The management here is absolutely useless! Did all the shopping, got to the register, meat won’t ring up. The man said, “My manager said get something else.” I’m sorry. WHAT?! Then proceeded to tell me there was a recall. Scanned ALL THE MEATS, NONE would ring up. Male manager that is working at 5:45 today said to me, “There is nothing I can do about it.” He never came back. Didn’t even try to help! I feel sorry for the employees under him. He did not want to help or even have the courtesy to say let me see what’s going on. He is incapable of diffusing a situation, he is ineffective, and quite frankly should lose his job! DISGUSTED WITH WALMART AT THE MOMENT!

I like the new look.They have all the clearance in one area.Makes it easy.Walmart just need to open more Registers..I give it a 4 star due to waiting in line to be checked out..😉

I'm only not five starring this because I consider Walmart to be the literal standard I'm putting other places against. Who is here reading a review trying to figure out what's happening at Walmart? We all just know now right? So five stars in my heart for being predictable and reliable. These are the most important probably.

I recently went to this location to get my groceries and i left my bag with my wallet and when i realized i lost it a few days later, i went back to the store where friendly faces kept my bag safe!! Everyone seems like family here and i’m always greeted with a bright smile by all the team here. A great place to shop with people i trust!!!

Went to this store in Moncks Corner, SC and asked the employee William in electronics for a 75" TV that I wanted to purchase. William responded "I can't sell you one because I have no way to get it to your car". I responded you are joking right? He said no I have no flat bed carts to get it to your car. I requested a manager and Williams response was what TV did you want, I can sell it but it's going to be hard getting it to your car. I again requested a manager. He got on the phone and 15 minutes later another employee (I'm guessing, because he had no name tag on and was greasy and unclean. He asked what can I do for you? I asked if he was a manager and he responded no I work in the warehouse but they are going to want to know what you want. I responded a manager. 15 minutes later another employee walked up with an attitude and in a disgruntle voice asked what can I do for you? He did not have any management identification on other than his name tag stating coach. I explained the issue with him and his lack luster response was "sorry for your shopping experience, what can I do for you. I said nothing and left the store. I have shopped all over the United States at Walmart, including Hawaii and have never had such an experience as this. This is what I can assure you of, I will pay three times the cost of anything I need, but it will never be at Walmart.

5 years ago, came here and gave it 5 stars rating. At the time it was well worth it. The people were friendly, store was clean, products in standard conditions, and correct placement and it is nearby.Yesterday 7-21-2023 went for metal folding chairs that I saw online for $13.98! Well first, they weren’t on the aisle it was said to be online, but I found them anyway! Secondly, checking out the chairs are ringing up as $24.98, excuse me, this is not the price that’s online or on the shelves. The worker, a young lady in the self check out, scans the barcode and says, “No, it’s $24.98”. I informed her of the price on the shelf and ask her to remove the items. I walked back to the aisle, where I found a young man returning items, including the chairs I’d left at the register, and asked to speak to a manager. They both returned, she, the manager, was informed of the matter, but greatly informed me ($13.98) “IT IS NOT THE PRICE OF THE CHAIRS, ITS FOR THE LEATHER CHAIRS AND WE’RE NOT OVER RIDING THE PRICE”. Ok but it clearly shows a stack of black folding chairs in the place pricing them at $13.98. She went on to say the chairs are in the wrong place and would have to be put in the correct place. Looking at the young man telling him that needs to be done. This is the second time I’ve went to this store and items are in the wrong place and caused them sales. Just imagine the numerous amount of times this may have happened. If others are as I am, they’ve walked out the same they came in, with the money to spend back out the door 💸 It’s best to do online shopping yet unfortunate for Walmart. It used to be dependable. I took these photos as I waited for the manager.And leather chairs for $13.98

Is there a reason why y’all have clearance items everywhere and then when you go to ring up it rings up as regular price and when you tel them it’s on Clarence the manager and check out associates tell you there not on Clarence . This has happened multiple times .

I don't like giving bad reviews. So it is quite nice to say that this is a great store.The people are the difference. ALL employees I interacted with were very nice, helpful, and competent.There are some neatness issues, but that's understandable.Overall store appearance is better than most Walmart stores.Bottom line.What Walmart should be.I highly recommend this store.It's clear that their current team of employees/management are capable of keeping the store working well, despite it being a challenging environment.Well done.Peace and love.

Could be better if stocked properly. You allow self check out, but have someone at the door to check receipts and look over the items in the cart. There should be a certain time for online orders to be filled so staff shoppers are not in the way of those of us who do come in and shop.

The "remodeled" areas of the store are too tight. Only 1 cart can go down the aisle. The checkout area is consistently backed up. The prices are no cheaper than any other store.

Not recommended I was singled out at a self-checkout for no reason I ended up spending $370 and they made sure that I went through the regular checkout instead of self checkout she took twice as long as I would have taken on my a elf. If I'd wanted someone else to ring me up I would certainly gone there. I like things bagged my way. I like to watch as I ring none of which I was able to do. The cashier made any case for the lady that was slmoat rude in the way she told me to go to 2. The cashier. I'm highly upset with this. NOT RECOMENDED!

Love the pharmacists at Walmart. They do take their time because it's important they make no mistakes. People need to be more patient and know they have their safety in mind! Great work guys!!

Typical Walmart. Pretty much got what you need, but the check out process is horrible. If you catch at busy time you have to check yourself out, and here recently they don't even have all the self checkouts open. Seems like they get rid of people to check you out and now they don't have enough people to watch the self checkouts. 4/23/24 Will be the last time I check myself out. Will leave buggy setting there and never go back. If more people start doing this then they will eventually open up registers again.

Employees we delt with at customer service were friendly. Team leader was a young man that was very helpful and friendly. Store was clean and not full of boxes and displays so two buggies can't pass. Good location.

Customer service is horrible no help at all, attitudes from hell, lost my keys and nobody was willing to help, asked if they could make an announcement for the keys to be return to customer service or anything, the lead on duty didn’t even show concern it was the end of her shift she ain’t even looked my way, instead of helping they jus caught a attitude because I insisted they could make an announcement to resolve the issue,

Today my wife came in to use the scan as you go app. She had an employee be extremely rude to her to the point of making her cry. Next time you try to educate a customer that they are doing something wrong be polite about it.

The store was actually clean and had plenty of product on the shelves, and had friendly staff that didn't act like you ruined their day for asking a question, unlike the Orangeburg Walmart, which unfortunately, is closest to where I live.

Went to pickup my grocery order and parked in spot#8. Attendant bringing groceries to the customer in spot#7 STRUCK MY VEHICLE WITH THE CART! I got out, inspected for damage, and proceeded to stare at the lady waiting for some form of acknowledgement or apology, but it never came. This ignorant degenerate clearly has no shame or respect for other people's property! I can't remember the exact time, but this occured at approximately 1:30pm on 11/18/23 while I was driving my wife's Honda CRV. Absolutely flipping pitiful. Shame on this girl!

Incredibly frustrated by Walmart & their operational practices. They force you to work for them & check yourself out, while there are multiple people not doing anything but looking at their phones while Walmart pays them. To add to this absurdity, Walmart closes one end of the self check out at night, forcing to you to walk to other end of the store to check yourself out. WHY??? In what universe does that make sense?

Would give 5 stars but that guy "thing" that works in electronics with the weird looking beard is just awful can tell he is ate up with that disease liberalism,stood there 13 mins why he ran that annoying mouth to another employee then he asked if I needed help which apparently after waiting he was to ignorant to assist with help,not sure how people like that can get past the application let alone get hired!!!
