Just got my building completed. Hoover buildings is by far the way to go. From customer service to the team of builders. Customer service at Hoover is the best I've experienced in a long time. Mr. Ronnie was a pleasure to work with. During this process. The builders were here on time and cleaned up daily. They answered all of my questions. Their workmanship is outstanding. From the window placement to every screw being line up perfect. Land prep was done by Warner Grading. Kevin the owner was up front with the cost and the work was outstanding. If you are on the fence with going with Hoover. Don't be. You will be happy with the experience.

After coming close to ordering a building on-line, the quoted price changed and I was un-easy about it like it was a scam. Hoover buildings was about 3 miles from my home, and they had been there all my life, so I stopped by. The staff was friendly and I was able to meet with Ronnie the sales person and talk face to face with a person. Ronnie was able to customize a building to my budget. I asked questions and not just got a verbal answer but we walked into one of their buildings to see the answer. When I walked out that day , I had a contract in my hand that stated everything Hoover was going to build for me and everything the building would cost including concrete, which was important to me because I only had to deal with one contractor. Hoover started when they projected and finished with a very clean and well constructed building. You don't have to just take my word, go by and prove to yourself Hoover buildings can build what you've been looking at on-line with better quality. Local is better.

Excellent product, knowledge, and service! I have an original pole building (Pole Barn House) from the 80’s that had been abandoned and fallen into disrepair but was sentimental. I was unsure if it could be saved, but between Ronnie Hoover and Marty Ballard, they had answers and solutions. Ronnie helped me re-design some of the original 80’s design issues to mitigate erosion problems and Marty knew what needed to be done after the metal was removed and he assessed the structure. Both Ronnie Hoover and Ballard Construction were patient with the many questions I had and did very well at explaining the process. Marty and his team at Ballard Construction are very knowledgeable and professional at what they do; could not ask for a better crew. They were early every day, ready to work, and cleaned the site daily; you are hard pressed to find companies with their kind of work ethic. Hoover Buildings and Ballard Construction exceeded every expectation I had and left me blown away by the results. The are no other companies I would ever use for pole buildings or pole building rehab; the results speak for themselves!

🌟5 STARS: Excellent service and product. We recently purchased a 36’x24’ shelter for our RV in Aiken SC. Hoover Building provided a great product and Ballard Construction built the shelter on location. I want to give a special thanks to Ronnie from Hoover Buildings and Marty and his team of builders (Ballard Construction) for their great service and craftsmanship. Every question we had regarding the build was answered quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend both Hoover Buildings and Ballard Construction.

We engaged Hoover for the roof trusses in our 5000 sq. Ft. House, and were happy with how that went. Based on that experience, we decided to have Hoover build our carport. We had looked at all metal buildings, but felt the wood frame approach was more appealing, more compatible with our home. And since we built our house, more understandable and predictable over time. We liked the idea that we could have built it with our skill set, so watching them build it took much less time, and seeing their practiced and perfected methods made us realize the value of hiring them to do it. Marty and his crew were efficient, fast and friendly, and a real pleasure to work with. Our sales person Ronnie, was easy to work with, relaxed, and genuinely interested in our project and our success. He made sure our needs were met, visited the site before, during and after construction, and was interested in us as people looking to have a relationship with a quality company. Hoover is an excellent value, and we have no problem recommending them!

I was very impressed with Hoover from start to finish. They did a great job helping me figure out the best building for me without going over budget. They stayed in touch with me every step of the way and double checked with me on everything down to the inch on stuff like where windows and doors go. I have worked with several contractors and I can honestly say this is the first project I have ever done where everything turned out exactly the way the contractor said it would. On top of that they were done ahead of schedule and that is unheard of in the building world. I rarely do reviews because I never want to say anything bad about any company but I felt the need to wright this review because it was all positive. I could keep saying good things but I need to get back to enjoying my new building.

I have had several major construction projects over the past few years and this was by far the best experience that I have had. From inception to completion, the Hoover team communicated well and were always courteous; they were on the site and worked hard the entire time there; they cared about the quality of their work and my satisfaction. Wish I could give them a sixth star! Good people who can be trusted to deliver the highest quality product. I could not give a stronger recommendation if you need a barn or shop built.

Brian Adams was excellent ! Spoke with at length, answered many questions and had offered some smart ideas. Brian came out to our site where we wanted to put the Pole Barn. He discussed a few different ways we could try to make it work for our site. In the end the site just wouldn’t work out for our budget as the grading out by the Lake property would be too much for Site Work. At no fault of Brian’s or Hoover Buildings we wont move forward now but Brian will be the FIRST person we call if we get the additional funds needed…. Hopefully Soon!

Over the last quarter, we embarked on a new adventure. The construction of a large pole barn. Having completed a new home construction with all the tribulations that entails, we were unsure of what was in store for us.Fortunately we had the good sense to engage Hoover Buildings. From the very beginning we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the dedication to detail of the individuals associated with Hoover. Ronnie, Steve and Gary were available during the entire project with answers and solutions to questions that always arise during an undertaking this size. From site prep, to construction and pouring of cement, the process was seamless.Marty and his crew were pleasant and professional. They were on site early every day and ready to work. They had all their materials on hand and made the process look easy. They kept our site clean and free of drama. It was inspiring to see their work ethic.When it came time for cement, the pre-planning and follow through were what we came to expect. Steve was on site to ensure that things ran smoothly. Everything was ready when needed and on time. The finishing and attention to detail surpassed our expectations.We had two garage doors installed, one standard size and the second was huge. The fit and finish was beautiful. The remote openers are of the best quality and worked very well. When Mother Nature threw us a curve ball in the form of a storm that took out the openers, Hoover stepped up and took care of everything in a timely manner.Final inspection and detail was handled by Gary and his helper. All details were addressed and completed to our satisfaction. Todd completed the project by installing our driveway and approach points.In conclusion, we now have a beautiful barn that we are proud of. Hoover is in our opinion a top notch organization that we will recommend to any interested in listening.

Hoover built a 30x50x12 pole shed for use on my farm. The build was great and we are really enjoying it now. I have two other older Hoover buildings and they are both aging gracefully with no problems whatsoever. Great company and people to hire for all your building needs. Hoover exceeded our expectations in every way. Our building turned out great. Ronnie helped us make design choices and was really good at explaining the process and what we should expect. Marty came and built it for us and you couldn’t ask for a better bunch of guys. So professional and knowledgeable. Always showed up on time, very polite, cleaned the job site everyday. Even the front desk and draftsmen’s they have were exceptional at communicating where we were in the process. They have a very long wait, but it was worth it to have it done correctly. Ronnie Shealy and crews took excellent care of the project; a 50’ x 36’ x 12’ pole barn, from the start to the finish.The concrete pad was poured in a timely manner, all my requests were fulfilled, and the barn looks great!They used superior materials and treated lumber for the framework. The insulation and siding are matched to the house.And Ronnie even recommended an electrician to install the 200 amp service!I highly recommend Hoover Buildings of Lexington to anyone considering an outside structure!!

They definitely build more than carports or whatever at pergola is. They build buildings. and if you ever heard of a pole building in South Carolina you probably heard it called a Hoover building so maybe Google should get straight on what they do because it definitely is not carports
