We had our roof done back in 2021 from them! The work that they done is great and was done professionally. We’re in the process of selling our home and we had a home inspection done. Home inspector stated there was damage to the roof that was from poor installation (which we knew there wasn’t! It was just done!) it was going to cost me as the buyer wanted it covered and with Browns roofing we know we have a warranty so I did reach out about the issue. I spoke with Alex who did come out the next few days to look at the roof and saw nothing was wrong! He wrote up a document for us and I sent it off to the buyer. The buyer did come back knocking it off our repair price as there was nothing wrong with our roof and that the warranty is transferable to the new owners. Thank you Alex for working with us! Paul Brown's Roofing just finished the roofing project on our townhome community. We had to have the project split into 2 phases. They did a great job. Quality of the work was excellent. The workers were very responsive to any requests we had and were very respectful to our residents. Alex and Hayden were the senior managers on the job. 5 stars doesn't seem like nearly enough to say how thankful and pleased I am with Paul Browns Roofing and Hayden (the sales rep). I originally called seeking an estimate for a roof replacement and was prepared to spend almost $10,000 out of pocket based on other quotes I'd received prior. Thank the lord I called these guys... Hayden came out to meet with me and look over the roof; after inspecting our home he noted that there was storm damage on the roof which ultimately allowed us to pursue an insurance claim to pay for a new roof. He even offered to help us file the claim and walk us through the proper channels and processes to ensure it was done in a timely manner. He kept us updated throughout the entire roof replacement process and ensured we were up to date with everything and had answers to our many questions. Now I'm able to enjoy my new roof without a chunk of money missing from my bank account. We had a hail storm come through our neighborhood and we weren't sure if we had any damage to our roof. We researched local roofing companies and found Paul Brown roofing had great review and an excellent BBB rating. After contacting them Alex came out and inspected our roof and identified hail damage to our roof. He helped us out tremendously with the insurance claim as our insurance company was horrible to deal with. They were slow to respond and didn't find all the damage to my roof. Alex worked with them to provide them the information/proof they needed to repair the actual damage and we ended up with a whole roof replacement.The roofing crew was able to rip and replace the entire roof in a day and a half and worked around rain showers by ensuring the roof was covered at all times. The roof looks great and they cleaned up after the work and it was as if they had never been there.I highly recommend Paul Browns Roofing!

Our rep was Hayden. He is very professional, courteous and super responsive. In fact, when the sub contractor they used didn’t do the job to my satisfaction, Hayden made 3 additional visits to the job site and ended up working by himself all day Saturday on his own time to make sure I was happy with the job. Hayden provides the best customer service of anyone from any company I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks Hayden, for staying with the job until I was satisfied. Great work!

It is refreshing to find an honest company with friendly and helpful employees like Laura Solly and the owner of Paul Browns Roofing these days. Like many Seniors my age (70+) there are companies ready to sell you anything whether you need it or or not. THAT IS NOT Paul Browns Roofing Company. Laura helped me avoid a roofing company that did not have my best interest at heart. Laura not only crawled on my roof once but came back a second time with a drone to prove to me that we DID NOT NEED A NEW ROOF. She informed me the company that told me we needed a new roof was only out to file claims (legitimate or not) in order to book business. Thank you !!!

Alex came out and looked at the chimney that needs to be removed and the roof another company just put on- and although I’m using that company instead of Paul Brown’s, Alex really took the time to look at everything and explain what areas I should point out, what to expect and look out for, and just a lot of information he didn’t HAVE to provide to me. From my initial call to project completion, Brown's roofing did a superior job in taking care of our specific need. I made my initial inquiry before lunch and was greeted on the phone by a live customer service representative who immediately took my information and assured me of a follow-up call from a technician. No more than an hour later, Rusty Smith called and scheduled an appointment for that same day! He arrived as scheduled and immediately knew what our problem was and went to work to address it. I hired Paul Brown's Roofing to install a gable vent. Rusty came out to assess what I needed and his attention to detail and pleasant personality contributed heavily to my decision to hire them.However, I was very disappointed to discover that much of the work was done while I was away on vacation. I never agreed to this. I needed to be home in principle, but there were also pets inside the home. I would have scheduled the work so I could see what they did, how they did it, and have the opportunity to ask questions or get information, as they were doing it.So the vent was installed - but it was a different style from what I thought we agreed on - and some other things were done, like foam inserted in the metal roof panels, but I don't know what this entailed because I didn't have the opportunity to see it being done.When I returned home from the beach, another (or maybe the same) crew called to schedule a visit because they needed to get into the attic from the inside the house. It was only then that I was told the gable vent had been installed while I was away (it isn't visible from the road or front of the house).Rusty should get five+ stars because he even came back to the house at my request to check the vent because I was concerned about it being sealed against animals getting in and he answered some of my questions. But for the price I paid, the work should have been schedule with me, the home owner, so I could be present while the work was being done.
