The service and quality were exceptional. I have an old house built in 1940. The roof was very old and needed replacing. I quickly got an estimate I was very pleased with and decided to ask about gutters. Not only did they perform extremely well, but they also were able to replace a piece of rotted wood before placing gutters over it. I got to pick the roof and gutter colors, and was very happy that they asked me about downspout placement as well. I highly recommend Rave Renovation and will certainly call on them again when it’s time to do my mothers home.

Made a huge mistake in going with this company for our deck project. The work was sloppy and rushed and 0 attention to detail was paid. The scope of the project was also not properly quoted so out project doubled in budget (should have been my first red flag). Called the company and asked the owners to come out twice. Jessica said that she would make sure I was satisfied and not let the crew leave until we were but didn’t offer to come look for themselves when I asked. Me being completely satisfied would have been to rip it all out and start again which no one can afford to do so what are we supposed to do? Many people in the neighborhood have asked about our experience and my response is the same. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want it to look good, be on time or come in on budget. We are so disappointed and sad we spent so much money and are so unhappy with the result.Service: General construction

My second project with Rave Renovation involved interior painting, wrapping existing ceiling beams, installing additional ceiling beams, and remodeling a fireplace wall. The work that Rave Renovation did exceeded my vision and expectation. I am beyond pleased with the final product! The 2-week project was done professionally and timely. Their lead carpenter was the best that I've interacted with over the past 30 years I've owned homes.He was on time, kept me informed, and involved me throughout the process. Above all, he took pride in his work and treated my home as if it was his. I also appreciated the boss coming buy throughout the building phase to provide accountability and overall supervision.I have recommended Rave Renovation to friends moving to the area and will continue to do so as my interactions with them far exceeds that of other businesses I've dealt with in the area. Rave Renovation installed permanent stairs to an attic space above our garage... a challenge with ceiling height 12' above floor level. The entire Rave team was a pleasure to work with. Every aspect of the process from the estimate, contract, scheduling, design, execution and cleanup was excellent! Uriah Wood meticulously designed the stairway to fit and match the existing perfectly. The craftsmanship was exceptional with every detail thought out. I can recommend Uriah and the Rave team without reservation. They will be working for me again!

Uriah did an excellent job replacing old decaying wood on two story bay window. He removed the decay replaced with hardy planks and painted entire bay window. I had a leak in the dining room ceiling due to inadequate flashing beneath the vinyl siding. Jerry removed the siding, installed new flashing, and re-installed the siding. He left me his card if I have any further issues. This is my first time using Rave Renovation. I really liked how on top of things they were. They promptly visited the property to prepare an estimate; they sent me the estimate within three days; once I accepted the estimate, they got my repair on their schedule quickly; and they did the repair on the day they said they would. During this entire time, the office staff was very responsive whenever I had a question. I will definitely reach out to them in the future.Service: Waterproofing

I contacted a number of companies to get a quote on a repair and some were overly expensive, some wanted me to pay them for a quote, and others wouldn't even return my call. Rave, was quick to quote with a reasonable price. I had a great experience with Rave Renovation. Brian was a great help and easy to work with. We had Jerry come and fix a couple different things for our gutters and I couldn’t have asked them to send anyone better. He is amazing at what he does, very nice and well mannered, and made sure the job was done exactly as I wanted it. Jerry was always on time and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I can not say enough about him and how pleased I was with everything! Dealing with Rave Renovation was a real pleasure which I have not been able to say frequently regarding other home repair vendors. They were very honest, fair priced and most importantly on-time or early. Jerry fixed up a leak in the flashing around my chimney. He gave me options, explained thoroughly what the issue was and how it could be fixed which made me feel very confident in his solution and approach. He even canvassed my yard 2-3 times with a magnet want to pick up any possible debris. I can't be more happy and will use Rave Renovations in the future.

From a complete rebuild of a damaged deck to several small projects around the house, they have been just fantastic and have done an amazing job. Brian (the owner) came and provided a quote on repairing the damage done to our home from a recent windstorm. Part of our repair included a window replacement. He said windows are backordered...so the window would be delayed for installation. I was ok with that. He then said he would get a quote to me within the next day. Waited a week to get the quote and had to follow-up with them to get it. I signed it so we could get repairs done asap. They said they would send a separate invoice for the window as soon as they got the window cost. After a few weeks of no update, I contacted Rave again. They were waiting on pricing and delivery dates from the window supplier. Fine. A few days passed again. I offered to put money down to buy the window and get it first when they came in stock. But they needed to check with the supplier first. A few weeks later they completed the other repairs to the house, but I was still waiting on updates on the window. FINALLY, I contacted Rave again about an update on the window. They said that now I was supposed be the one to call other suppliers and use someone else? I would have done that a month ago but they kept saying they were waiting on their window vendor. Now I have to find a separate company, get at the back of line for backordering, and still have cold air coming through the broken window. Really really frustrating.Service: General repairs

I hired this company to repair vinyl gable vents that were botched by a different contractor. Brian arrived when scheduled, called me before arrival, and gave me a fair quote for the job. Uriah Woods was unethical in doing my friend's kitchen remodel.Transparency is sorely absent these days with contractors. Make sure with any contractor that you get an itemized list of every item they're purchasing to use, along with the at-cost prices. I see no way in which contractors have any right to arbitrarily upcharge on item costs. If they believe more money is deserved, then they need to reflect that in their labor cost.Check each item to make sure it's truly new and undamaged. That their bills are clearly written and understandable, and then when there might be any leftover items that you paid for, that they're not kept by the contractor.

