I’m so impressed and in awe of these workers. Started at 7am it’s now 7pm and I’d say they maybe here another hour finishing the clean up. I watched them a good part of the day, THEY HAVE A SYSTEM that is stellar. Finished a two story condo unit left NO TRAsh, protected bushes, and very polite. I’m just beyond impressed. Before this unit they did two other units a day ago awesome ALL AROUND

Did the poor work at my house. The nail patterns are wrong and shingles are missing nails and also have exposed nails on the ridge vent. Hit my AC line and left without telling us while they were doing our siding. Had to hired an AC company pay for it out of my pocket and then wait almost 2 months to get reimbursed. I went through Lowes and they were the contractor they sent out. There was hiccups during the installation because the entire crew couldn’t speak English. They were trying to reinstall the old turbine vents I had paid to be removed and replaced with roof cap ventilation. They left a huge mess on our carport, it looked like a bomb went off in our attic there was chunks of wood, roofing nails everywhere, tar paper chunks everywhere, and a Gatorade bottles thrown into our insulation on the other end. My oldest son even caught a roofing nail in his tennis shoe 2 days after they left. Forward a WHOLE MONTH after, some random guy shows up unannounced. Backed the company pickup he was driving past the front of my house and into my gated backyard looking for leftover materials. There was NOTHING left behind except a few handfuls of nails I tried to stress to the crew even using the help of google translate to make sure they got all of them as I park big trucks on my property and tires are not cheap. Would not recommend… Should’ve went with Maven.

Would give no stars if i could. I called to schedule estimate and was told they would be at my house at 2:30. Well 3:30 rolled around and i had to call to find out what was going on. Well finally the guy showed up, quoted higher than other companies but he said he could do the work on the next day, my husband waited all day, no show, no call! Unprofessional, i called, left a message. I got a call back finally, he said a project took longer than they expected. Okay, i understand, things happen. He goes but we will be out the next day(Sunday). I asked what time, because we can't sit around all day waiting AGAIN, he said 9AM. We were okay with it, well no call, no show, no return call, no return text. Yes, i called and left a message and told them to just cancel, ill find someone else. Even after all that not even an attempt to salavage their mess or even apologize for their unprofessional actions. I called and had another company do an estimate, which was less expensive and roof was fixed. After my experience, I can not suggest anyone to go with this company. I figured with all the good reviews it was my choice, but nope. Use with caution.

Angel and Joe came by our house a little while after a couple hail storms. They offered to do a free inspection. They were professional and took pics of everything. They contacted our insurance for us and worked with the adjuster, even being on site when he was scheduled to come. My state farm adjuster knew them and said they are really good. That made me feel better right away. My first estimate before the roofing office estimator did the final was about half the cost of the final roofing job. They worked with my insurance to make sure we got a complete job and the insurance was happy with the estimate as well. Obviously, the crew that was subcontracted out. They worked really hard once approval from insurance and scheduled. I have a pretty difficult roof and large and they worked for 1.5 days and got it done. I would recommend leaving during the day. Continuous hammering. They seemed to be able to read each others minds and flow very well. They tried really hard to clean up after. Of course, some of the nails and stuff went down the down spouts and flushed out later. They did clean the gutters of debris that they could reach. There were a couple of hiccups, but as explained, MD Roofing stood behind their satisfaction guarantee. Angel was always just a text away. She is the sweetest. I witnessed an MD Roofing and Solar employee from Myrtle Beach physically assault a lady in public yesterday and could not believe my eyes. If this is the kind of people this company hires I would recommend EVERYONE stay away from them. It was very disturbing to watch and I almost called the police myself but the guy left the scene too quickly. I own a business as well and if one of my employees was using my company car and acted the way this guy acted , he would lose his job. That would be a poor representation of my reputation and the kind of people I employ.

Very professional. They had my new roof on in 1.5 days and it looks beautiful. The crew worked hard, and one guy cleaned up as the others removed the old roof. Had a few issues along the way and they stood by their promise that everything would be done professionally and to my satisfaction. Responsive to my concerns regarding the roof. These guys did my Dads house. They promised him a timely job but had to reschedule multiple times. They did a poor job the cedar shake and did not do half the things they promised. The big reason my Dad chose these clowns were due to the fact they could take care of the solar panels on the roof. The job has been done for months and the panels are still on the ground. After all the delays and jobs that they quoted for and not attempt they sent him a bill. His roof cost over 30g for a small three bed one story home. They are a rip off. I would never recommend anyone do business with this company. I’m sure we will have to lawyers involved to solve all the issues.Service: Roof installation
