, STAY AWAY! They do not have any INTEGRITY. They will not back up promises, and lie about their guarantees, if plants are damaged they will NOT replace or refund. Look at their reports on Glass Door, their employees reviews of this company and the owner.I am sorry I did not research this company well enough before using them!The last time I talked with them they said, "The Checks In the Mail!" This has been an ongoing issue of no response, even after they said that!I suggest you Don't use them very strongly, no matter what!!!

I called Precision Pro Wash for an estimate to clean the siding on my home as well as the gutters, the roof which had stains from mold and mildew. They also cleaned the concrete driveway. They came to clean when they gave me a date to start. Everything was cleaned to my satisfaction! I was very pleased with the work that was done. Everything was left in good order. Third time customer! I really like the low pressure, damage free process on my vinyl siding. Does the job safely without harm to plants. I added gutter cleaning as well as front porch concrete cleaning on this service. Great crew were friendly and professional, did a great job. Thanks to Todd and his associates. We used Precision for the Christmas lights service. Wow! What an incredible job. And both the sales person and the installer were super nice and very professional. Not only is our house the nicest in the neighborhood for our decorations, but they come to take them down and store them until next year. This spring, we plan to use them to wash our house, too.

Third time I have used Precision Pro Wash over the years. As usual, our home received another high quality, professional, thorough cleaning. The technicians arrived on time, reviewed the estimate, and checked in with me several times during the course of the work, to make sure I was satisfied. Everyone from the receptionist, estimator (Matthew), two technicians, general manager (Josh) were courteous and helpful. This service included driveway, walkways, deck, gutters and some stubborn exterior stains on the chimney. Our house looks brand new. Thank you Precision. There is a reason why we are repeat customers.

The house looked great! However the over spray killed several of my flowers. I had to replace them quickly because we had planned a Fourth of July party. The over spray also left spots on my vehicle. I ran it through the wash twice, my husband waxed what he could, but it still left spots. Precision Pro Wash was fast to contact me with the issues. Hopefully all of the issues will be resolved soon.

They came to my house to give me a quote. Very professional and received the quote on the spot.They did they install and they were on time which is rare now a days . They completed the job and a little while later I decided we needed more lights. Matt and the guys from Precision Pro Wash did a great job doing the 3 stage soft wash on our 4 year old fence. It was quite ugly from not being stained or sealed, but after they worked their magic, our fence looked brand new like it was just built! We would highly recommend these guys!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately, I provided several opportunities for this company to repair the damage they caused to our stucco walls. The company specifically told me prior to their cleaning that they had a gentle process that would not damage our property, but in fact the process they used ripped off large sections of stucco. A significant concern I would like to point out to potential future clients is the extremely poor customer service that was displayed to us with respect to our concerns and follow up.

We had a great experience with Precision Pro Wash, after they were recommended by a roofer to clean our roof. The telephone receptionist was very friendly and kept us informed of the schedule. Patrick, the owner, was prompt, professional, and low pressure when coming to evaluate and give us an estimate. We had initially planned to have the roof, deck, and house cleaned, but the extra cost to do windows and our large circular concrete driveway was minimal, so we elected to do the total package. I was expecting it to take several days, but it was all completed in one day, and the crew was also very professional and efficient. There were only a couple of minor issues, but they came back the next day after one call and took care of everything, with a follow up phone call to verify that we were satisfied.I don’t fully understand all the technology of soft cleaning with chemicals, but all surfaces were done without pressure except the driveway, and the results far exceeded my expectations. The roof, siding and deck all look like new, and the driveway looks white again.We have had several services pressure wash our house and deck, but the results were never this good. I would highly recommend Precision Pro Wash with no hesitation.I’m editing this review on January 21 to add additional positive information. About 1 week after our cleaning, I discovered dark red and purple bird poop all over our driveway and deck, from a flock of migrating blackbirds. They appeared to leave after 2 days, and I washed off the droppings with a hose, but there were still stains left, especially on the concrete driveway. I call Precision Pro Wash yesterday morning just to ask for recommendations about what I could use to remove these. Patrick came by yesterday afternoon and retreated these spots on wide areas without charge. Needless to say, I was astonished but extremely grateful for this service that went far above and beyond any obligation, since obviously the birds had nothing to do with their original treatment.Services: Interior & exterior window cleaning, Power/pressure washing, Rooftop/skylight cleaning
