I used Spruce Services for the second time in four years to clean the exterior of my house. They had pictures on file of cleaning four years ago and therefore could send me a quote. The staff was responsive by phone and text. Cleaning was completed thoroughly as scheduled. Used Spruce for a bathroom and bedroom re-model. Entire process was great. The team was involved start to finish and more importantly was transparent about cost and timing. Guys who did the work were on time and cleaned as they worked as to not disrupt the rest of the home. Spruce checked in weekly on progress and kept me up to date and checked to make sure i was happy with progress. I would completely use them again for any project and would recommend highly. Great job Spruce!!!

I did not have a great experience with them! They quoted me over $500 to clean and repair my gutters. The technician that came out to do the work spent less than 45min cleaning the gutters and left--no repairs were done to the gutters even though I was quoted and charged for it. When I reached out to them with my concern, I was told they would get back to me and they never did. I texted them again after that and have heard nothing. I wanted to like their services and was willing to invest in the cost hoping that they would do a great job, but I was sorely disappointed in the service and the customer service.

Recently, I had my gutters cleaned by Spruce Services. This was the first time using the company. When I contacted the company, I had to leave a message, but received a call back the same day. All my questions were answered and helped me to decide to use their service. A message was sent to remind me of the scheduled service date. On the day scheduled for the gutter cleaning, I received a message letting me know that a team member was on his way. I appreciated that the message included a picture of the person who would be doing the work. The team member arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The team member was courteous, pleasant, and answered my questions about other work I am considering to have done on my home. The price was higher than what I have paid for gutter cleaning in the past, but the quality of the service was very good. I am not a service reviewer in general, but Spruce's soft clean service on our 110 year old home was pretty incredible and deserves comment. I was so nervous about a deep clean given the age of our home, but the team was truly phenomenal. Hyper responsive, clearly experienced, mapped out a plan for what they called a "soft wash." When I came home I was **stunned** by the quality of their work and attention to detail in all nooks and crannies of our detailed porches. So glad I found Spruce Services and Solutions. Very easy to get a quote for window washing both interior and exterior - didn’t even have to be home. The quote was emailed within a couple days and I was able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Communication was excellent via email and text. Very reasonable and fair pricing.
