I have never work with Fort Mill Handyman before but had some roof shingles that needed repairing before rain caused more damage. I contacted Koester, and he called me back immediately even though he was on vacation. We sized up the problem, and he schedule his team to come to my home the next day. They arrived early, completed the repair safely and completely. His guys were professional and a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to working with them for future projects. Door jamb replacement. The service person did not do a good job and didnt seem like he was interested in his work. The door would not close properly after he was done. Instead of adding a larger piece to replace, he added 3 smaller pieces with wood filler in between. It's already needing rework less than 2 years later. For comparison, the side they didn't work on is still going strong.

The owner was outstanding. The contractor was outstanding. We were in a pickle. Moving just a few weeks away we needed his services asap. To our astonishment he and the the contractor made it to our home for same day repairs. I would highly recommend this company. Unfortunately this guy isn’t an honest person. He was driving impaired and hit my sons car and our mailbox. Have a video of him on my ring doorbell of him admitting he hit my sons car. Said he didn’t have his insurance with him so promised he’d make it right and take care of us which was 3 days ago. He isn’t responding to my phone calls or texts. Very shady and I hope no one uses him for their handyman needs. I’m a business owner as well and wouldn’t post this if I felt I had another option.

Excellent response time and service even in this COVID depleted time. I had a unique repair needed for a crack in the driveway and garage area, and they were able to respond with a fair estimate, honest advice, and excellent service! Made several trips to hang TVs and made a huge hole in wall to hide wires. Was actually going to put tv and soundbar wires in the wall. Also, borrowed a DeWalt battery and left with it. Never heard back. So I’m left with cut drywall and a stolen battery. He’s a talker, shows up and always has a story to leave. The address for Fort Mill Handyman doesn't exist unless they are using the printshop/UPS shop using a non-existent suite number. There is 1646 hwy 160, but suite numbers are only 100. Red flag. Believe the reviews about Barret, a drunktard for sure

All I can say it’s I have the best experience ever. As a home owner I have contracting other contractors in the past but these people outstanding all my expectations. Quality 100% and they were on time finishing the project. Highly recommend!!!
