I had my roof replaced 7 almost 8 years ago by RoofRoof, and recently noticed I have a leak on the eave that has caused the decking to rot. I called RoofRoof to have them come take a look. Joel was scheduled to arrive at 9, but called a few minutes after and let me know he was running late, but asked if it was still fine if he came, which I thought was nice. Upon inspection he made the comment that my roof looked like it had multiple layers of shingles on the problem area. At the time he didn't know his company was the one that installed my roof, (perspective of layers changed when he found out they did the install). He gave me a quote of $495. I thought this was a bit much seeing how they installed it and this was a result of their doing. I called Zachary at their office to see if they could come down on the price and maybe even extend the warranty, since at the time that I had it installed there was a 10 year warranty available. He told me $495 was the minimum and that was set by the owner. I asked to speak with the owner. He said he would have John call me. That was 4/9/20 and I have yet to hear from him.Aside from the leak I cannot recommend RoofRoof, because of what I consider less than acceptable practices. RoofRoof installed part of the flashing on my chimney in black and part in white that was spray painted and has since faded (I can only assume they ran out of black flashing and just painted white flashing black to finish the job.) A couple other things; the actual price was $620 over the original proposal, that was a result of replacing 1-by decking that was damaged. The problem is they told me they would throw in 2 sheets of decking included as needed, but my roof is 1-by. You would think a roofing company would know what is on my roof when giving me a quote. The other thing is that when I first had RoofRoof come out, they told me they could get my insurance company to replace it, because it had hail damage. What I observed was an insurance adjuster teaching the RoofRoof guy the difference between heat spots and hail damage and me paying $7,100 for a subpar roof installation that has not held up.

We had our roof replaced this week by Mighty Dog Roofing, and we are very pleased. We have never "endured" a roof replacement before, and we were not looking forward to the experience, especially since we have three dogs who were going to be very stressed. But from start to finish, all went well. The staff who provided the estimate and inspected the roof were friendly and professional. And the installers were polite and friendly and extremely capable. Our two-story house has several very steep peaks, so this was a challenging job for them, but their work was excellent. They showed up on time, finished the job in a timely fashion and were very conscientious about cleaning up the mess. They even installed gutter guards for us! Roof roof did a great job on my roof after hail damage was found. Jon came out and gave me a fair estimate that met insurance on the dot. The crew came out did an excellent job from start to finish. Clean up was like they were never there. Very friendly and they let me know the stages of the installation. We had one bump in the road with copper over bay window but was resolved fast. I was in a bind with insurance (roof was 21 years old) and needed an installation within a short period of time. Roof Roof was able to install it within the time I needed it. The estimate was reasonable, and they explained each part of the quote in detail. They answered all of my questions. They never pressured me at any point during the quote. And they did not make me feel guilty when I opted out of some additional options. It took them a little over a day to install it, and they did an excellent job. Cleanup was thorough, and all minor issues were addressed the same day. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend RoofRoof. Matt was great to work with and very honest. RoofRoof was not the first company I called but after receiving an estimate that was way out of line from the other "GUY" in town I saw RoofRoof listed on the Owens Corning website and gave them a call. When Matt showed up I never mentioned that I had already had another estimate. His numbers were right in line with where I knew they should be and came in about $7,000 less than "GUY". The roof looks great, was completed when promised and my fireplace no longer leaks due to improper flashing from my last roof job 7 years ago,. The clean up was done so well that I have only found 1 nail so far.

We had them do a complete roof repair around 2017. We have a porch on the back of our house and we noticed water running down the wall in the porch. We called and had them come out and they said it wasn’t a roof problem it was the vinyl siding so we had a vinyl siding guy come out and he said it was a roofing issue because the roofers didn’t seal the flashing on the porch roof. We called roof roof back and they came back out and said they would schedule a repair crew to come out and fix it. They said that they would call us but never did. Roof Roof disappointed me fully. I called them to take a look at my roof where I was experiencing internal leaks. We have had a lot of major storms in our area. The rep came out, and basically after hearing who our insurance company was, the rep just stated due to the age of your roof they probably won't cover it, but to call him when the adjuster was coming out. We called to let him know, and the response we got was, "well due to the numbers of customers with damage I may not be able to make it out there at that time." This basically told me that because he thought our insurance would not cover our roof, that he didn't want to "waste" his time. Needless to say he did not meet with the adjuster. Our insurance covered us for a new roof and I WILL NOT call Roof Roof to do the job due to the uncaring professionalism.
