Thrilled with my pergola from Carolina Home Exteriors! It creates a perfect shady spot for relaxing in the afternoons. Armand, who led the on-site construction, was outstanding. Their were professional, incredibly detail-oriented, friendly, and always happy to answer my questions. The entire Carolina Home Exteriors team was impressive, from the initial design consultation to the final installation. The whole process from bid to job completion went very smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. Carolina Home Exteriors completed an outside birdcage from my home a couple years ago. They did an excellent job and we love being able to sit outside! A couple weeks ago. We had an issue with water from our roof. We were not sure what was causing this problem, but I Had my builder, and my roofer come to check for the problem We also called Carolina Home Exteriors to come and double check their connections to my house. Even though it was a couple of years, they came, checked for the problem and did some sealing and caulking around all of their connections.Andrew, Mike, and Zack or extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. They stayed here until they were sure we would not continue to have the issue we had.Thank you, Andrew, Zach, and Mike for your diligence and expertise. Andrew came to check the exterior door from the enclosed patio that Carolina Home Exteriors had enclose for us 13 years ago. He was polite, respectful and capable. He went above repairing the hinge and lubricated the door knob so it was easier for me to close the door. He was a joy to have in my house.

Not so happy customer. They seemed to be on the up & up in the beginning. The salesman was knowledgeable & friendly. The quote was fair. The materials came in sooner than expected, which was great. They were also able to obtain the necessary permits fairly quickly too. That was the end of the good. We were told the install would only take 3 days. Well, 3 days is now turning into 3 weeks or more. The 1st day which was a Tuesday, the install team showed up around 9:30, collected our 3rd payment installment, did about 3 hours worth of work, then left. On Wed of that week it rained, but the inspector did come out and clear the project to continue. No one showed up on Thurs. and the weather was perfectly fine. Then on Fri., the installer called & said he was sick & couldn't work that day. On Mon, they showed up, installed 2 windows & left. I think you get the picture. Oh, I almost forgot that we were told that 2 of windows that were ordered are the wrong size and we will have to wait an additional TWO WEEKS for those windows to come in and be installed. Meanwhile, not only can we not enjoy our sunroom, we can't enjoy our patio at all, which is something we used to do daily AND our backyard is full of equipment & our patio furniture which is an HOA violation. Oh, and did I mention that we've paid these people over $22,000 and now we're not being treated like we're a priority. It's VERY upsetting.

Great experience with Carolina Home Exteriors! The tornado just missed our house but the debris swirling around didn't miss our Eze Breeze sunroom, puncturing three of the transom panels. Jen was very friendly and professional, outlining our in shop vs. at home options, and then scheduling the service call. Andrew called that morning to let us know he was on the way. He did a great job explaining the product (we are not the original owners) and our options. After he replaced the panels, he gave us a tutorial on best practices to operate the windows and care for them going forward. Much appreciated!!

Andrew and Mike came to my home to look at repairs need on my EZ breeze windows. They said the work would be scheduled. Once scheduled and when Andrew returned to complete the work, he was able to find a less expensive way to fix the problem. Bottom line he saved me about 350.00. Great service.

CHE did a great job installing our sunroom, hurricane shutters and awning about 4 years ago. Today, I found out they have a great repairman named, Andrew! I didn't know they did service calls. Our sunroom exterior doorknob lock broke. I called a regular locksmith, and they tried a replacement that didn't work on the sunroom door. So, I called CHE to get the part number. They said they would come out and fix it! Service fee $75 plus the part. Andrew just left a few minutes ago. Very personable and professional! Also, a fellow navy veteran! Great work, fair price! Thanks CHE and Andrew!

Carolina Home Exteriors did a wonderful job installing a new sunroom and pergola. It took a few months more than expected due to the supply chain issues that everyone is having. Our salesman, Mike, was excellent and showed us samples of the building materials which they would be using. We liked that he was able to work up a quote during his visit. The contractors which they used for the concrete slab did an outstanding job. The onsite crew of Jeff, TJ and Tanner were excellent to work with and answered any questions we had.The pergola was installed by John in just one day and he did an excellent job also. Both crews cleaned up the work site very well before they left. We would definitely recommend Carolina Home Exteriors if you have a project of this nature.

We called for an appointment to build a sunroom for us. The day before the appointment, we were called and said they had a conflict with our appointment and had to reschedule. It was 2 weeks later because they wanted both of us to be available. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, no one showed up or called. Plenty of companies that will build us our sunroom available. It won’t be this one!

On Sunday 17 December,I was sideswiped by a tornado which tore apart my fence and sent parts of it missile-like into my 4 season sunroom. I called Carolina Home Exteriors on Monday and 2 days later..Andrew showed up and solved my problem..in just TWO DAYS, this company eased my nerves. Andrew was knowledgeable, answered ALL my questions,adressed ALL my concerns and left me with a fully functional sunroom as if the storm never happened. I wish all companies could take a lesson from these people on how customer service is supposed to be. Carolina Home Exteriors just completed a screened porch and attached covered patio for me. Danny met with me to review the drafts plans that I drew up and walked me through all available options. Waccamaw concrete did a professional job in making sure my lawn wasn’t damaged during the concrete pour. Sefi and Armand came in the following day and began the construction. Sefi made sure each night to review the work done that day and what would be done the following day and project manager, Jerry, stopped in each day to check progress.
