In the process of selling my house, I had a few items from the inspection that needed to be addressed. The biggest was a roof repair, which Eric & co. were able to get taken care of quickly and at a fair/reasonable cost. The other "issue" was one that the home inspector had flagged, but that did not present the safety issue that was claimed. Eric was kind enough to provide a letter for me to share with the buyers/agents explaining why nothing needed to be done for this, which saved me money in the end. To me that says a lot of good things about his integrity, and I would recommend giving him a call for anything you need to have done.Services: Basement remodeling, Roof repair

My sister, Lindsay, referred this contractor to me. She has since said she will never again give a referral. This contractor left me high and dry in the middle of a project, forcing me to find someone to come in and redo the tile work he left half finished. The new contractor, referred to me by a local tile specialty store and no more expensive than this contractor, graciously said Ride Contractors just got in over their heads. Ride used a wet saw in my bedroom coating everything with a thick coat of dust; the tiles he installed popped up, the corrections we requested were met with dismissal before begrudgingly being fixed. The wood floor he installed looks good, but he will not stand by it, and several planks appear taller than they should be in small places (enough to grab your sock). This is a rough contractor who prefers to work with at least one other person on short jobs. Think twice before hiring him for any craftsman or prolonged work.
