They’re not friendly at all & I was told the property I went to go looked at someone had already put in an application when I went back to return the keys I was told I could apply if I like the property I didn’t like the environment & don’t like to be lie to when doing business !! I’m glad I didn’t do business with them , the only person that were friendly was the older lady at the front desk .

Lynn Walker the property Manager was curt and uninterested in renting to me. MAYBE ITS CAUSE I HAVE A VOUCHER I cant help I qualify for assistance. I make 3 times the rent like YOU REQUESTED and have been employed for 6 years. I also have part time job in home health care FOR 4 YEARS. I CAME PREPARED WITH APPLICATION FILLED OUT AND PAY STUBS FOR BOTH JOBS. NEVER have I EVER BEEN EVICTED OR LATE ON RENT . WHEN I CAME BACK FROM VIEWING THE UNIT NO ONE OFFERED TO TAKE MY APPLICATION. Lynn Walker immediately turn back to ME to face her computer screen EVERY TIME after answering my questions. That's fine because there Is SOOO many damages in the property I viewed anyway. If I could do zero stars I would. Upon first arrival to the unit on Addy Lane as soon as I opened the door I smelled mildew and ceiling has water damage cause its stained and sunk in. Closets and bedrooms are small and smell like mildew .I could tell she WAS GOING TO be a slum landlord cause she didn't even introduce herself to me Jessica the receptionist had to do that and when she did introduce me to Lynn Walker she turned her back towards me. If previous tenant had renters insurance (cause it's MANDATORY! Right?) Why is it so hard to fix said damages?.. at least fix it up and make it presentable before viewing dont just post a video that you took SEVERAL YEARS AGO and fool people with it thinking that you can get over on renters.Won't get me caught up in your maintenance issues..Mrs Lynn Walker... you were Borderline profiling SWEETHEART! WHO THE HECK IS GOING TO PAY 775 AND RENTERS INSURANCE for a unit with HOLES AND MILDEW SMELL. PLEASE AVOID RENTING apt F on Addy Lane in Lexington if you can. YOU WLL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES THAT YOU DIDNT CAUSE. FIX THE REPAIRS cause it looks SLOPPY!!!

They managed a property of mine for 15 years. They were very responsive, professional, honest and very helpful in finding best prices and products - they know everyone in town. I highly recommend them. They also helped me prep my house to sell, everything from paint, flooring, vent replacement, junk hauling, cleaning and everything else the house needed, all at very fair prices. My house sold in one day as well.

My wife and I rented a great 1200 square foot property just off main street. Rogers Property was incredibly responsive to any maintenance issues we ever had. When the summer heat began to kick in our AC was not as cold as we had expected it to be. I made one phone call from work at 11am to request that it be looked into. By the time I got home at 2pm there was a maintenance guy packing up his tools and politely let me know the issue had been repaired. We had a few other minor maintenance issues during the year we rented from Rogers Property and they were all handled very quickly. At the worst they had somebody out the next day to fix the issue. If there was a scheduling issue they worked around our work schedules to insure we where home to manage our dog while the maintenance man repaired the issue. Their maintenance staff was also incredibly pet friendly. At one point they even played fetch with my dog who kept bothering him to play while he was fixing our sink. One other thing that I really appreciated was that they had annual scheduled maintenance for things like checking the condition of the roof and termite inspection. They would also give us a few days notice that they were going to be doing any kind of inspection. Over all their communication, service, and rental cost can't be beat in this area. One last thing - lawn service was included in our rent as well so the exterior of the rental was well maintained. We are relocating back up north but plan to return and rent again from Rogers Property.

Rogers is an honest, helpful and responsive business. I used their property management services for almost 5 years and was very satisfied. Then I listed my townhouse with them and it sold in 1day! They were great in helping with fix up repairs and all paperwork involved in closing. Thank you Clifton, Lynn, and Martha.

After reading some of the reviews, I had to comment. Rogers Property is definitely 5 star quality. I am a current tenant and I could not be more pleased with the customer service. The staff members are always pleasant and personable. I call the office frequently and have never been treated disrespectfully nor unpleasantly. As a matter of fact, it feels more like a family. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I just moved here from CA and the process from the start with Rogers Prop Mgmt was so professional. They are honest, and helpful. One of their landlords they manage for refused to clean his property for our family to move in, and Rogers Prop made it right with us and refunded our money. They also tried to find us another property. I felt honored and respected. I was not a number, and they cared about my family. I would use their services again, hands down.

We moved to SC from Utah when my husband got transferred at his job. We had to get in a home fast and therefore did not have time to buy. I wish we would have gone with a home that was through a different management company or read the reviews on this place. I will say the owner himself is very nice but everything else was terrible. If you ever have to talk to Lynn Walker to get something fixed ask if someone else can help you. She is literally the grumpiest and rudest person I have ever had to talk to on the phone, ever. A few notable problems for the only year we lived in a home managed by this place- We had a leak from a tub upstairs that we noticed was leaking when it starting dripping from the ceiling below. We felt this was kind of a big deal (DUH) but Lynn wrote it off as an NBD basically and said it'd take a few days for someone to come out. So we wait 3 days and still hadn't heard from her again or anyone else who was coming to fix it and I call again. Instead of her confessing she forgot about it she blamed it on the plumber. Well it took over a week for them to come fix the leak. When I talked to the plumber he said that he had just barely got the call from them that day. In other words it was poor handling by Lynn.Our smoke detecters all starting to make weird noises and tried changing batteries but nothing was working. They were from the 1980's and for sure needed to be replaced because they were for sure not working. We called, had to talk to freaking Lynn walker again. She said she would look into it. Well weeks go by, several phone calls and messages left and literally NO ONE ever called to tell me when we were getting new smoke detectors. I finally had to look up on the county records who owned the home and contacted him directly about it. He personally went right to Lowe's and bought the whole house new ones because Roger's property management was so inept.There was a giant storm that came through like 4 months or more before we moved and ripped out a big chunk of the fence in the backyard and after many phone calls and messages no one ever fixed the fence. It was still ripped out when we moved.One time we called about having a mice problem and I told them I specifically wanted someone to come while I was there so we could show them where we've seen them and where we had seen them run so the situation could be better addressed. Well they sent someone without letting me know when they were coming and literally the only thing that was done was more traps set in our garage RIGHT NEXT TO THE TRAPS WE HAD ALREADY SET! We ended up figuring out the problem and spending money on it on our own.Seriously, I can go on. This group did NOT manage the properties they were in charge of. I would never in a million years let them manage a property I owned nor would I ever rent a property from them again. Hope someone reads this and it helps them with a decision.

