Our roof replacement was a good experience from the beginning with Daryl taking pictures of the roof with drone. Jon was very helpful with filing the claim and was present when the insurance adjuster evaluated the damage on our roof.The project was completed in an organized, timely manner. Either Jon or Tom were onsite to manage the project and supervise the roofers. The roofers were hardworking and courteous.In a few case the plants/shrubs could have been better protected.We were very pleased with Indigo Sate Roofing’s performance and recommend their roofing services.

I want to give a big thank you to Darryl at Indigo for his assistance in replacing my metal roof. My house is only 11 years old and I’ve been having trouble with the metal roof for about 5 years. I contacted Indigo State Roofing along with four other companies and Darryl was the only business that returned my e-mails. He has been awesome to work with and maintained excellent communications with me throughout the whole process. He came to the house and explained in detail the products that he was recommending for our house. We took four pictures of the house and using the Hover app recommended by him, we could look at various shingles / colors on the house. Darryl then sent additional pictures with his graphics and provided us with a real life look at how the shingles physically would look on the roof, a truer representation.Once I had decided what shingles to put on the roof, the craftsman showed up and got the job done in only two days. They cleaned the yard after the first day and gave it a thorough cleaning after the second day. Darryl ensured the quality of work met his expectations including the extra effort that was taken around the flashing, in the gully, and especially around the chimney which showed significant roof rot when the metal was removed. He continued to explain the heartiness of the barriers as they installed each component which gave me confidence that I wouldn’t have any more issues with my roof for many years. I will definitely recommend Indigo State Roofing for anyone who needs a new roof or needs a roof replaced. You know immediately when you meet Daryl that he is someone you can trust and he demonstrated his honesty throughout the entire process. It was truly a five star experience.Thanks Darryl.

I used Indigo last summer when I was getting ready to put my house on the market. They came out and flew their drone over my home and small "man cave" in the back as well prior to inspections to help me identify any issues prior to going to market. I was given a detailed report and itemized cost breakdown for all recommended repairs, prior to any work being performed.Darryl and his team took the time to review the report with me and explain in depth what each item was and why it should be repaired/replaced.The work was scheduled, everyone showed up on time, maintained a clean & safe work site and there were no unexpected charges once the work was completed, which is a rare exception these days.Darryl, Michelle and their entire team were knowledgeable, professional and met all expectations. Darryl, Tom, John and their entire team of roofers did am amazing Job. John was our on site manager and was on site at our home from 8am to 8pm each day until completion. They cleaned up at the end of each day too. We hada leak in our roof and filed a claim. Were told by our adjuster that it wasn't from the roof itself, it was a pipe boot on the roof that was damaged. After consulting with Darryl at Indigo State Roofing He said we had severe hail damage to our roof and he could prove this to the afjuster. After his consultation with the adjuster we were approved for an entire new roof, pipe boots and gutters. Need a great roofer? Call Indigo State Roofing!

I've had them to a few things for us. They painted and fixed our hardi plank siding. They also put in a boot on the roof to vent a new bathroom. They were super fast and able to help out very quickly. Nice, professional, and good at what they do. The only thing is I wish I found them sooner. The previous roofer we used was all talk and did a horrible job. Please reach out to this roofer for your needs. Can't recommend enough.

I would not recommend using Indigo State Roofing. They came out and told me that the works would be a round $300. When I received the quote it had doubled without any explanation to $601. The response I got was we needed to make more profit or they would not remain in business. They said they could do less work and charge $411.85. They are not honorable or keep their word. How are they trustworthy when they do not stand by their word? They talk a great game but definitely do not back up their agreement. Very Bad Business Practice.What I really do not understand is that Daryl’s professional opinion was didn’t see off hand any exposed nails, only a couple of shingles, and sealant just to hold over until the roof is replaced. We were talking between $10,000 to $30,000 that they just lost due to greed and not honoring their word. I guess Tom is worried that they will go out of business to double their price. They may not be financially stable as they lead me to believe.

I just had my roof replaced with Indigo State Roofing and I have to say that I don't leave reviews... like ever. However, my experience with Darryl and his crew has been such an easy and hassle free one that I had to leave a note.
