From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with everyone at Contract Exteriors. Randy came out to assess our project needs and did an excellent job of listening to everything we were looking for and provided great knowledge to answer any questions we had. He returned with a very detailed proposal including recommendations to repair structural items and provided a construction proposal that was exactly what we were looking forward to. He clearly was listening carefully to everything we said. After that, Jay took over a project manager and was fantastic in setting up the timing and logistics of the project and provided excellent communication during the entire process and was present on the job site everyday and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction until the job was done and kept us abreast of any changes that needed to made along the way. As you can see from the pictures, the carpenter, Dana, did a magnificent job crafting a beautiful deck that exceeded our expectations. He worked hard every day and even worked on Saturday to try and finish the job as soon as possible. We were fortunate to have him assigned to our project ! In the end, I can see we are really happy with job the Contract Exteriors team did for us. I HIGHLY recommend them.

wow, this company goes above and beyond. From the very first reach out to the very last interaction once the job was completed. Everything was done first class. The quality of work, the constant communication and level of service was like nothing I’ve ever experienced with any contractor. I priced out a couple different contractors compared to contractor exteriors and I will tell you I would have paid more just to have this experience with them. I had Jonathan as my project manager and he was exceptional.

We could not be happier with the beautiful eyebrow pergola just installed over the garage door! CE was great to work with every step of the way. Brooks and Trent on the project management side were incredibly responsive, and always went above and beyond with listening, confirming, handling concerns and making sure we were comfortable - important when someone is drilling into unforgiving brick! Eugenia especially, but everyone in the office could not have been more helpful. Fernando and his crew did an awesome job - this was a great choice and we will be back for any future exterior needs 😃

This company did an amazing job on my siding project. From start to finish they were very professional, helpful, and on time. Eugenia clearly communicated the whole process to me before they even started the project and Brooks was always available to answer my questions. He even came and ensured the cleanup was perfect and finished up the exterior lighting. Even after the project was finished this company ensured communicated to ensure everything was perfect. The Contract Exteriors' Team did an AMAZING job transforming our home’s exterior from Vinyl Siding to the combination of Hardie Board and Versetta Stone. My wife and I researched a long list of contractors to replace failing vinyl siding on our 32 year old home on the south end of the Grand Strand. During several meetings with Contract Exteriors of Murrells Inlet, Troy Jolly provided the information we required to make a decision to proceed based upon process, product and service. He tweaked the digital visuals to our liking. The Project Manager, Brooks Boswell, met with us prior to mobilization and frequently throughout the project. Brooks was excellent with his knowledge and communication skills, and with helping us with our particular design changes. The Office Project Coordinator, Eugenia Marshall, was courteous and efficient with contract administration and answering our questions. We rated the skill and professionalism of the installation crew of Mike, Omar and Leo as absolutely outstanding. We could not have asked for better installers. Their quality of work validates our choice of Contract Exteriors. Each one of our neighbors and friends have commented on how much they like the new look of our home.

We hired Contract Exteriors to replace the roof, siding, and windows on our beach front house at Pawleys Island. From start to finish they did an exceptional job. Their Remodeling Consultant, Jackie Langlois, was extremely helpful, professional, and patient in guiding our decision making. Bill Krebs, Production Manager, was technically competent and an exceptional communicator. Bill informed us on the progress and addressed the inevitable issues that come up during construction in a concise manner. His management exceeded our expectations in every respect. The house was occupied during construction and the work crew was always courteous and minimized disruption as much as possible. They picked up daily and kept the jobsite as free from hazards and debris as physically possible. We were astonished that a large, complicated project could be managed so well with no friction and a perfect result. We are delighted with the outcome and feel the price was fair. We discovered that the Masonite siding on our home had deteriorated and had to be replaced. I called Contract Exteriors to give us an estimate. Their presentation convinced us to contract with them. From the first meeting through completion, Contact Exteriors was always on time and they delivered on all of their commitments. The crew that removed the old siding and installed the vinyl siding were neat, clean and completely professional. The project went exactly as they said it would. We couldn’t be happier with this company and the way our home looks now. Bravo!

5 years ago I called Contract exteriors to have my family’s 3rd floor condo deck completely redone along with front door and storm door replacement. I was very concerned about all the steps and expense that would come with this work. I did quite a bit of research and narrowed my decision down to Contract Exteriors. I can not begin to describe how good this decision was. Contract exteriors was professional and timely with inspections and estimates. They helped me with information for HOA approval and their employees who did the work were professional and professional. The job they did 5 years ago still looks perfect. Every year I check in to check up on the 20 year warranty that came with their work and they are always incredibly wonderful. The first contact I had at Contract Exteriors was Eugenia. I must say her professionalism and help was my first impression of their company. Eugenia was wonderful. She monitored my satisfaction throughout the remodeling process and she continues to check on my overall satisfaction. Thank you Eugenia. I’ll be calling Contract exteriors soon to have new sliding glass doors replaced. I highly recommend them for any work. UPDATE:Eugenia contacted us after seeing this review and sent their General Manager Bill out to look over the issues. He said it was unfortunate the issues we ran into and how the job was left. He assured us he would personally return and fix the issues. He returned and did satisfactorily make the repairs.We understand in this current economic environment competent employees are hard to come by and Contract Exteriors were no exception in having that hiring issue. Glad they did what they could to make it right.We had used Contract Exteriors for a siding project and for a roof replacement. Both projects went off without a hitch. Fast Forward to requesting a quote for a deck surface replacement, railing/ handrail replacement and new entranced door. We had problems from the start. The gentleman that was sent to so the quote either didn't listen or understand what we were asking for. After a conversation with his supervisor we were able too obtain a quote which was acceptable and decided to move forward. We figured they had successfully completed two large scale projects this couldn't be a problem. I was so wrong, I could write a book about all that went wrong on this project. From stairs and landings being removed without our approval to shoddy finish work. They didn't even install the strike plate for the new door and the door was filthy and marred, photos attached.They did split the cost of the mistaken removal of the entrance stairs and landings but those items never should have been removed, it wasn't in the contract and was their mistake.I am not sure what has happened with this once reliable company but I will think twice before using them again.Services: Deck remodeling, General door installation, Composite decks

Hired Contracts Exterior to replace wood siding with hardie plank. It looks amazing. Patrick Marsh helped us with the estimate and trying to meet our needs. He was so helpful and patient when I bothered him at all times of the day and week. He was always very responsive. Gabe, our project manager, was on site everyday to check in and make sure we were happy. He was very friendly and wanted to please. Omar and Mike did the siding work. They did an exceptional job. I am getting so many compliments on the way the house looks. Thanks so much to all of them.
