From start to finish was the best experience. They made sure I left the lot with a car. If I could gove more stars I would have. A scale from 1 through 10 I would definitely give them a 20. My salesmen was Mr. Bryan and Mr. Stanley ask for them when you get there I promise u will not regret it. Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself

We drove almost 4 hours from GA to look at a car from Stokes. From the initial phone call to the end of the whole process was pretty seamless. Our salesman, Stanley was absolutely phenomenal! If we were in the car market again, we would go back to Stokes specially just to deal with him again. He was not pushy one bit, answered all questions, very attentive, and overall just an extremely nice person. So far I’m loving my Blazer Premier !

The wife and I are on 2 month camping trip across the country and had a check engine light come on. With pulling a 40’ 5th wheel we needed to have the truck looked at. We were close to Stokes Chevy in Moncks Corner so we pulled in. Service Advisor Anthony was great. Ran the codes saw what the issue was a recommended having it checked out by a Tech. Unfortunately the diesel tech was out sick that day, but was supposed to be in the next day. Anthony arranged for a rental for us so we left the truck. Next Anthony calls and says tech is still out sick. Ultimately we had to go to another dealer in the area as we were up against a time crunch. I would highly recommend going to Stokes because of Anthony. He understood the situation an tried his best to help. If we’re in the area again a need help we’d definitely go back.

Do not buy from this dealership. They completely lied to me about a truck I purchased. It was manufactured as 4x4 and listed as 4x4. THERE WAS NO 4X4 ON THE TRUCK. I told them about it and they said their service department would correct it. When I showed up I was told I would have to pay. I tried to get in touch and they wouldn't call back. They try to take advantage of people for money then want to fix it out of your pocket. Other dealerships will be honest, helpful, and will value a customer.

Easily the best Chevrolet dealership service department I've ever been to.I've owned a 2016 Z06 since December of 2019. When I bought it, it had 9,000 miles. Though the car was in perfect condition, there was always a rattle noise when V4 mode would kick in. Whatever was causing the noise would also cause the V4 mode to cancel putting the car back into V8 mode. I took the car to multiple dealerships in Michigan (where I lived at the time) and got no answers or solutions. Some would simply say they don't know, and others would have me changing parts that didn't solve anything except lowering my bank account.I did my own research and found a GM bulletin online that stated a bad tensioner pulley would cause similar issues that I was encountering. I went ahead and ordered the tensioner pulley and belt and the next time I went to the dealership for an oil change, I would have them swap out the parts. They DID swap out the parts but never really checked anything or even took the time to review the bulletin. Ultimately, there was no change to the problem with the part swaps.Shortly after, I moved to Summerville, South Caroline. I went to the closest dealership near me (Crews Chevrolet) for my regular oil change and asked them to update my GPS and diagnose the issue with the noise on the engine when in V4 mode. Three days after dropping it off, I get a text message telling me that my torque tube shifted, causing the thrust bearing to misalign and metal being created in the motor. They gave me an estimate of $15,000 to rebuild the engine and $26,000 to replace the engine. I talked to multiple corvette experts across the country and they all said that they'd never experienced this issue with a factory installed torque tube. They also told me what the symptoms would be with the problems they were claiming, and I had none of them. The noise was clearly coming from the left side of the engine bay and not behind the engine. The tech at Crews also admitted the noise was coming from the engine bay but then just dismissed it.Needless to say, I respectfully questioned the diagnosis from Crews with the tech rep tech, OBVIOUSLY, it was a minimum 15k repair. I knew their diagnosis was wrong but instead of them opening their minds and considering they made a mistake, they simply quit responding to me and told the GM rep I was dealing with that they wouldn't repair the car. Yes, I reached out to GM and put in a claim for this issue and the incompetence of past dealers to not fix this while under warranty. Ultimately, it cost me thousands before it was fixed. GM offered me $47...a whole other sad issue.Since I didn't trust the first diagnosis, I decided to drive a bit further to Stokes Chevy for a second opinion. Right off, the service reps (Anthony, Clint) were very friendly, accommodating and sympathetic to my situation. They understood it had been multiple dealerships and years of dealing with this issue and wanted to makes sure it got solved at their dealership. Stokes had an ACTUAL master mechanic and an expert with Corvettes. They kept the car for nearly a week doing a proper diagnosis. Ultimately, it DID end up being the tensioner pulley that was the problem, exactly what the original bulletin said that I had found and tried to fix. Unfortunately, I received the wrong tensioner pulley and the dealership that put it on never took the time to check the bulletin or the car for that matter. They simply put the part on and pushed it out the door. Not only did Stokes find the problem and fix it, Lee (master mechanic) also did a deep inspection of the car. He found that the torque tube bearing was exactly where it was supposed to be. He also measured the end play of the crankshaft, which was within spec, AND inspected the oil, which was completely void of any contaminants. So...the tech at Crews was either lying to get a huge payment for the dealership or completely incompetent.Stokes saved me tens of thousands of dollars because of their integrity, professionalism, and experience. Big thanks to Clint, Anthony & Lee. Y'all rock!

