Everyone at Paul Davis has been great to work with and very responsive when we had water issues due to the large storm in January. Ethan, Solomon, and Michael kept me updated every step of the way and answered all my questions. They were really efficient and treated our "stuff" like their own when it needed to be moved out of the water remediation area. We look forward to completing this stage and plan to use Paul Davis for our restoration as well since they've been so great to work with.The team at the office was also really helpful when I had questions (Amanda, Brooke, and Geneva) as well as Robert our project manager who kept things moving forward for us during the process.Post restoration update... We are so pleased with the results! Professionals all the way.Our wonderful project manager Brent was even able to get our bathroom flooring upgraded to LVP with no increase in cost. Brent was amazing keeping us proactively updated every step of the way. Will did a wonderful job with the Matterport camera, which helped everything else go smoothly. And Case worked with us getting the quote more to a more comfortable place.The contractor Junior with crew Gloria and Amy were wonderful. *Update* 4/11/24: Brent and Dustin have finished the work on my bathroom and I am very pleased with the work they did. Brent was always very communicative about what was going to be happening and double checked the work that was being done. I also spoke with Melissa in the office who was incredibly helpful with the payment options. I’m looking into working with them again on more projects at my house!I’ve had a really great experience so far with all of the workers coming out to my house. They are always prompt, and call to let me know when they are on the way! Dustin, Joe, Solomon, and Robert have all been incredibly helpful and have made sure I know exactly what is going to be happening at my house while they’re working there. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy working with them again!

Responsive, communicative, professional. You obviously don’t want to have a restoration company in your home (or business); it means something has gone wrong, but if you do you want Paul Davis. I cannot speak highly enough of what a wonderful job they did for me and my family when we had our water heater flood our home. Quick to respond spelled out every step in great detail and got it done to the T. I won’t use another restoration company, if I need one again.

Josh and his team at Paul Davis did an amazing job with our restoration. Josh was very professional and extremely responsive when we had questions or concerns. He made it a point to show up often and track the progress during the different phases. The contractors he hired were very skilled at their craft and respectful to us and our property. The restoration process can be difficult but Josh helped us navigate thru it all. I would definitely recommend Josh and Paul Davis to anyone!

As inconvenient as broken water pipes could be to a family, Paul Davis Restoration made the repair an easy and efficient process. We give the bulk of the credit to Will Poynor, who scheduled the work of the individual contractors and met our scheduling needs. It ended up being a good process with great results. Paul Davis remodeled our office after a major flood. The contractor then pressured my boss to sign a form saying the job was complete, even though it wasn't. He assured us they would send a crew to do the finishing touches. After 2 months I called and asked if they could send someone to come finish the work. A few guys finally showed up, went to get materials, and never came back. Move 1 outlet, shoe molding in one room, and the mound of trash they left behind. That's all they had left. Quality work other than that.

Our pipes clogged and we had sewage water fill and spillover into our Master-bath and Master bedroom. It was a stressful time for our family. Allstate sent Paul Davis Inc. out to service our home and it has been the best experience. Robert, the manager, was very professional and was quick to get the project rolling. The people that came in to do the mitigation from Paul Davis Inc, were Dustin, Lisa and Joe. These three people were exceptional and went over and beyond to make sure everything was addressed. They did some things that we would have never known were needed in this situation, and they kept us up to date continuously on what was happening, why they were doing certain things and where we were in the process. They were always kind and I felt so comfortable having them in my home for the four days they were here.

After a poor experience with another restoration company I acquired the services of Paul Davis and there crew to fix what the other company had messed up, my overall experience with paul Davis as a company has been absolutely spectacular Robert and Matt did an amazing job walking me through the entire process and what was needed to make my home safe again. Micheal and his team(Ethan and Solomon) did a incredible job taking out all the nasty materials while also taken there time to put my safety first and protect the rest of my home while they did everything. Michael also went the extra mile in educating me on how the entire remediation process works and the science behind it as well as confidentiality addressed and answered all my questions and concerns. All together I highly recommend this company and look forward to having them do the rebuild.

I have never had water damage before so this was a new experience for me. I didn't know what to expect. When Robert first came to my house to asses the situation he was awesome! He's super informative, respectful, kind & pretty funny! He was super professional and answered all 500 of my questions. Then Joe came out who also was so nice & helpful! He let me know everything that was going on and was very knowledgeable! Also answered all 400 questions! Both guys are personable and I think they represent this company in the best possible way! Unfortunately we had water damage our home due to air handling unit in attic.Called Paul Davis and they sent out a mitigation team to demo and further access the damage. The team consists of Robert Johnson as lead and main point of contact, Joe, Devon and Dustin and they did a great job. We are very satisfied with their work. Very kind and professional. Our bedroom, hallway and den floors, ceilings and walls and floors have sustained water damage. At this point I'm glad we chose Paul Davis to do the job.

A water leak in my attic caused a mess and the first company that came out did not do a thorough job and left moisture in the damaged space. Anthony with Paul Davis came right out and assessed the situation and had a report the very next day to my insurance company. Joe and James came out and worked diligently to remove all items that had damage. They are in process at my home. Communication requires an extra effort on my part.I am told this morning that they "don't fix leaks".I feel the need to respond to the answer Paul Davis made to my original comment.I called Paul Davis Saturday to advise them the leak was repaired. I was promised that someone would contact me with further information.Monday, I called, and was told that they were still waiting for the leak to be fixed. I had not previously been advised that in spite of the impression given by their ads, that they do not fix leaks as part of the mitigation process. I told them again that the leak had been fixed since Saturday and asked for some further information. I have received none.I have a 4 foot square hole in the cieling that seems to be waiting on their machine drying the floor.

I was very happy with the water mitigation work done by Anthony and his team...I had several companies come out to look at the job before deciding on Paul Davis Restoration (I always research everything to death....). I ultimately picked this company because of their availability to get to work quickly, their professionalism, their status as a preferred vendor with my insurance company, and their thorough plan to attacking our water damage issues.Tyler and Caleb were very professional and I was comfortable having them working in my house while my two year old played nearby.Anthony was very communicative and professional throughout the process and did a good job of explaining what needed to be done and why, and handling all the stuff for the insurance company. Most importantly, they handled our water damage issue well.
