Just WOW! I had an incredible experience with Merritt, from their team to their pricing to the overall quality of work! Mitchell was the project manager and he was wise beyond his years. I would liken him to a doctor with great bedside manner, as he was able to offer exceptional customer service while explaining the process and estimate in laymen’s terms for me!Once the day came for our work to be done, the team was on-time, extremely efficient and were done by early afternoon!I’ll be singing the praise of Merritt, Mitchell and the entire team there who made a headache, for myself and our tenants, go away with my confidence that this problem is solved!

On 2/9/2024 Merritt Roofing replaced our roof. Caleb, the Project Manager was great. He was there from start to finish and was always available to answer any question or concerns we had. When ever we needed information or assistance from the office, Courtney was always quick to respond the us and help us. On the day the crew showed up they arrived before sunrise. The crew was great. They all work so well together. They replaced the roof and cleaned everything up when they were done. Everyone we delt with were very professional. Called Merritt roofing,when company that installed roof on new house,about two years ago,from Charlotte, would not come out ,to inspect an area of concern, without a minimum charge of 175.00,and with a less than helpful attitude, especially from management. Jared with Merritt Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with. Quick and easy communication, delivered what he promised and is currently still fighting an insurance battle for me. He patched a hole for me and then quickly had me an estimate and work was completed the same week. I could not recommend a company or rep more than Merritt and Jared. It's tough to find good contractors these days but this is one!

They finished my roof today (Diane Beatty) excellent job by James who walked me through the entire process and met with my insurance adjuster after a storm that damaged my roof. They were on time, the crew was incredible and took the extra steps to move my potted plants, grill and decor so it would not get messed up. They placed everything back after. I could tell the crew love what they do and they had great attitudes, were happy and laughing. I'll recommend this company to everyone I know!

The hurricane that came through Fort Mill must’ve made some damage on my roof because less than 24 hours later I had water puddling in my living room ceiling. I panicked! Highly recommend Merritt roofing! We called just needing some flashing around our chimney replaced. The shingles that was needing removed for repair was replaced with some that they tried to match with the old shingle. Although, we wanted the shingles to be replaced with original brand and color. We had the roof soft washed and the new shingles was very noticeable. They special ordered the shingles, came back and replaced with the original brand and color and looks wonderful. Great job in stepping up and doing the right thing. Not a lot of businesses do that these days.

Chris and his team were not only professional and quick in response, they were thorough and made sure that nothing was overlooked. I had a bathroom vent that was leaking and Chris made sure to send out his adjuster to overlook the entire roof incase there was more damage that we didn't know about due to the recent storms. Installation was within needed time frame and was finished when they said it would be. The installation crew was mindful of our property and did a very professional job. I had a complicated roof claim! Ryan was knowledgeable and super patient and assuring with what was going to happen during the process. Remember when the claims rep comes to inspect the damages, he is looking out for himself and his company's interests. A good roof rep will have your back, which is exactly what happened. Merritt Roofing bent over backwards to get my roof up with my intense schedule and I am extremely happy with how everything was handled in a very professional way!
