Had my roof replaced, soffits and fascias and new doors installed on my house by Accurate Building Company 2 years ago and wanted to let others know that since they installed all of this I have had ZERO problems with any of it and it all looks great! In the time since, they have contacted me on several occasions just to follow up with me and make sure my wife and I were satisfied with everything. All during the installations the entire crew was very professional and it showed in how they worked and took care of us during the process. I highly recommend Accurate Building Company to anyone looking to build a new house or upgrade their existing home!

Accurate Builders went the extra mile to replace my mother's roof over three years ago. Though I coordinated the job from out of state, Rob made the process seamless. He addressed potential problems honestly, and the end price was more than reasonable. My mother has not had any problems with her roof since the project was completed. Professional and honest. I was selling my grandma’s house from 5 states away. We were destroyed in the inspection. I hired Accurate to do the roof with the idea to have the contractor they recommended do the basic repairs. We paid half of the quote because we needed the Roof and the repairs done quickly for closing. The handyman came in with a ridiculous quote ( absolutely no fault of accurate he is a separate company) I had to back out of the deal with accurate because I had a roofer and repair estimate that was 4000 less. They didn’t have to let me out of ourSigned contract! They didn’t have to refund ALL of our money but they knew every dollar of the sale of this house went to the care of my grandmother. They did both. It’s called integrity of which a lot of companies are lacking these days. They are an excellent roofing company that exercises compassion and understanding. Thank you.

Accurate Building is a phenomenal company! I have used them for multiple projects and they are the only company that I refer to clients. Their estimates are quick and match the quality of work they provide. Their work is done on time and to the exact expectations of what you request. I have never had to ask them to come back to fix ANYTHING! I highly recommend Accurate Building over ANY company, if you choose anyone else you will have to call them to fix it, so just call them first!

We had our roof replaced, on our house by Accurate Building Company, the job was done in a professional manor and when promised even though they worked through some very trying weather. Also and very important to me the site was left clean and we have found only a couple nails and paper which is amazing for the large job that they did. They also did a job for a good friend and just like my location the y did a great job at his house also.

I would recommend accurate roofing to anyone. they tore off my old roof and replaced it in a day and a half including replacing my old vents with a ridge vent replacing my old skylight with a better one adding lifetime boots on bathroom vents cleaned up real good after they were done and Mike came back out next day and checked out everything again and rob is a down to earth guy and explained every thing to me after listening to what I wanted and the workers were extremely good and were friendly and they were less expensive than the other three contractors that came out and gave me an estimate thank you accurate roofing

Accurate building company put a new roof on my house they did it in one day, we were so impressed with the job I asked for a quote to change my vynil siding out and install cement board siding, we chose the color match so no painting was needed. My house looks absolutely brand new now thanks to Rob and his workers, I couldnt be happier with the work that was done and would recommend to anyone who is interested in doing a facelift on their house as well.

This firm responsibly completed a very large wood stud and wood truss rough framing and full cementitious siding project, which also included awnings, shutters and detailed trims. The scope of work was a 4 story, 80 unit independent living facility located in Little River, SC. I would highly recommend this firm, and do intend to use this firm again.
