Out of all the parks I’ve shopped I like this one the most. I wish I would have been more patient before buying but circumstances lead me to believe other wise. One of which was finishing the repairs from when I was renting but the Yes communities switched management and I guess forgot about my families home. Now a few years in I’m basically making the home ready and finishing the buyers pre sell punch list. My porch was painted but the rails and steps are rotted, the foundation compromised and the roof was never completed right. So many plumbing issues and who knows what’s up with the septic tank but the neighbor cats seem to just use it wherever( on my sun roof, lawn chair, steps, potted and imported plants). I think he least Yes Communities could do is anything…

Yet again same problems keeping at 1 star now. All concerned about money but not willing to fix any problems. What they need to do is find a community manager that actually cares about the tenants then money. My floor has been falling in for over 6 months now nonthing done about it, but they are quick to put notices on the door to collect money on yards not being cut every single week.Review still stands at 1 star. I dont understand why i have to put a work order in to fix pot holes when the proptery manager and maitanece drives over the same pot holes i do every day.....Owners are coming in so people are getting notices again about yards but after they leave the play ground will be full of trash and potholes will be everywheres again with no care at all...

Just great people, living on a little less, but GREAT nonetheless. The place is way larger than I thought. My sister lives there and has four sometime. She's never had any problems. It's a multiracial community and generosity of a southern smile whoever you encounter walking by. The pool works too!

Pretty Nice place to live but the community manager is not very good at communicating effectively. I have been here about 3 months and things have been a bit shady when it comes to inquiries about maintenance or leasing storage property. I have gotten several different stories in regards to these things. The sales and leasing manager Curtis is pretty cool very nice and efficient. Does a great job at giving you all the information about rent to own and provides a comfortable atmosphere. I have even seen him on the grounds on Saturdays working. Overall it’s worth applying.

New manager is very rude and uncooperative even though my mom pays rent on time. So far there has been six families moving out of there since new manager has come in. They have raced a lot rent on people not wait until the lease is up to do it keeping the grounds dirty they have one person does the yards the maintenance she told the maintenance until he can tell her what his girlfriend was going to have he could not come back until she told him what she's going to have with the baby. Very very unprofessional!

For us first time buyers, really was nervous about the whole thing. Curtis made us very comfortable. Relaxed, explained everything . He has a great personality. Very polite. Conversations seem like you’ve know him forever. Just a all around good man, and salesman. If it wasn’t for Curtis we would still be confused. He made sure all of our needs were met, made sure the maintenance got done. Thanks Ricky. He definitely a plus for Shannonwood.

My first experience here was through a private owner about 3 years ago. It can be a very quiet community at times. There have been a few incidents that had taken place here in the community but it has nothing to do with the actual residents in the community. I recently moved into another trailer about 2 months ago. Curtis made the transition really smooth through a really uncompromising situation. He made me feel comfortable even though it was a stressful situation. Since I've been in the new place, promises have been made but have not fulfilled. I've been in contact with the property manager on several occasions to resolve maintenance issues but have not been resolved.

There are pros and cons.They do great things for the children and have a nice pool to cool off but when it comes to safety it feels like they don't take it seriously.There have been break in' s to homes and cars and even things taken from yards but you only have police patrol for about a day or so when something happens..To me that doesn't do any good if people know how the police are going to patrol..And everything is pretty much kept hush hush because when you talk to your neighbors they didn't know anything happened..So my advice just be cautious.

I would like to start this with the first 3 years of living at Shannon wood was freaking awesome !!! the lady who assisted us made sure that anything and everything was taken care of with the property; Once that property manager left things started moving backwards, we have had maintenance man break in and steal from our home and a few others, when questioned why wouldn't you let your tenants know, her respond was "I took care of it". Finally a 3rd property manager was hired on and things didn't improve either, we are very patient so my wife walked to the office and gave them a break down of everything that needed to be done, 3-6 months later no word; we called it was never placed in a work order, 30-60 days later someone came in to fix the issue with the bathroom..... 30 days later someone came back to fix the small details in the kitchen but didn't have the tools or the hardware ... not to sure ... 2 weeks later nothing, so I took that Saturday and fixed everything my self, I get a call one day at work from the office, saying that I am late with my rent so I quickly give them a call ! She asked if I am going to be paying the rent I mentioned we have already paid the rent a few days ago; in form of a money order ... to make a long story short someone in the office had it in the trash. My issue is this when the big people (owner) (bosses) come to visit the property they are quick to send out 7 days notice to cut the yard; etc .... any other time they don't care. I have lived here for almost 6 years and in that time I have been late with my rent 3 times and each one of those times they new ahead of time and paid any fees with no issues. The only one in the office when I am there to speak with the P/M is Curtis; only reason why I am still here is because of him Thank you. However I would not recommend this place to no one with the current property or previous property manager. If you move here I hope your experience is better then mines *ours* I am very simple and a firm believer if I pay i should receive the service of which I am paying for.Thank you for your time, God Bless

Curtis is amazing, so helpful with the move-in and everything after. Rebecca gave us some false information with prices and mortgages and for the repairs needed on the house so I’m disappointed and kind of annoyed. We were told 30 days free repairs but it’s been 13-15 days and the days we were told the maintenance Man was coming and nobody showed. Also we were told that we would get free lot rent for two months and nothing has been said about that as of late or anything. Curtis is helping us clarify the problems and get us what we need/ what we were promised.

