Stan is a very amazing inspector for your roofing need. He went above and beyond to get my insurance to fix more than just my roof. He did an amazing job as far as fixing the roofs and other parts around the house. He treated your house as if it was his. Overall his work with spring with the insurance and fixing was very good. I would totally recommend him for all of your roofing needs.

Had a few shingles blow off. Unlike two others, Stan wanted to actually go up on the roof to inspect before deciding what needed to be done.He is extremely personable and professional. Mr. Rawl was extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He explained to me what needed to be done along with the estimate. He delt with the insurance company personally, because I was totally in the dark when it came to the insurance. He was courteous, professional and did what he said should be done. Stan worked to get my insurance co. to cover the damage after they had at first turned me down. He knows his business well. Then he made a plan to get it done expeditiously, brought out materials and a great crew, and was in and out being done in one day. Tearing off two old layers of shingles, repairing the decking, and installing it all back new, on both the house and the detached garage. Wow! Did I mention all in one day? You bet I did. My house was for sale and the roof needed either extensive repair or replacement. After inspecting the roof, Stan said he thought it would be covered by my insurance. It was. We called Mr. Rawl on a recommendation from our neighbor. Actually I won't lie, he wasn't our first call, we made several phone calls. No one would come help us. Until, we called Mr. Rawl. He was over at our house quickly. We thought we had a leaking roof and were prepared for the worst news. Mr. Rawl is very genuine and honest. He made it clear our roof was in good shape and helped us fix the problem. After we fixed the issue, boom we had another leak ugh...the heat from the hot summer days caused our boot to separate. Again, Mr. Rawl was the first person we called. When it comes time to get a new roof we will be calling on Mr. Rawl. He is honest, kind, compassionate and overall a good man. I hope others will support Mr. Rawl, a local business owner who I personally feel you can trust.
