I can't speak to Good value because I didn't comparison shop. I was referred to Mark Davis of "Mr. Roofer". From the time he came over to understand our problem and scope out the work, he was professional, good listener, and responsive. He identified where our leak was coming from and prepared a couple of quotes. Once we signed the agreement, they were out the following week to complete the work. Mark was super responsive in coming out to look at the issue, did a thorough inspection of the roof for damage, and was knowledgeable and experienced explaining to me what was going on with it. Mark is just an all around good guy. Very knowledgeable in the trade, been doing this for a long time and believes the job must be done correct. I also appreciate he doesn't over exaggerate the issue.
