I must say since day 1 working with Juan Salcedo from Brazen Roofing it’s been a smooth process. He came out to my house and evaluated it right away and started working with my insurance company. He helped me every step of the way. Juan was very professional and a great communicator through it all. He even got me done before the new year which was amazing. I would just like to thank Neal and Maryanne Robinson for the terrific job that Brazen did replacing the roofs on three of our buildings at Sterling Village II! Eduardo and his crew performed a timely and completely wonderful professional job installing the new roofs. The post install clean-up was very thorough too. The new roofs look great! Brazen Roofing did a fantastic job. I can't thank you all enough. Everyone is so professional and knowledgeable. Our main contact from beginning til end was Bradyn Dove. Our roof was damaged from the severe storm that created a tornado in December 2023 that pass through our neighbor causing damage to many roofs. Bradyn came and did an inspection of our roof. He told us we had alot of wind damge and some hail. Bradyn did some extended research on the weather that day. Bradyn went above and beyond helping us get our insurance company to come out and inspect. He met with the appraiser they both went up on the roof and later when they both came down the inspector told us we should hear something in a few days. We were in constant contact with Bradyn to find out if he heard anything yet. A week later we heard from insurance company thst we were approved. Bradyn wrote contract everything was listed correctly. We got the payment called Bradyn to pick up payment. We were put on schedule and material was delivered on Friday and on Monday the old roof removed and new was installed. The roofers were very organized and prepared the area for clean up went around house with large magnet to locate any stray nails. On Wednesday they replaced the with trim above the garage . We are very happy with the work they did and will gladly recommend Brazen Roofing and Bradyn Dove.I have attached photos after and before. First 3 are with damage from storm. The last 6 are the completed roof installation by Brazen Roofing in March 2024.HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRAZEN ROOFING.

Awesome experience! Our project manager Kaegan Dove is one of the nicest young men you will ever have the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. Customer focused, constant communication throughout the entire process. Lee Tripp was our quality control manager and crew leader. I can't say enough about Lee's professional and friendly demeanor. You can tell the crew really like and respect him and with good reason. The crew was great, a well oiled and organized machine! Brazen is the Best!! From the Sales Rep Remington Williams getting me set up to the Scheduler Nick making it happen to the Amazing QC Brandon and the crew he brought to do the roof! They were perfect! Started taking old roof off in the morning and by the afternoon I had a brand new roof! Thanks to Brazen Roofing, I have a fabulous new roof. From our first introduction until the new roof was installed, the project manager, Andrew Timbrook, was assisting me every step of the way. He is a wonderful, caring, and detail oriented person to work with.The on-site project manager, Brandon Callaghan, and his assistant, Jayden did an excellent job. The crew showed up on time, were very courteous, and worked fast and efficiently until the job was done. They removed the old shingles, overdecked most of the house and all of the garage, and installed about 50 squares of new architectural singles. The clean-up crew did an exceptional job picking up the old shingles, nails and other debris. I highly recommend Andrew Timbrook and Brazen Roofing if you need a roof replacement.

Very efficient, polite and friendly staff from Tony who first assessed the roof, to Stephen the Quality Control guy and then Steve M the Quality Control Manager who came to check the results of the roof and make a couple of minor adjustments. The whole team were very professional, always keeping us informed of what was happening, including our safety when we needed to exit the house. They arrived to replace our roof at 7am and were completely finished by 1pm. Amazing! I would highly recommend Brazen Roofing for anyone needing a new roof. Great team of people. And they did a stellar job cleaning up too! :)

Had roof damage from a storm looked around for roofers and we decided to work with brazen. Bobby and Rob showed up to my house went over in detail every aspect of my claim helped me the whole way thru. The roofers showed up exactly when they said and finished the job on time. Then cleaned our gutters and yard of all debris, you couldn’t even tell anyone was at my house. Had one hiccup with a calculation error on the bill I was a little worried but contacted Bobby and Rob they immediately answered and assured me it was an error and corrected it all. Amazing job brazen and team y’all absolutely took something that was a nightmare for me and gave me my dream roof. I have already started recommendations to all the neighbors. Thank you Brazen

I had a tree hit my roof during the last hurricane. It caused major damage. Juan Salcedo came out accessed the damage. He was very nice & professional.They were wonderful. They hit the ground running from the time they got there until they finished. I love the roof and their work ethic. Eduardo and his crew were amazing and they do incredible work. New roof, yahoo. Brazen roofing was fantastic. Not only did Josh Staley help me through the process, he stayed on top of things, whether in phone calls or texts. Couldn't be more pleased. Then the install, Lee Tripp the control manager was here bright and early along with the crew. He informed of the processes from start of install until the end. Stayed after the crew left and made sure all was clean and items removed from ground. Very informative and thoughtful for my concern of my flowers. Very much appreciated he was on site. Can't leave out the roof installers. Great bunch of men. Would hire Brazen again and will recommend.

