To say we are beyond thrilled with Legacy Decks and what they did for us is a complete understatement! Would you look at the before and after photos?! We love our home and property but when we had to remove a dead tree which was our only source of shade for our deck that had a southern exposure - it was BRUTAL in the summer and we rarely got a chance to enjoy being outside and our tranquil backyard. Our finished product is very impressive. It ties into our home and makes it look as if it were part of the original design. The sales process was professional from beginning to end. Nick (sales) was very thorough and did an excellent job listening to our likes/dislikes. His 3-D rendering and review session was extremely helpful in making the decision to move forward. Once we started the project, Lacey was our site coordinator and she is excellent at her job. Helped us avoid potential issues and kept the project moving forward. The Legacy Deck team cares! This was our first experience doing a home construction project. From the sales process through to project completion, they made the timeline work for us, whether that was meeting at 6pm to review the budget and design or scheduling contractors to come specific days and times. We had our first baby a few weeks into the process, and everyone was incredibly sensitive to the noise and any mess made on the job site. There were a couple unexpected things that happened during our process and at any turn, Lacey was just a text/call away and she quickly responded. The contractors they used were also top notch and represented themselves and Legacy professionally. I never felt like I was in the dark. to have a custom built Trex porch and deck for our home. After an thorough search of the builders, we settled on Legacy Decks. Amy and Chris were patient, thorough, and expert in their knowledge. We received great advice throughout the process, ranging from porch roof design through color selections. What impressed us greatly was the loyalty and admiration that the subcontractors had for Chris and Amy. They routinely used words like "smart", "honest", "integrity", and "good people" when describing Chris and Amy. That matched up nicely with what we observed ourselves. In the end, we had the exact screened in porch with stone fireplace that we had always envisioned. If you want cheap, Legacy Decks is not for you. Amazing customer service. Fred was able to customize our deck plans with high quality products and still within our budget. Nick was our project manager during the construction. He was able to stay in daily contact with us if we had any questions in person, on the phone, or through builder trend online(which is wonderful to use during construction and easy to navigate). Our deck crew was amazing and even got us in a few weeks ahead of schedule! We had a separate crew for our pergola which worked hard to get the project done quickly even though they had delay at another project. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, we are quite pleased with the outcome of our project and Deckmasters. We built a screened porch with a tall roof line to match our A Frame home. The quality of work and craftsmanship was excellent. My main advice to prospective customers is to spend ample time in the pre-construction and design phase of your project as there were many issues that came up during the build that required my attention to detail, and I felt I had to be there to address them. The resulting change orders added 15% to the total project cost, the most significant of which was the overall size of the porch.Also, the 4 week build projection ended up taking 8 weeks with no weather delays as a cause.Having said that, Deckmasters and their subs were pleasant, professional and worked to the end to insure we were pleased with the porch outcome, which we are.

We just completed an 18x20 deck made of kiln dried and treated wood including lattice work. The quote and design process was good. The work was done earlier than expected and was good. There were things to correct on completion all of which were done properly. Expect to lose grass around the deck from the construction traffic. I reseeded and threw out straw. The communications were outstanding thru the process using a web app. I recommend them. Nick pre sale and Jon post sale were both professionals. A good experience for us.

The Deckmasters quote for removing and replacing our 30 year old deck was competitive with the other bids we received and we were most impressed with their knowledge, experience and professionalism. Deckmasters was very willing to work with us on the design and materials for our new deck. They took care of permits and inspections and stayed on schedule. The workers were polite, hardworking and cleaned up the job site each night. The new deck is beautiful! It is solid as a rock and has extra reinforcement for the hot tub. It turned out to be even nicer than we hoped for and Deckmasters exceeded our expectations.
