We had Platinum Exteriors replace our roof on our home just recently. We had a very pleasant experience from the beginning to the end of the project. The owner, James and Daniel were extremely friendly, efficient and stayed in constant communication with me.Their workers who installed the roof, arrived early morning and worked tirelessly until it was completed that evening. Not only did they get it installed in ONE day, but cleaned up their work as if they were never here!I am a local realtor and will definitely be referring them out. I highly recommend!!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. They will tell you one thing to get your business, but don’t believe anything they say. Our job included soffit. When it came time to do that part of the job they stated we hadn’t agreed on that . When verbally multiple times we had and had text exchanges showing we had. James expressed nothing would be done until we paid his guys. He needed over half of the remaining balance so his guys could get paid. We felt uncomfortable paying that much, but James said he would give us new contract detailing what was left on job and we still had a small remaining balance. So we gave him the money. When we called over and over James and his business partner Rolando we kept getting we owe more money . James finally said they lost enough money on us and were walking away from the job. They didn’t uphold the contract. On top of everything else my father used them as well , he had asked for his old windows to be disposed of , they told him they would it’s been months, windows are still in his yard. He’s in his 70s with no way to dispose of them. Trust me and save your money and go to a more reputable company.

As a skeptical homeowner, I was leery having my roof looked at. Platinum took care of everything, including coordinating with my insurance company! In and out in a day! Sweet and complete!

James from Espitia Roofing consulted with our insurance adjuster regarding whether or not we had storm damage to our roof in Moore, SC. He kept us up to date on our claim and never pushed for a new roof as some businesses do. We did not have damage and James was honest and helpful in working with insurance to come to that pleasing conclusion.Service: Roof inspection
