Rike Roofing has replaced 6 roofs on our apartment complex in the last 5 years. They have completed major repairs on 2 other buildings. I can not say enough good things about their work. I never leave negative reviews, but felt it was needed in this case. I’ve spoken with multiple people from this company over the span of 2 and a half weeks, and on 4 separate occasions was told I’d get a call back or someone would come check out a leak. Now after the fourth time I was ghosted (someone was supposed to come today and never arrived), I decided to leave this review. If you want a company with decent service that respects customers, look elsewhere.

Larry came out same day and quickly found the issue. My roof turned out to only need a bit of caulking and he did it free of charge. True integrity and excellent customer service, a huge relief after I was originally quoted $1700 by another company. I will be calling Rike Roofing for any future services, and recommending them to others.Service: Roof repair

The owner of the company, a man by the name of Allen, actually came to my house and performed the work himself. He was totally professional and couldn't have been any nicer. I would highly recommend him and his company for any roofing needs.