We have had [2] entirely different type jobs done by Rave in the past 20 days. First we had 30 plus random pieces of vinyl siding replaced due to squirrel damage. They were able to match brand-color-and the end result is my exterior siding is again perfect.Second, we had our deck replaced. This was a custom designed replacement, with overhead boards arranged to create shade. They used the exact brand/color stain I selected, and again, the end result is that I have a beautiful new deck.In both cases, Vincent performed the work, and you should be so lucky to find people that listens, and clearly understand what you want. He was always on time-stayed as late as need be-and pays very much attention to details, and works on your project like it was his own.We have more projects coming up soon, these were just the first [2], we by all means will welcome Vincent and Rave back for more.Great job!!!!

Rave gave me a quote just days after I first called them. Jerry took his time evaluating the issues with our old gutters, and discussed options for how to best correct them. The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to start work pretty promptly. Jerry was very knowledgeable and was able to point out several other issues that we had been unaware of. Kudos to everybody at Rave Renovation, we will definitely call them again should the need arise.

I contacted this business for a quote. Great communication initially. The first appointment was missed by them and rescheduled . Life happens understandable. The next week someone came out gave a price ,said they would be back the next week to do the job. I didn’t hear anything. I called and the person said well I gave you a discounted price so that means I didn’t put you on the schedule. I will get it when I am able to have one of my guys stop by…1. I didn’t ask for a discount. I want the work done. 2. Next week is not I’ll get to you when I can. I had been waiting thinking I was on the schedule so I didn’t get another quote. now it’s almost a month and I will be starting over with my search

I could not recommend Brian and Rave Renovation more. If you are considering getting a new roof or even just need a repair give them a call. You will not be disappointed! Below is my experience with Rave Renovation.Brian and his team at Rave Renovation were amazing to deal with when I needed have some roof work done on a duplex I own. I was nervous about this whole situation because it’s a rental property and dealing with tenants and contractors can sometimes be a real pain. I talked with several contractors and I immediately felt like Brian was the best choice for the job. He very clearly explained what needed to be repaired and the different ways they could do the repairs. He never tried to pressure me into one thing or another. He just told me the options and I decided on what course of action I wanted to take.I could not be happier with their work. We ended up making the repairs and going ahead and replacing the entire roof. They showed up on time or early every time they said they would. They went above and beyond to be considerate of my tenants living in the duplex to make the process as easy as possible for them, which made my life so much better! When they discovered other unknown damage Brian had his guys go ahead and repair it with out adding to the estimate.Brian personally came by the day they installed the roof to make sure everything was going well and then even came back again to double check it after they had finished. I am very confident that I will not have any roof related issues for a very long time due to Brian and his amazing team!

*Update: I see in the owner's response that he is unwilling to take responsibility for his lack of communication. Obviously things come up, obviously finding workers can be an issue. However, rather than be up front about that, he continued to string me along for two weeks before emailing that he couldn't do the project. The review is for poor communication and lack of professionalism. I stand behind that.I had Brian come out to the house to assess what I needed done and to provide an estimate. After looking at the house he told me I'd have an estimate in 1-2 days. 4 days later, still no estimate. I reached out and he told me to give him another day or two. Nearly two weeks later I received an email that he was unable to provide an estimate or take on the job.I cancelled other companies that were scheduled to come out because Brian seemed knowledgeable and professional, and I wanted to work with him. I am now weeks behind on some time sensitive work.Do not call...very unprofessional, has no respect for others' time, and has poor communication skills.

I was extremely pleased with the service of Rave Renovations for my roofing needs in 2019. They are a local company and they were willing to do the additional things I needed done with my roof and fascia that the larger companies charged outrageous fees for anything “nonstandard”. Brian came to our home and walked through not only the roof but the insurance process with us. We decided on a color and he scheduled the installation for the following week. One of the things that impressed me the most was the professionalism of the entire crew during the job. They were courteous and helped with the many interruptions in their work flow caused by us. From kids going to school to dogs being walked, their team adapted and kept working with a smile. The job was completed in a single day and the yard looked the same as it did before the job was done. They had taken great care to move object and tarp the entire surroundings of the home. Brian visited a few days after to review my satisfaction with the job and it was my wife who stressed to him the professionalism of their crew. This roof has recently been installed and I do not foresee any issues with leaking but I am confident that, if there is any reason for Rave Renovations to return, they will come with a very professional crew and resolve the issue.

Rave Renovation completely outdid themselves on renovating my kitchen. My kitchen was the original kitchen from 1965. So it was definitely time for my kitchen to updated and more modern. The kitchen was originally supposed to be done back in March 2020, but due to COVID-19, the work was delayed until end of July 2020. But Rave were responsive and kept me updated on when the work will be done. They did an incredible job and I'm very excited to use my new kitchen everyday!
