I went to Homewood Metalworks to price a few sheets for a job I was doing for someone. “Homewood” told me I could get my material next day if ordered early morning. I came back a week later; ordered and paid. Asked what time to expect my order the next day and was now told 3 working days to get order. I became very disappointed, as I was ready for my metal so to finish my project! They promised to call me soon as it arrived. “I” called two days later. No order!!And again, was promised a call, the next day at lunch time. NO CALL!!! So I called them and was told my order was there. Where’s my call!!? As I arrived, they actually told me that my order was there the day prior!! They claimed the order was not tagged. But yet , I received a properly tagged bag of screws that was part of the order!! The tag had every item listed along with my last name written boldly across it!! I could have completed my job and made my customer very happy! Costed me and my helper a wasted day!! Although the ladies that served me were very friendly, they lack tremendously in professionalism! I’ll give the metal place on old Hwy 52 a try next time before going back to Homewood Metalworks! I had to rate a star to post my opinion. Heck! I’ll let em have it for the courteous service.

Great group of fellas here. No full of BS sales pitch on why you should spend more money on their product or anything like that.Cater to the DIYer or the contractor, or the home owner that's having to pull up half of my unfinished halfa$$ed roof and do the contractors job.They gave detailed and experienced advice on the best flashing techniques, up to date code information, and their prices are great.
