Installers were great, but follow up from office over my concern about not enough light from solar tube was terribleFollow -up 1/23/24Mike did come out and inspect the installationHe changed the lense cover and was able to remove the solar night light that was installed up near the roof. As small as the this unit is, it did appear to block some of the light. That seemed to make a difference. Thank you Mike

They installed 4 units in my house and the difference is amazing. Both the hallway and kitchen were very low light before installation requiring lights to be turned on during the day. Now I keep trying to turn lights off when they are not on! What a difference.Product quality is outstanding with a long warranty. I also had them install the nightlight feature which is great when I want to do something simple in the kitchen or walk down the hall at night....no need to turn on a light.The people at Natural Home Lite are outstanding. They did a professional job in a very timely manor. They take the time to explain the options to you and make sure you are totally satisfied with the installation. To them it's all about the customer. I highly recommend using them and the VELUX skylights and Sun Tunnels.
