We always use Roto Pat for carpet cleaning! They always respond promptly and this last time were able to fit us in the very next day! I love how they spot treat any areas I ask and my carpets look amazing when they are finished!! Everyone we have encountered is professional and friendly and I like that the same crew comes each time to do the cleaning! I think that speaks volumes! I have used Roto-Pat multiple times for both carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning and I was satisfied every time. His cleaning crew is friendly and professional. Mr. Roto-Pat is very interested in making sure his customers are satisfied and I received an immediate request for a private review of the service. That made me realize he cares about his customers and wants to make sure that his crew is doing a satisfactory job. Very satisfied, I used RotoPat for my carpet cleaning for several years now. After a huge storm, I had flood hit my house and it was a disaster! I called and within 3 hours, a crew was set up and at my place. He may not be the biggest company out there, but I will always use him for my carpet and Flood/renovation needs!! We used Roto-Pat to clean our tile floor, mainly the grout between the tile. Our house is five years old and the grout on our tile floor was discolored and dingy looking. Patrick told me "let me just come by and show you what we can do and then you decide if you want to proceed." I couldn't believe the difference the cleaning made on all our tile floors. Roto pat to the rescue! Thank-you so much guys for handling my flooring dilemma. If anyone needs carpet cleaning, flooring, or remodeling services done to their home, you need to call roto pat. The two guys that came to my house I think Gary and Billy, were incredibly professional and even helped me with something else at no charge ( took 5 minutes ). Roto pats construction supervisor Jim was real informative and full of ideas for my remodeling work that they are working on right now.

When the stop valve in my washing machine decided to malfunction and flood my house I called Roto-pat. Patrick, the owner, and his crew arrived in less than ten minutes, began the clean up process, and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. Patrick was very helpful in keeping me informed as to the process involved in piecing my home back together. Patrick was also helpful and very informative in explaining the steps involved with submitting my claim to the insurance company. Talking about a company that cares about doing good work.. I mean, I wish all companies were ran the same way. I had mold issues in my addic. The owner himself came by and ran meticulous inspection of the work to achieve. Required the best prep to operate properly, then achieved a thorough work.The techs were very knowledgeable about what they had to do. They paid attention in keeping my kid and pets safe and even pointed at other details in other areas of my house that needed to be fixed eventhough they were not the company that was going to have to take care of these other unrelated issues. One of the techs even came back one morning to point and explain what he saw to the people handling work orders for my neighborhood.I definitely recommend this company. You can't go wrong with them.

Talked to pat the owner yesterday about getting our carpets cleaned through this business again. Today, a guy named Gary came by and others came by aggressively refused to shake hands, didn't even want to look at our carpets before saying they were too bad last time to do them again and claiming his boss made a mistake and he's above his boss, came inside and looked at the first floor and told my step mom with severe anxiety that he doesn't know how we can live here and we're all filth. Comes outside and she asks for his name. "Terry" she asked, he said with attitude a raised voice and waving an intimidating hand motion saying "Gary! With a G! Like I told you on the phone!" then came to the door and shut our front door hard in her face. She cried nonstop for several hours and had a severe panic attack and couldn't breathe. She didn't raise her voice once or swear once yet this grown man on the job in his 30's treated a lady alone like this. She claims she was scared to speak thinking he would hit her at one point.The carpets aren't even that bad and isn't that what a professional deep cleaning carpet service is for? Regardless, it doesn't excuse this disgusting behaviour.

Roto-Pat to the rescue!!! Over the wknd, I woke up by the sound of dripping water in my condo. I had a leak in the plumbing and the floor was soaked. It was almost midnight and I didn't expect to actually talk to anyone at that time, but they answered and came out immediately. They sucked up all the water and set up drying equipment. Because of their fast response, I won't have to worry about mold (which they are still monitoring just in case). Everyone was very professional and put me at ease. Thanks so much!!
