Today I had the pleasure of having the multi skilled craftsman named Brian Ravena help my aging mother with multiple jobs. He was asked to perform a task with my mother’s roof and repair her broken vinyl fencing. Brian was able to fix the roofing problem very rapidly and pointed out some other problems that may have caused some issues and fixed them as well. Next was the fence. It ended up needing more work than expected but he was able to get the materials needed, repair the fence and anchored it and made it better than the original installation!!!!!! As he was loading his tools he saw ANOTHER troubling issue and did not hesitate tha t problem too. With no additional charges but just out of the kindness of his heart. ❤️ And also Because he is a consummate professional! My second time using Ace Handyman Services of Horry County and I will never hesitate to call them again. All of their craftsmen are well knowledgeable and skilled! I could not be more happy and pleased with their work!!! Thank you again for your work! My mother added…”God Bless You!!!!!” 🙏🏾

Brian was amazing. I was on the struggle bus, trying to get the ceiling fan installed. He called me down and got to work and it was evident that he was very confident in his craft. Not only was a very pleasant to talk to, He explained what he was doing, and why, and went above and beyond what you normally experience with people in the handyman trade. This was our first time using Ace Handyman Services. The whole process was super easy, from making the appointment to explaining what we needed done, Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me. Great experience with Handyman Ryan from Ace Hardware! Decided to try the Ace Handyman service since they vet the service providers and guarantee their work - and we’re glad we did!! Easy to schedule, I submitted a long, diverse list of interior and exterior jobs that I wanted done and was quickly given an estimate on time & materials. Ryan called the day before to introduce himself and sent a text with his ETA. I don’t think he would be able to get to everything on the list, but wow! Ryan arrived at 8 am and worked nonstop the whole day - high quality work and great communication about the tasks - and got to everything on the list! Very happy with Ryan and Ace and will definitely use them again for additional projects! Thanks!!

Love this company and Brett Houser is great. The office staff is friendly and very helpful every time I have called to inquire about a job. Very professional and trustworthy. We live in NY and have a place in MB. It’s not easy to find a group that you can trust from miles away. Ryan was very conscientious and did a nice job! My issue is with his company. I was quoted $295.00 to install a shower door. It ended up costing me $482.05! I’ve always thought a quote should not change! The charge is going to be disputed.

I hired Ace Handyman (Brett) to clean the gutters on my 2-story home. Brett arrived on time and got started immediately. He cleaned the leaves out of my gutters and vacuumed the roof shingle debris that had accumulated over the past ten years. Brett left the area around my home clean. This was the first time I've used Ace Handyman to do any work around my home and, based on the job Brett did, I can say I will definitely call Ace Handyman the next time I need work/repairs around my house.

Ace Handyman Service was professional and actually returned calls promptly. Brett came out to give me an estimate and explained the company’s operations. They charge by the hour so they are great for the smaller jobs. He got the estimate back to me in a couple of days and moved forward. Brett did a great job installing flooring and fixing the handrails with assistance from another employee.