First off, if you need an expert opinion on your roof - these are your guys! Gave a no obligation look at my roof for damage (some I already knew of) and found even more than what I thought was just inconsistencies in the roof as it was an older roof that was nearing the end of life. We knew their work from other houses in the neighborhood and we liked what we saw. Bobby and Brandan (I probably spelled his name wrong - SORRY) were absolutely AMAZING! They were able to help us through the entire process from contacting our insurance to helping us pick out a color for the shingles. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable in what they were talking about, and even opened up the opportunity for us to include some technology (solar shingles) into our new roof. Unfortunately our finances as newer homeowners didn't let us move forward with that but they were not only knowledgeable in that end, they even brought in a product expert to explain the system as a whole and sat down with us for this presentation. Bobby kept in communication with us the entire time and even assisted us when we had a huge issue with the insurance company. When we finally got things settled with that it was a straight shot to a new roof. Supplies were delivered the next day and work started that morning after. Workers were FAST!! Everything was tarped off to protect our bushes and trees and they were done with everything by mid afternoon! When it came time for cleanup, it looked as if they were never even there. The only proof of their existence was a brand new roof and a small tear in our back screen. When Bobby contacted us to see how we liked the new roof I mentioned the screen to him and it was fixed literally within 2 hours of me talking with him!! I'm sorry, but ya can't beat that customer service! Unfortunately (and hopefully) we won't have to deal with problems for the next couple decades, but if there is a problem or anyone else that might be in need of a roof repair or replacement, I know exactly who I'm recommending to them!! Brazen Roofing and their rep Juan Salcedo went beyond to take care of us. Our roof was 16 years old and the insurance company refused to renew our policy. We needed a new roof on our beach patio home but we also had a leak on our deck. We didn’t know where it was, but it was leaking in our kitchen cabinet. Juan found it and took care of getting everything repaired. This was invaluable because we only live at the beach part time. He sent us pictures and kept us in the loop as repairs were made. This has been a great experience. You couldn’t find a greater roofing company to work with they did all the insurance stuff worked with the adjuster Rob is an exceptional got to work with you couldn’t ask for any better. The guy that put the roof on and the project manager, whose name I cannot remember and I can’t find his card. They were wonderful they were finished they cleaned up.. Quality control comes out and check your roof later. His name was Steve M he was great to. Everyone is just so nice and so helpful. If you need a roof this is who I would call.

I worked with Carl Griffith from start to finish and I can say that Carl is an amazing guy both in personality, and also in explaining each step of the process of getting the insurance claim going and the funding of the project. Brazen has a great bunch of guys, who are very hard workers. When they say they will start the job, they mean every word. My whole roof was replaced and things cleaned up in about a half of a day. I would hire them all over again if need be. Good work you guys and all those that work behind the scene that you don’t see as well.

I have to say 5 stars isn't enough for my experience! I started out with Blake, and he moved. Then I started dealing with Remington. I have never had a more personable experience. This was such a smooth job. Eduardo was the one in charge on the day they did the job; from the time they started until it was finished it was cleaned up. You couldn't even tell any kind of work had been done except for the BEAUTIFUL new roof!! There is no way you could go wrong with these guys!! Remmi was the best!!

Brazen Roofing helped us tremendously. We are the 3rd owners of our house. The house had a history of roof leaks that happened mainly after a tropical rain storm downpour. After determining roof damage that occurred after a hailstorm they worked closely with our insurance company to replace the roof. They found a few places where leaks occurred and replaced and sealed those boards with new wood. They also helped us with our undersized gutter system. So now we have a proper “state of the art” gutter system. We now have a water tight roof & gutter & down spout system. We could not be happier. Brazen exceeded our expectations. Thanks Noah & Brazen’s excellent installers for making our home so nice! We are senior citizens on a fixed income. Brazen took good care of us.

My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Brazen Roofing. We were in need of a new roof and Bradyn helped us out with every step. Brayden even got on the phone with our insurance company and took care of all the logistics with them for us as well. We deal with contractors constantly and he made it the easiest experience ever. We have a very large, steep roof and Brazen was there at 7 AM with their team and got right to work. Juan oversaw the whole project and kept up us informed of each step. We experienced some roof damage due to the storm/ tornado back winds and we called Brazen roofing and a few others hoping one would call us back! Brazen roofing called us right away and said they would be here in an hour or two! An hour later, Bobby came and got up on our roof ! He did a full inspection and repaired the damage we had! We had the part of the roof that came off so he grabbed it and made the repair! Bobby was very knowledgeable on our roof and explained a lot of great information ! He didn’t want to charge anything because it was a quick repair ! This is someone that is about helping people and not taking advantage of a situation that he could have easily done! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone and use him for all of our roofing concerns !!!