I was a current tenant just a couple months ago. Let me first say they are terrible with communication. Secondly, they will hide all the fees they are charging you for your deposit. Not only did I receive my deposit back after the "30" days they have listed in their contract, they took out $55 for a maintenance fee. Now this fee is because they came out to fix it and nothing was wrong with it. The problem lies with the fact we waited 3 weeks to be seen because they would not come out on the day the said they were coming out. They also will charge you a cleaning fee, even after you not only cleaned the entire house, but marked on the pre checklist sheet it was dirty and the carpets were stained. I rolled my ankle twice on stairs they said they would fix and never did. Terrible place. At this point, we are debating about going further legally with them since they sent the charges and deposit after the 30 day window they listed, as well as them never fixing the stairs and causing myself and other family members to get splinters from and roll our ankles over.

Be careful this company will nickel and dime you. Going on 3 months as them being our property manager and they have nickeled and dimes us to the point where my wife and I are still coming out of pocket to cover the mortgage and haven’t made a single dime of profit. Also watch out if they offer a discount they will not discount their property management fee and will over charge you for making a place move in ready and you will have to fight it on the backend. Believe me find a different company to work with.

I'm a little stunned to read the other reviews because our experience with Rogers Property Management couldn't have been any different. In fact, I HIGHLY recommend them to those looking for rental property in the area. We live in North Carolina and for 11 years they managed a rental house for us in Lexington with no gaps in the rentals. The repairs were few, infrequent, and definitely legitimate. They always took care of them with great speed but only after consulting with us first. Since It was a long term rental property, we surveyed our renters to make sure they were satisfied with our property management and it was unanimous - they all were! When we listed the property to sell, Rogers Property Management worked closely with us to find a renter who could accommodate showings without any hiccups or inconvenience to the renter. There is no question that if we ever have another rental property in that area of South Carolina, we will most certainly use them!

Rogers Property Management has been far less than responsive to issues on the property. Known issues have been blatantly omitted from our knowledge. First is the roach infestation at our property, second is the mold which was very bad in the bathroom. Third the bathtub does not drain, so you stand in ankle deep water after a quick shower.Our Plumber is the most responsive person as he fixed the water hammering and even called before coming to the property. But the core issues still remain. We had scheduled for the pest control to come out a month ago when we moved in. I have poured so much money myself into the upkeep of this house which it desperately needed.

I didnt like anything about my experience with Roger Property Management. I have gone to them on 2 seperate occasions and have had bad experience both times. They may be great for people using them but for future tenants they are rude and disrespectful. I was born and raised here and they made me feel like a criminal and not good enough to rent from them. When Lexington was such a small town if you didnt have the right name you were nobody, I kinda thought since they've grown it would be different.

Rogers Property Management Inc (RPMI) has been the property manager of my mobile home located at Basin Rock Ln since 2002. I have not had any problems with them within this time. In fact, out of the 12 years, there was only one time that my home was not rented for a period of three months. In addition, there really has not been a high turnover rate in tenants while RPMI has been managing my property. Even when there was an issue with a tenant RPMI took care of it right away. Heck, when I visited last time to inspect my property, arrangements were made prior to my arrival without complication. As far as upkeep, I can only say that I can rely on them 100% to ensure repairs are necessary and within budget. Lastly, I would like to say that I live in upstate New York and this is still not a hindrance with the business of managing my mobile home. They are a great group of people who take care of their tenants as well as the owners of the properties they manage

We had a contract on a condo through this company and they rented it two weeks before we were to move in without communicating with us. Lynn Walker (The property manager) says she doesn't have our contract, which was given to her. It will be interesting to see how she explains where the contract is when she refunds our deposit. This has been a huge inconvenience for us but no doubt it is a blessing in disguise because this company is a mess.

Did not like the service I DIDN'T receive after returning the key from looking at a house. I wasn't asked if I'd like to apply for the house or anything. They handed me my key deposit back and said "do you have any questions?" while walking back to her office and so I just said no thank you and she went straight to her desk and said nothing else, so I walked out. I didn't get a "thank you for coming" or would I like to fill out an application or anything!! Very disappointed in their "customer service"!

Don't even bother applying with them if you are even in your mid 20s as their response was nothing more than we don't think a property owner would want any 20 year olds to live there. The person who I was speaking to was Lynn so maybe someone else up there would be better but Lynn will happily discriminate based on age.

If you read all of the reviews, you ll see some that are not complmentary to Rogers Property. I do not understand, but as the old saying goes ...you can t please everyone, all of the time ... For a studio appt with utilities included it's a pretty good deal. They offer weekly and monthly rates. If you can pay monthly vyou save 100 bucks. No deposit required but there is a waiting list.
