There's nothing like be woken up at 5:20am by your wife to the words, "We've got a leak" in the roof of your house that's only 4 years old.I looked for roofers in the upstate that had more than 100 reviews with an average rating of over 4.6 stars. Then I started calling. IES Roofing picked up on the second ring. No machine. No voicemail. No answering service. A human being. It was the day after Christmas, so I knew it might take a day or so for someone to get to me. I was pleasantly surprised to have Trey come out the next day.In a world of snake oil salesmen and people just out there trying to make a buck, Trey listened, looked, and made an assessment of what was going on with my roof. He made a quick (and free) repair and told me to call him if it did not fix the problem.I could not have been happier or more pleased with this encounter. IES has earned my future business.

We had a great experience with IES roofing. Trey helped us through the entire process, including filing with our insurance and later, asking for a re-inspection and assisting with the claim/ approval. Their estimate was aligned with the final cost of the job. The entire roof was completed in one day, and it looks fantastic. The crew was fast, friendly, and cleaned up well afterwards. Kevin came to inspect our roof which had been damaged by a branch and punctured a hole about 3 feet deep. He was incredibly responsive and showed up first thing the next day to inspect the damage. He fixed the damage in a very short time and even gave us a great estimate for other work that needed to be done on our very old roof. He arrived with materials to match the roof color, fixed the crack, and left 10 gallons of silicone for the next time we re-coat the roof years from now. Let me start by saying that we will NEVER use other roofing company. IES is the only company that we will use for our roofing needs.This all started a couple nights ago. It was pouring rain and thundering. Our 2 toddlers wouldn't go to sleep because it was "too scary" outside and our newborn twins wouldn't sleep because the older two were crying and upset. My husband and I finally get everyone to sleep and head to bed ourselves.*drip, drip, drip*In our bathroom we see a leak on our ceiling. There is definitely a leak in the roof somewhere.First thing in the morning, I call a roofing company. He comes out and looks at it. Says we have hail damage and then I never hear back from him.I call a second company and he quotes me close to $1000. WHAT?! Formula is expensive! We can't fork out that much!So I ask around for recommendations. And IES comes up. So I give them a call.Immediately, Kevin answered the phone and told me the issue we were having is a quick fix and he could have a tech come out tomorrow to get it fixed.Then he texted and said he could actually stop by on his way home from work and take a look.He did that. And more.He fixed the problem and even cleaned out our gutters all in about 20 minutes! And to top it off, he didn't even charge us.My husband and I were in complete awe. We didn't know companies or guys like Kevin existed anymore. What a stand up, honorable company.Long story short, they are great. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.Service: Roof repair

I had called a few roofers to come repair a leak none had or just were not interested or would not return my call. I searched the internet came across IES and called and explained we needed a leak repaired they were here within a couple days fixed the leak and we knew the roof was close to needing replaced so Kevin came out after the repair and did maintenance on our roof. We could not ask for anyone any nicer and it was nice to have the Owner come out personally Kevin is a gentleman and super nice (looks like Kenny Chesnee 🙂) as a result we called him when we were ready for replacement.Super pleased with the job the crew were here on time finished by days end and cleaned up made sure they got all nails off the ground cleaned our gutters swept our deck and front porch off and then did a walk around to make sure nothing was left behind! I had IES repair the flat section of my roof. They replaced plywood and installed a new rubber top and sealed it. Fantastic job. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after the job was done. I will definitely call them next time I need anything done to my roof.Service: Roof repair

IES Roofing really came through for me and my family. We had some pretty significant hail damage and didn't know where to turn. I saw a yard sign in my neighborhood and called them. The lady I spoke to in the office was so helpful, she got our information for the estimator. Not even 10 mins went by and we got a call back, scheduled our appointment and instantly had answers. Kevin was great. He was able to come out that day. Gave great information, very knowledgeable and didn't try to up-sell.I had bought a house in July and had a few leaks spring up between then and now (Jan). Had a friend of a friend help me patch the first ones but then they started recommending a whole new roof. I can't afford that right now, and it has plenty of life. He showed me how I could fix the issue basically for free now (just some caulk), and said if that didn't work to give him a call for a slightly more extensive repair that he could do.At no point did he try and sell me a whole roof or ask for a bunch of extra services. I will trust him to do more complicated repair or whole roofs as needed. The other roofers I've talked to have not treated me the same nor been as professional and knowledgeable as Kevin.Service: Roof inspection

Trey Gray came out and gave me an estimate for my new roof. He was polite and answered all my questions. They arrived on time and got out of the truck ready to work. Everyone worked together and knew what to do. There was no standing around. They were dead serious about getting my roof on. The work is amazing. Trey showed up incredibly fast. I answered the door and he said i know what’s wrong, i saw it from the road, he did a temp fix on the ridge vent that had blown half way off in a storm and will be back for permanent fix soon. super great service. highly recommended.

We are so pleased with our roof that IES installed. Cary was wonderful to work with. He worked within our insurance company's quote providing the best quality products within that scope. We had no surprises and knew what was happening every step of the way. Cary even checked on us after an evening of severe weather. The roofers worked tirelessly all day to get the work complete. Our fire station in Shelby NC was in need of a new roof on half of our building. A recent addition has a newer roof. Heard about IES from a local business who used them. We contacted them and Sean Mowery came and met with us. Pricing was very competitive. Installed our roof using quality materials and workmanship.Their job site was clean and orderly and they left no mess after completing our roof. Sean was always available for communication and always had an answer. He and his crew did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend IES Roofing!!! Thanks again for a job well done!!

IES Coatings was very professional and did an outstanding job. They have the best prices for the quality of work that I have seen. Since re-doing our roof I have noticed a huge temperature difference in the building. We run our AC way less than we did before (only about 3 hours per day) and the building stays cool. Can't wait to get my next power bill to see the savings!!! Great job IES!!!!!!

I had another roofing come prior to contacting IES and they charged what I thought was obscene price to inspect and glue a few roof tiles.. Given the nature of the water stains after a few weeks and now the water stain had qotten big indicating there was still a leak yet it hadn't rained. Cary from IES came out to do a roof inspection and couldn't find any issues on the roof.. He checked the attic and immediately identified the issue. His service was professional and honest. Given I should need Any repairs IES level of Demonstrated integrity has won me over a future customer. I would highly recommend IES to everyone. Within 15 minutes of sending a message someone called me. They were able to come out quickly. Prices were very fair and the customer service was fantastic. Trey was great and arrived right on time. I even received a follow up message. IES is a breath of fresh air compared to other companies who refused to help me because "the work needed was not big enough".
