Highly recommend!!! Zack helped us get a family member's house ready for sale. The house needed a lot of work and he made several cost efficient recommendations that helped us stay within our budget but would still deliver a great product. We are in another state and we completely trusted him to complete this project while we were not nearby. He and his crew did an excellent job and the house sold very quickly! I only wish I could get him to my state so he could complete some projects at my house.

Patriot Property Services did an amazing job! I desperately needed a new roof and Zack was so personable and attentive. Any questions or concerns I had, he responded very promptly! Zack even handled the insurance company for me. Simon overlooked the project and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The team was very thorough and went above and beyond. While they were up on my roof replacing it they even cleaned out my gutters. When they were done with the project they made sure they cleaned up everything as well as every last nail! This team does it all, from roofing to painting to power washing to even HVAC! I don’t think I’ll ever need to use another company because they are a one stop shop! Although the beginning of the experience was great, Zach and his team came to my house to paint, pressure wash and do other odd jobs around the house. His team did not show up a few days to finish the work that was agreed upon until I called and sent messages.Though the paint job looked great at first glance, we are continuously finding spots around the house where the painter did not move the furniture and paint behind it. There is an entire square in our bedroom behind the night stand where it’s the same old color prior to painting. His communication skills also lack. Zach told us to send him a list from the inspection we were having if anything came back and he would take a look at it. Between emails, phone calls and text messages we have yet to receive a response. Zach is a nice, personable guy but I would not recommend his company.

Zack and his guys did a great job on our shower remodel. They are down to earth people and very respectful. Zach ans his team went above and beyond we were selling my grandmas house from multiple states and need a cohesive plan after the inspector destroyed us in the inspection. Zach bridged a distrust between us and the buyers (we had no idea what bad shape the house was in) and saved the real estate deal which provided care for my grandma. He also could have raised our quote but didn’t on principle that we were doing all of this to get cash for my grandmothers care. Integrity is the word. Above and beyond. Don’t hesitate to use them. You will be in the best hands.

We recently moved to the area and I noticed this company's cards all over the kitchen. When our kitchen pipes leaks severely, we contacted the realtor to see if the seller knew who did the repairs. I was sent a screen shot of this company's card.A representative, who held himself out as a supervisor worked for maybe 10 minutes. He said the repair was poorly done and he would call back tomorrow (a week+ ago) to set up a fix. I also talked to him about other work and he indicated there were employees who could do the additional work I'd pay for upon agreed terms.I've had no phone calls. I've called the company four (4) time since the promise to call me next day, left messages, none were ever returned.In my opinion, I would give them a pass when looking for reliable help. It's sad for me to leave this review as a life long first responder

Set up an appointment with the owner to have my house pressure washed weeks in advance. Appointment time came and went; waited hours, called twice to see where they were - no call back. Later learned their technician had an issue not having a valid driver's license. I was told they were supposed to come the next day, yet another day of waiting and no one showed up or called.
