The team at BELFOR Myrtle Beach did an amazing job with significant repairs, construction and renovation (due to water damage) at our condo.Tim, Chuck and Marybeth are an amazing team and made this all come together resulting in a timely, efficient, and pleasant experience. The team was very understanding that this was unexpected, patiently answered all our questions, and communicated throughout the project. Communication was verbal, text, and pictures, allowing us to see and stay updated on the progress since we were not close by, at the time.We are very pleased with the work completed by BELFOR, and they finished the project ahead of schedule.Highly recommend!!

A few weeks ago, the condo above me sprung a leak and flooded my unit. Belfor came highly recommended, so I had them come to do the cleanup and drying process. Mike and Will were great. They were always on time and professional. The job required removing parts of my ceiling and some dry wall, which they did in record time. They always cleaned up behind themselves, making sure they didn't add to the mess that already had. I will be using Belfor for all the repairs, including new carpet and kitchen floor. Based on my experience with them so far, I'm sure I'm in good hands.Thanks Guys

Belfor team, Tim Alber and crew are dependable and professional at their job! They care about the end product and what they do and are highly reliable and communicative, we had issues with water coming into our condo twice 6 months between from upstairs unit , since we already experienced their work ethic and reliability and professionalism from the office to the “boots on the ground “ it took so much stress off of us knowing we were being helped and not hurt or taken advantage of in any way - and that seems to be hard to find these days in this society. I had some water damage in my kitchen and our townhouse it was quite bad and was producing mold and mildew.Kyler Corner came to evaluate the issue and oversaw what was wrong, made an evaluation and came back with a quote which the POA approved.His teams were meticulous, professional, and very knowledgeable, and every step of the way were pleasant and took pride in their work.Great company and people I would highly recommend them again.PS, I’m a former civil engineer who put up apartment buildings so I understand the building and construction process as well.

The Belfor Red Team was outstanding. I had the misfortune of a house fire and this team has renovated my house and took care of EVERYTHING for me. The age of the unit had nothing to do with the damage. It was operating great before your company ran it during excessive heat. We have this unit inspected and serviced twice a year and had never had an issue. Your licensed HVAC inspector even removed it from the premises without anyone's knowledge and put in in storage who knows where. Your employees didn't even know it was taken out. As far as contacting you I have countless times with no response. You know how you can get in touch with me.

If I could give a lesser rating I would. The worst service ever. They ran our HVAC system as cold as they could the same time they were drying out the water damage at 120 degrees and burned it up. Who would do something that stupid. And now they do not want to make it good. More to come

My home recently got flooded due to Hurricane Florence. I had 18 inches of water inside my home for 6 days straight. I contacted 2 other company's to get their quotes as well as FSA. I contacted servpro and also Vines. Servpro told me that refused to work with my insurance and FEMA and I would need 20% cash upfront before they would do any work. Then after hearing about VINES and how they over book them selves and often never finish jobs, I decided to go with FSA. FSA showed up on time the next day. I explained to them that I needed to take pictures of every item that was being removed from my house for insurance reasons. They had no issue with that and I was able to get all my pictures of my content as they were removing items. They also asked me as they were removing items if I wanted to keep certain sentimental items that weren't obviously damaged from the flooding. To me, that shows that they care! They were able to remove all the contents inside my home (furniture, bedding, dressers, clothes, kitchen items, and so on) and also 4ft of walls, appliances, cabinets, countertops, bathroom showers, tubs, and vanity's in just one day. The 2nd day all the flooring was removed and the drying process was already started. They were very professional, polite, and hard working guys. I am over all extremely happy with them. After speaking with my neighbors who used all different mitigation companies and hearing their horror stories, I was glad I used FSA. They were also a few thousand dollars cheaper then some companies. The best part is they listened to my insurance company and FEMA to get all the correct paper work completed quickly and efficiently. Overall I am extremely happy with FSA and highly recommend them

MB Dental Associates suffered a fire in 2017. With the assistance of FSA, we completed renovations and were back open for business in a short period of time. They were the MOST Professional, MOST caring and MOST supportive group of contractors i could have imagined. What was a terrible circumstance was made very tolerable with their team. I first met Steve with FSA September 9, 2008 when our home and 3 adjacent ones suffered extensive fire damage. They did a superior job rebuilding the homes. I have on occasion needed a referral for various repairs or rennovations and FSA, Steve and recently David have assisted over the years, most recently with fortunately, considerably less damage following Hurricane Florence. One of the things that has impressed me the most about this company is their willingness to assist me with small jobs I needed done, not a major rebuild or insurance job. They stand behind their work, the employees are good representatives of a fine company, and they're still here years later when I've needed them. I hope you never do need them, but if you need something for a catrostphe large or small, FSA can likely take care of your needs.

FSA is an awesome restoration company to work with. Not only do they help build people's homes and businesses back together after disasters, they genuinely care about the community they serve. On numerous occasions, they have sent out dehumidifiers and other machines to help us extract water and mold after heavy rains. In addition to that, we recently renovated an old house to use as an Admin Office. If you check out the photo...that's our new kitchen/break room cabinets that they donated to us. Our staff will be eating in a stylish little kitchen! Boys & Girls Club of the Grand Strand loves FSA and it's staff. Mr. Donnie is welcome anytime! :)

Our HOA had FSA come in to repair the damage resulting from a rather extensive roof leak. Both my wife and I couldn`t be happier with the professional job their painter exhibited. He set up, masked off the area and never left any paint on the Corvette I've been restoring and then, cleaned up like he was never there. FSA provided disaster recovery services for the 40+ year old high rise beachfront condominium association I managed until retirement. The FSA team guided us through 2 hurricanes and numerous water supply failures inherent in an older property. They were always prompt, responded with adequate staff and equipment, while working closely with homeowners and insurance adjusters. FSA quickly addressed every issue brought to my attention to the satisfaction of the association. Now retired, I cannot imagine facing a disaster at my home without FSA' s assistance .

When I called after hours, Steve Kahn not only answered the phone, but he also took the time to answer all our questions. Estimator Barrett Furtick was sent to assist us and the outstanding customer assistance continued! These 2 men listened to our concerns and put our minds at ease. We not only had water damage but floors, cabinets and plumbing also had to be addressed. At each step of our journey Chuck was always available to listen and answer our questions or return a phone call .