Before I stepped onto the lot, Toby took interest in my needs. Via text messages and a phone call we got the ball rolling. Once we got on the lot we were greeted by Dutch and from there the red carpet treatment began. From looking at the inventory to the test drive. Searching local (and not so local) dealerships. It all takes patience and understanding, working together to make it all happen. But the team at Stokes Chevy did it. Thanks to all of you!

I have never been at a dealership where they go back on sales price and want to raise my monthly bill. Finance person was so rude wouldn’t let me speak and would speak over me. Sales person looked very unconcerned. Borderline was bothered daily to purchase this truck. I told them what price I wanted and they swore up and down I would stay at that price. I will never purchase another Chevy again. And I will tell all my friends and family to not buy a truck from this location. I asked all the questions, specifically asked to not have my time wasted, only to have my time wasted. Run from this dealership! I will do them the courtesy to not mention their names. Very disappointed.

If I could give 10 stars, there would be 10 stars. Car buying has never been an easy process for my husband and I. But yesterday when we went to Stokes Chevrolet the moment we walked thru the door it felt like we had chosen the right place. And we DID! The receptionist greeted us immediately upon entry and set us up with Kaleb our sales guy. He was AMAZING!! Got us riding in no time. Met with Steve aka Swat and he too was amazing. Everyone handled us with so much care it was impressive. Will definitely be back for all my car buying needs. Rate 10 of 10

Bought a chevy blazer 4yrs ago. Now the blazer has been in the shop 3 times in the last 2 months. First, a battery and something else. Then, the wiring harness. Now, I didn't even have the car back a week , back in the shop AGAIN!! Supposedly, it is an intermittent electrical problem. It has been another week, and I can't even get Amanda Burbage to call me back. Feels like all I'm going to have now is one problem after another. I'm not sure what to do. Should have probably gotten a Dodge. So, here I am, sitting and waiting to find out something. Here's to anticipation.update:Got my car back 2 days earlier than they said. I apologize to Amanda Burbage. The reason she didn't call me back is because she had been sick. I will say I may have overreacted to some extent. If I have any other problems, I won't hesitate to call Amanda Burbage.Update: April 19,2024My blazer is running great. I still love my blazer. Thank ya'll for a good job. Knock on wood, no more problems or issues. Yes I did knock on wood. Lol

Could not be happier with the team at stokes Chevy especially Toby Guarino the sales manager who made my purchase of a brand new bolt euv for my wife as fast and smooth as I’ve ever experienced when buying a car. I was in and out with no hassle and they answered all questions that I had, they even gave my wife a full class on the car being it’s our first fully electric vehicle. I highly recommend going to see Toby and his team if your in the market for a new vehicle.

Definitely the best Chevy service around, took my van to Crews and I was back there numerous times the service advisor did not call me to know much about what’s going on or any info on part I was waiting my van was there for 2 weeks maybe 3 and all they could tell me was that they did not know when part was coming and also advised me that there were some other trucks waiting for same part that’s been there for months, so I took van out of there and took it to Anthony Rossi at stokes and from day one he let me know what was going on with van and called me every couple days to let me know that they have not forgotten about me and then there mechanic Deon Caine was awesome and I will NOT take my van to any other dealership besides Stokes and only will work with Anthony and Deon! And on top of all that they had my van for about a week and it is now back with me running mint!! Thanks Guys you both deserve a raise and you will definitely be seeing you guys again next time I need service!!