Shannonwood is a very community driven place. We have community events throughout the year. Ice cream socials, pizza party, movie under the stars, Moncks Corner Police has cook outs for Shannonwood, we can't forget the big one is when Santa comes to town, an we do more. We have a kids camp during the summer, free lunch during the summer are some more big hits. We have a sparkling salt water pool with palm trees surrounding it an sun sails to shade you. Beautiful playground area an basketball too. The homes are beautiful you just have to see, we sell them an lease them. We mostly have newer homes with all the bells an whistles. Sheetrock walls, recessed lighting, 2" plantation blinds, walk in master closet, huge soaking tub, built ins an so much more. If you have any questions just call an the staff will be more than happy to help. Historic Moncks Corner has a lot to offer as well... lakes, parks, festivals, an so much more. The park itself, is very clean, lawns are very well-kept, however, the units, in my assessment are entirely too close, for privacy.The entry access to the mobile home park need a lot of landscaping, it looks kind of rough😳!!

My wife and I recently purchased a home solely based on the sales manager Curtis Smith's professionalism,well mannered, and accomodating us and making us feel welcomed and at home. I personally know we would have never made deal if it wasn't for him. He made this process very easy and helped us come to a great decision. We have never had such a great experience in such a life changing moment like this. If Shannonwood had more representation like Curtis Smith, this company will have alot more happy families like us and more to come. This man deserves a raise, days off, and a promotion. Wish there were more genuine people like Mr. Curtis Smith, Great job

They totally need to clean out the storm drains in this park. My engine in my car flooded while I was visiting a friend because the streets filled up so deep. Totally ridiculous.

Bad management. All she do is care about money and nothing else. They cut my grass without me asking them to do so and think I’m going to pay them for it. And how you going to go up on my lot rent I just been here 4 months and it’s nothing in my contact about my lot rent going up after 4 months so I will not be paying the new price they trying to get. ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY HERE AND ITS NOT RIGHT AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP

Uhhhhhhhhh, where to start? I'll keep it short. Drive through on a Saturday before you decide to move in. Damned sure do the be late with the rent. Will try to throw you out with the quickness. The staff is the only good thing. Great guys and gals, and I know they're just doing their jobs. It's not their policy.

Great place to rent from Curtis was amazing he gave us 110% and helped us with everything so that we could move in he went above and beyond to help us in get us moved in the neighborhood is pretty chill if your looking to rent I’d definitely recommend coming to Shannonwood and speak to Curtis he actually cares about his people

Love living here in Shannonwood. The staff are excellent,nice and sweet. Ms.christine and ms.sheila are very helpful,nice,sweet and if you need anything,they are right there. Even the maintenance staff are excellent and very understanding. I will continue living here for good while!!!!

I like living in Shannonwood from the very first night I spent here. The staff are very friendly and help the people as much as they can. Shiela isv the bomb. Working with the children is an awesome thing she does best. Santa comes every year which is an awesome thing for the kids that live here too. Love it here.

Live here, wish lot were bigger and could have your own swing sets and stuff. The kids have to play in the streets cause no one has any yard to play in. They try to make up for it with a playground and pool but the play ground is over run with foul mouthed little brats w/o any parental supervision and the pool is rarely open for some reason or another. People who make min. Wage cannot live here comfortably the rents for space is high people on SS struggle as well. There are many people that are on welfare or should be getting it but because of state guidlind do not qualify which just makes the struggle worse for them. We have not had real problems there are mischief makers but nothing hard core. Cars are safe and property is safe but you have to keep everything locked up or down not because of stealing but because kids roam umsupervised and want to play in, on your property (cars, beds of trucks, sheds and some just walk in your house and ask for food. Weird I know like I said unsupervised children roam.

Shannonwood of Moncks Corner is a very well kept location. We have lived in Shannonwood for the past two years. It is a very nice place to live and the people are very friendly.The grounds and homes are well kept.MZ

We have a house there and we love it . The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful .. the people in the rental office and maniance are sooo wonderful and helpful. Always there when you need them.
