It took a week between the getting the quote and getting the materials/work done, and the work was done in one-day. This is our second review (both 5 stars) of Peak Exteriors, LLC. I don't know why google didn't show my original one, but it bothers me because that's a whole year people didn't see all the great reasons to pick this awesome company. I will be including a copy of my original review below this new one.April 2024 - moving, new roof on the new house:When we found out the new house we wanted to buy needed an entirely new roof, flashing, boots etc., I didn't even bother to get quotes or call around.My experience with Lee's company, Peak Exteriors, LLC, taught me that this is the company to go with. I knew I'd get the best prices and warranties, without having to nag about when things are getting done or to keep me in the loop.Once again, they didn't disappoint. They communicated with me, and as far as I know, the sellers, throughout the process without leaving me constantly trying to find out information.This is the kind of reputable company with quality workmanship you used to be able to get when you'd look through the yellowpages for REAL businesses, and not the constant "word of mouth, call me on my cellphone" types that so many do these days, with no websites or ways to check reviews etc.The roof was done quickly and beautifully and our soon to be new home looks fantastic!Original review - April 2023 - gutters on brand new build:We had five different companies come give us quotes for gutter installation and we went with Peak Exterior for a number of reasons:- Best price, without having to meet competitor price- Willing to meet competitors price if they quoted lower- Lee is very personable- Great communication- Able to do the install quickly. We had some water infiltration in our kitchen after a storm. I reached out to Peak. They responded the same day and came out to inspect the next morning! After a thorough physical review, the issue was identified. The team headed out to fix the issue the next day. IMO, the response time was great. The prices are reasonable. I landed at the Peak Exteriors website through being a mutual friend of some previous clients who had used them for a home restoration project. Lee responded swiftly to my inquiry and came out the following day with a drone, walked the entire roof and thoroughly inspected it before generating a bid and time of work. He gave me a list of completed jobs to visit in the area and brought out a variety of samples as well. Lee's knowledgeable insight from working with insurance companies for years, opened up a brand new financially beneficial path for a new roof that I had not initially been aware of. After careful consideration, doing my due diligence and several days of the confidence building, I decided to move forward with it. Lee was recommended to me by a home inspector (which should say enough by itself) to fix some siding that had blown off in a storm. Lee was very responsive and got out to our house within a few days to assess the situation. A quote was provided quickly and I was happy with the price. The job was completed quickly and I look forward to the next big storm to test the new siding. Very satisfied with the whole experience.Note - the "after" photo has some distorted colors....the difference in color is not this big in person and looks great.

Our 30-plus year old skylight was leaking and we contracted with Peak Exteriors to replace it. They did so as soon as the new one arrived from the factory. The owner Lee came out to check on the work and there was one minor adjustment that needed to be made. His crew was back out the very next day to take care of it.