Everyone I encountered at Stokes Chevrolet was great. They made this an easy buying experience. Tom Greene, my salesman, was very knowledgeable about the truck and a pleasure to work with. The manager, Stephen, was a pleasure to talk to and deal with. And the finance man (I'm forgetting his name) was also easy to work with. They all stayed two hours past closing time to finish everything. I would highly recommend Stokes Chevrolet.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Sales and Service were on two different pages and it caused a lot of problems being that I was in the middle. The car price was magically increased (cars normally decrease) on the day I went in to purchase. The car had issues and a crack windshield but they kind of brushed it off and just pressured me to get insurance maybe just so they could charge me to fix stuff they should’ve checked before putting the car up for sale, who knows. Although my salesman and finance person were OK to me, the supposedly “MANAGER” Tobi does NOT know how to handle situations or how to speak to people! Take your business ELSEWHERE! He is horrible!!! I ended up returning the car.

I was in Moncks Corner from out of town and called to see if Stokes Chevrolet could fit me in for an oil change. Amanda Burbage said they could and I was at the dealership in a few minutes. Amanda checked me in and sent me to the customer waiting room and said it may be an hour to an hour and a half. The waiting room was comfortable and I enjoyed the down-home small talk with the other customers. I realized I had left my wallet in the console and Bryan Brown was kind enough to let me retrieve it. In the end, I was in and out in around 45 minutes.Top notch service from top notch staff.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Had a rude sales men. Acted as if he was better then us and when telling him about a problem with a car (had an oil leak) he was showing us. He said well what do you except for a $15,000 car. Never will recommend. But we ended at another dealer ship buying a car under budget and less miles on the car (77,000miles) no problems or leaks. So, tell your sells men that’s what we wanted and expected from a car that was only $12,556 cash!

TERRIBLE BUSINESS DEALINGS.So about a year and half ago I went to purchase a vehicle during the influx of the used car market, unfortunately Wayne Nash, a former employee of Stokes, was able to somehow get me approved for an $18k loan but for some reason, I was not approved for a $10k car. I then ended up getting a 2019 Nissan Versa with 106,000 miles on it. Within the first 2 months my car broke down 3 times in rush hour traffic. I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle (the mechanic wiped the codes from the dash). I then had to have Nissan on Rivers take my vehicle for 3 weeks as they tried multiple repairs, including a brand new Fuel Pump, brand new Transmission Control Module/Sensor issue. After this, I then continued to have more issues. It turns out a $600 Transmission Communication board located in the rear drivers taillight, was malfunctioning causing multiple transmission issues including: The car randomly shutting off, Going into limp mode while driving at 60+mph on the interstate. I am in debt over $16k for a car that is worth maybe $8k on a good day. Not only was I swindled out of my hardworking money, it is now 1 year and 5 months later. I am paying off $1700 in repairs on a vehicle that was deemed “completely functional”.I also requested several times to have my loan transferred to a different, actually functional vehicle and never received anything in return.I am wondering if there is anyone else who has been here, that has fallen victim to the abhorrent business practices this establishment practices.I come from a family of dealership owners, I understand how crooked and corrupt they are and how they deal with their customers, and this is by far the worst place I have ever purchased a vehicle from. Aside from not having any technicians on site that can perform work on Nissans, I unfortunately had to have the third party dealership handle the situation.*UPDATE* Stokes is still yet to reach out to me despite their response to this review. I’m just counting the days. It’s crazy to think there’s so many positive reviews, yet I’ve not seen one but of recourse. And if I end up having to relinquish my vehicle due to their negligence and lack of service, I’m going to be pissed. I would have already paid off 1/6 of the cost of the vehicle, but have spent $3k on repairs already.

When I made my appt I told them I needed 2 things done.1. Replace tire sensors on 3 tires2. Needed my windshield wipers adjusted as they have not worked properly since having a recall done.#1 was completed with total satisfaction.#2 was not even written on my work order and was not completed. When I asked about it the man said I'm sure they didn't even look at it.There was no "Well let me take a look" or anything. Terrible customer service! I also said when making my appt that I was hoping to look at a new equinox and the man making my appt he would be sure to have someone come and get me while the work was being done. That didn't happen either. So I am guessing you don't want to sell me a new car!! So I will go to Crews or Rick Hendricks

Awesome experience working with Anthony!! He spoke on my behalf with my warranty company in an effort to have my transmission repaired at a fair and very decent amount. He was kind, courteous, and made me feel like family although we had never met until the day I picked up my vehicle. He restored my faith in working with auto repair establishments.
