John Cook with Rainbow responded promptly and professionally after our kitchen faucet caused substantial water damage. I was out of town at the time, he took time to talk to me and to walk me through his evaluation. He took great care in salvaging our cabinet fronts so that we could potentially use them in rebuilding our damaged cabinets. He framed everything after removing the cabinet so that we could still use our sink. He called daily before coming to check the drying progress. He did a great job cleaning leaving everything in great condition! Call Rainbow International if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need mitigation work! I have used Rainbow for years, and over these years, Randy has done a wonderful job with cleaning my carpets. Also, recently, when getting my floors replaced, Chris's team did an excellent job with packing my items and moving my furniture. Rob and Jimmy were very careful with my furniture and appliances, and both of them are always so pleasant and kind. Ciara is amazing! She is so thoughtful and a pleasure to be around. She was very knowledgeable with everything that needed to be done to properly and safely pack my items. She is awesome. Lastly, Chris was very prompt in getting me scheduled and everything coordinated for this process to flow extremely smooth. I highly recommend them for all restoration and carpet cleaning needs!!

I cannot say enough great things about Rainbow Restoration! At 9pm we realized that a part of our ceiling in our storage closet had fallen, due to water damage in our attic. Rainbow Restoration was contacted immediately and Micheal was sent to our house. Micheal has been the absolute best in cleaning up the mess! He vacuumed up all of the insulation, got rid of the mold, extracted all of the water, ripped up the carpet that had mold under it, and set up all of the fans to dry everything out. After that night, he came back to our house daily to check and see how much everything had dried out. He is so efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. He was always easy to get a hold of when we needed to talk to him and is truly such a hard worker. I hope water damage never happens in our home again but if it ever did, I would personally ask for him to be the guy to help us. We came home on a Sunday from a 3 day visit out of town and found water pouring into our downstairs through a bathroom ceiling due to a broken pipe. We contacted Rainbow Restorations and within a very short window of time, they sent a full crew to our home with appropriate staffing and equipment. The drying and mitigation process took a little bit of time but at every step along the way, the techs were here, monitoring the water damages. Michael was especially professional, knowledgeable, mannerly and just plain nice. They did an incredible job for us and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently had water damage from a broken sensor on our washing machine. Our entire kitchen and laundry room floors had to be replaced and bedroom closet carpet was dried and cleaned. We could not have asked for better workers from Rainbow. Everyone was considerate of our needs and went out of their way to get things done in a timely and efficient manner. Michael Winter even went to the flooring company and matched our existing floor with an almost perfect match and even an upgrade in the quality of the flooring. Kyle Covert removed the old flooring and placed the new floor. He was very respective to my husband’s limitations in the work he did. Dwight Gfeller did an outstanding job with all the trim work and finishing with paint, etc. These guys worked together to get the best possible results for us and we could not be more pleased. Even more importantly, each of the men who worked here was friendly and pleasant to myself and my husband. On a scale of 1-10, we give Rainbow a 15+! Also thanks to Thomas Hastings and his crew for getting our water dried as quickly as possible!

We have moved 33 times in our life and this pack out was the most professional and well done of all of our moves. A lot has changed from the days of a scratch pad with box numbers to today's bar codes and photos. Ciara, Samantha, Carla and Anna along with Rob and Jimmy are the face of Rainbow Restoration to the public and management could not have a better team. FIVE STARS.UPDATE....4/1/2024After the pack out was complete, Rainbow Restoration removed and replaced our floor. With Brian overseeing the job, their subcontractor, Ridge Construction, did an outstanding job. Igor and his team were flawless. Anthony and James reinstalled and painted the trim “like nothing ever happened” Then we had the move in. Like the pack out, this was the move in that we will always remember. With Chris overseeing the job, the team, Parker, Joey, Ana, Ciara, Risa, Celia, Delay, Samantha, Ron and Jimmy were professional, effective and efficient. Thanks to all of them for making this a very easy process. High recommend Rainbow.

The work they do is amazing never had an issue but sometimes you get unbelievable results.
