Almost 9 years ago Lenox replaced the roof on my house in Conway. At the time Jason and his crew did a first quality job with the best materials. I recently had a small leak and wondered if I could talk them into coming out to look at it. When I called it was like they put the roof on yesterday. They sent someone out the next day who replaced a vent pipe cap and checked the entire roof (at a more than reasonable cost). Lenox roofing inspected our roof following hurricane Ian and discovered damage. They then replaced the entire roof, did an outstanding job in 2 days! I contacted Lenox because my family has used them in the past. I do not live in Myrtle Beach so I had to rely on Iago Almeida to discuss and recommend what needed to be done on my roof. He clearly described in detail the process that would be involved in the complete roof installation. He was very thorough in his inquiry about the possibility of an HOA and what might be involved with that - matching roofs, etc. and whether there was a possibility of an insurance claim. I couldn't be more happy with the work that was done and the manner in which it was done. Every T crossed and I dotted from beginning to completion. I would highly recommend you using Lenox Roofing whether you need a new roof or roof repair from wind and hail damage. Starting with Ty their roofing inspector. He is very knowledgeable and confident on what to look for on roofing damage. He found a tremendous amount of hail damage to my roof and in turn also helped the insurance company inspector to see the damage. He helped me with filing my insurance claim the process was very easy with his help. Rebecca the home care manager for Lenox was extremely helpful in detailing how Lenox would represent me in dealing with my insurance company so that my only out of pocket costs would be my deductible. She is very courteous and knowledgeable in her job. The installation crew could not have been better. From the supervisors Doug and Roger to the entire roofing crew they stayed at it from 7:30 in the morning to 8:00 in the evening in 90 degree heat and full sun with high humidity and never slowed down. I could not have asked for more. Lenox roofing did a superb job from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.Service: Roof installation

Lenox did an excellent job of replacing the shingles on our roof. We selected Lenox because 1) they got excellent ratings and good authentic reviews on multiple websites, 2) they had a great BBB rating, 3) their sales rep (Ty) gave an effective and convincing presentation, 4) he quoted shingles that are on Consumer Reports' "Recommended " list, 5) he estimated the job would take less than a day, 6) they did not want any payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction, 7) they did not submit the cheapest quote but it seemed the best value, and 8) Lenox has an actual brick-and-mortar location in the Myrtle Beach area.Lenox followed through on their promises. The crew showed up on time and were very efficient. They spread tarps to catch debris and protect the shrubs. The crew was experienced and did a high quality job of installing the new shingles. Everyone focused on cleaning up the yard, driveway, and sidewalk including not only the crew but also the project manager and quality inspector.Everyone that we interacted with at Lenox was professional and courteous including the sales rep (Ty), the person who delivered the shingles, our contact at the Lenox office (Lindsey), the project manager (Doug), the installation crew, and the supervisor/quality inspector (Roger).You can't go wrong with Lenox. Pablo Viafara was our sales representative/project manager and he did an exceptional job managing the build, ensuring that every question and concern we had was promptly addressed and answered. He spent a lot of time at the house making sure the build was going as planned. He makes it happen!John McNight was the onsite foreman who made sure every detail, however minor was taken care of. He, Roger and Devin, the quality control inspectors not only thoroughly inspected everything, but also did a lot of the work on the difficult areas to get to.Chris, the office manager, made the contract happen and couldn't have been more gracious and professional in dealing with us. Pablo came out to preform a roof inspection on my mother’s house today and she was unavailable to meet him so I did and I can’t say enough about Pablo. He showed up right on time and inspected the roof (which is extremely steep I’ve had other contractors unable to inspect the roof due to how steep it is) very throughly and did a presentation which was very good, professional, knowledgeable, courteous when he was finished I didn’t have any questions because he answered all in the presentation. He also had me do an hands on experiment to show me the HUGE difference between the competitors shingles vrs Lenox materials. Pablo is a top notch representative for your company. I contacted Lenox Roofing on referral from a friend. Mindi Stronzik, Lenox’s Rep, came to my home and inspected my roof for hail/storm damage. Mindi showed me a video of the damage to my roof and explained the damage. She recommended I get a new roof. Mindi is a personable, hard-working, very knowledgeable, professional individual who gave me an easy to understand, thorough, complete presentation of the Owens Corning roofing system, to include a step-by-step demonstration of the installation of the system. She was patient, answering any questions I had, and walked me through an estimate and the billing/payment process. I felt totally confident in Mindi’s recommendations, and she is an extremely likable, most trustworthy individual, always keeping her customer’s needs in mind. The entire Staff/Team at Lenox did an outstanding job from start to finish. It all began with a call to Lenox, Lindsay to schedule a roof inspection after a hail storm passed through our community, in early May 2021. Ty Wood arrived at our home and did an inspection and later he called an insurance adjuster that confirmed the damage and need for replacement of our roof. A couple weeks later Rebecca called and notified us of a delivery date for materials and installation. On Wednesday 14th of July the Lenox crew arrived and began the process of removal and install. The Install Team was lead by Doug and Roger and performed as if choreographed. Each team member had a specific task to perform and worked in total unison. The roof was completed in between seven and eight hours. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Yesterday 19 July we had a rather hard rain pass over our community so I climbed into the attic to survey for any leakage and very happily can report NO leakage was found. I called Lenox to let them know and spoke with Jessica as to our satisfaction with the work performed. Thanks to Lenox for doing an outstanding job.
