Went to AutoZone in Moncks Corner with what I thought was a bad battery. Andrew R did a battery test and told me the battery was good. He was able to locate the problem very quickly and resolved it and got me back on the road within a few minutes. He did a great job and is a credit to your store and company.

Staff is well trained. They have mechanical knowledge and know parts, which is always a good thing in selling automotive parts. Surprised to find out they had a window washer pump for my Lincoln in stock. Been there a few times over the years, never a long wait. Staff always seems friendly and on point. They make sure you are well taken care of.

Well it's autozone... what do you really expect from them. No body ever has a clue what you are looking for. Got asked if it was 4x4 while looking for a tail gate latch.... there was 1 person working the entire store today and he was extremely passed off. So yeah its still autozone

I went to the Auto Zone today in Moncks Corner. Miss Julie was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She is a blessing to woman like myself, who don't know much about cars. She went the extra mile to make sure I had everything that I needed. Great experience. This woman deserves a raise. Thank you Miss Julie.

This location just made a new client! As a woman going through car troubles can be nerve wrecking! I walked in here to see all women behind the counter. I approached a happy employee (Julie) who was happily putting away merchandise while dancing and right away came to my car to check out what I needed! At the counter she looked to see if I had a warranty before charging me and luckily I did! Everyone here seems happy to help and it’s really the best customer service I have received from all auto-zone’s I’ve been!

Had to go to AutoZone for my daughter 3 times in 2 days. They were not helpful or knowledgeable. So much so, the unwillingness to help came off rude the last time. Decided to go to Advanced Auto after last time. Immediately!!!! They were helpful, knowledgeable AND HELPED me save money. Even if it ended up with me not buying what I needed from them. Used to swear by AutoZone. Never again. At least not this location!!!

Raced to make it before they closed to get a part I needed badly, got there in time but they locked their doors as I was getting out of my car and ignored me, refusing to even acknowledge me. I already knew what I needed and all, would have been in and out but now I'm going to lose out on money because they were in a hurry and put laziness over customer satisfaction. They used to be better than that.... guess the new people here are of a lesser quality... smh

Customer Service was good today. I have had poor service in the past. Hope it is getting better. Well I went back 3 days later and I had a coupon for $20 off in the system. And I am a disabled Veteran. My wife went in and there was no coupon (I have the hard Copy) they didn't show my military discount in the system. They where rude to my wife and just not helpful. What ever happen to customer service. I used to work at Auto Zone part time while in military. This store is so up and down. It is frustrating to wonder what type of service me or my wife will receive.

Went there last night around 7:45pm. The staff member had just returned from being outside smoking and I asked her if she could test my battery. She hesitated for a while as if she didn't know or didn't want to do it. When we got outside to my 04 Tahoe she saw that it had a side post battery and began complaining about it being difficult. Then after a few seconds of messing with the tester she just said "it wont work". I asked what she meant and she explained that the tester couldn't test my battery for some reason. Then she said "well I cant replace your battery anyways because of that bar over your battery. At this point I could see she had no interest in helping me. I said ok, guess I'll go elsewhere. I went to Autozone in Summerville and the employee used the same type of tester, checked my battery and replaced it in 5 minutes. I now prefer to drive a few extra miles to go to Summerville. Very disappointed in store#4653.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I came in for oil and a filter and the staff answered all my questions as well as making me aware of the current specials. I ended up purchasing the Mobil 1 full synthetic. Will definitely visit again.

This is the best autozone in the area, hands down. It is now under new management. He will do everything in his power to get you the part you need. We walked in needing parts for a project car and after searching the back several times for different years of Ford and Chevy parts, the manager found all the parts we needed. Great service, by far my preferred place to go for parts.

Not as friendly as post auto places however they're very straight to the point here. If they have the part they have it. I won't tell you it's there for purchase and have you come all the way there to find out it's not in stock. They get a 4 star cause they know they're stuff. An have great phone patience.
