Junior, Edward, Nicole, and company were excellent at first, and were professional and fast! (11/23) A month later we had a storm and two of the windows leakedaround their installation. Have tried for a week to get someone to answer, andinspect. I am beginning to think they are another fly by nightmare! Beware! They are not responive!

Carolina Pro Exteriors added an enclosed porch/sunroom extension to my house several years ago. I had been having issues with a leak in 2 areas in the addition they built. Called to have them come look at it to repair the problem (did not expect it to be under warranty since it had been several years so I was willing to pay to have it repaired) Took several calls, along with pictures of the location of the leaks, before they responded by sending out their salesman. He was absolutely useless. Stood and looked at where I pointed out where the leaks were and left saying they would contact me. It's been several months and not a peep from them. I had someone else come take a look for me. They found the siding had been put up incorrectly, not to mention that there was no waterbarrier...the siding was nailed to the plywwod!! It was fixed and I have not had an issue. I am about to do a bathroom extension but WILL DEFINITELY NOT be using this company. Beware as they are not responsive and do not stand by their work.

They replaced 7 windows (11-23) a month later 2 leak a steady stream and noone will answer the phone.

I had the Pleasure of having my roof repaired by Anner Solace and his team and they were absolutely amazing. They came they started on time when they said they would , they finish my roof in one day and was absolutely beautiful. They did everything right everything timely. They were more than than polite and courteous and I tell you it was an absolutely amazing experience. If all service people were as courteous and as professional as these guys were things would be a whole lot easier having home repairs. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed if he use Anner Solis he was fabulous. Thanks guys.

The people I dealt with in the office were conscientious and very professional. The crew that came to do the work were absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement needs and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any work we can't do ourselves!!

Prior to closing on our house..an inspector found "areas of concern" on our 8 yr old roof. Three contractors stated nothing wrong..andEVEN IF they found a problem it would be WEEKS before they could do the job ".. The buyers weren't budging and continued to put off closing. Thank God we contacted Paul @ Carolina Pro Exteriors. We had not used them before and hoped he could do the job. After explaining our dilemma..he scheduled us for the next day. He did the job, documented NO ISSUES..took before, during and after photos and sent to buyers agent, and finished the job all BEFORE our previously scheduled movers arrived!!! Seriously, one of the best experiences with a contracting company, ever! We give them 5 * because they earned every one!!!
