I just got my roof replaced by United Roofing and they did an outstanding job. Our salesperson was Sergio, he was great and walked me through the entire process from inspection to insurance claim to roof replacement. It did not take that long to have replaced after the order was put in and they really took the time to have installed properly. Highly recommend this company anyone looking for a new roof.

I am very impressed with this company. They actually told us that our roof did not need to be replaced following the tornado damage in December, but since my insurance company wanted to replace it, they were my first call.Galina was very knowledgeable, and helped us with selecting the best options for our new roof, and was able to make sure the cost fit within the insurance payment.We ended up being on the schedule earlier than we expected, and because we were out of town, they assisted us with clearing items from near the house so they would not be damaged during the installation. They arrived on time, finished the same day, and were scrupulous about cleanup.Every person with whom I have spoken has been polite and helpful. The best home improvement project I have ever had in my 24 years of home ownership. Plus, the roof is gorgeous!

I had a fantastic experience working with United. Mark Mullery was assigned to assist me through the entire process, and his service was excellent. He was on the ball the entire time. From dealing with insurance company, to scheduling a very quick turnaround on the install, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Shoutout as well to the install crew who did an amazing job on the install and clean up. They were done in just over a half a days work and my yard and driveway were spotless after they finished up. Highly recommend this company and thanks again Mark Mullery for all the hard work and dedication to this project!

Very pleased with our new roof. We sustained damage in the tornado before Christmas 2023 and contacted Mark with United, came out promptly assessed the damage and worked up a quote worked with our insurance and once the insurance approved the office contacted to schedule and the job started within the same week!! I cannot say many other things happen that seamlessly. The other part that I appreciate about Mark with United is that he allowed me to communicate in the way that worked best with my schedule which is usually text or email and occasionally voice and when necessary the face to face and I really appreciate that.Also the supervisors of the project and the team themselves I have no complaints they came they worked and they left maybe even cleaner than they found it. I still haven’t found a stray nail or debris from the work which is also a HUGE plus. BIG BIG THANK YOU TO UNITED ROOFING!!!!

At first I said NO todo our roof but then Soufianne really encourage me to do it and try his best to get appprove after multiple attempt. He didn’t quit si he tried again and finally insurance approved for the whole roof replacement. Galina and the folks at United Roofing are incredible! Galina was our salesperson and from the moment that she stopped by, we felt like we were dealing with a friend! United Roofing helped us navigate the process and worked with us step by step to get a beautiful and high quality roof installed on our home. Our insurance company fell short in helping us and we were so glad that we had Galina and United Roofing on our side. Everything in the process was explained to the tiniest detail and we always felt comfortable and never pressured. On the day that the new roof was to be installed, the team arrived and completed the work in less than a day. It was obvious that everyone who was on the team were professionals and that they don't just hire "day laborers". The team were polite and friendly and made sure to leave our lawn and property cleaner that when they arrived. I have not found a single nail or piece of debris when mowing. What a pleasant experience! Camila Ramirez knocked on my door asking to look at my roof for hail damage. She climbed on the roof taking pictures with a camera and a drone. She took my insurance info and submitted all necessary paperwork to the insurance company. It took the insurance time to approve the replacement due to the adjuster being overwhelmed, Camila stayed after them. I literally had to do anything. The crew that came and performed the work were very professional and polite. The clean up afterwards was unbelievable. I can't imagine an experience like this to have gone any better. Also, just a note: I had my mother's house re-shingled about 18 months ago, and the company only gave me a 5-year guarantee. That company told me that was the standard. United gave me a certificate guarantying roof for 10 years- too bad I didn't know about UNITED ROOFING 18 months ago. Love this company!!

Our roofing project went perfectly! Galena inspected the roof, coordinated with our insurance inspector and obtained funds from our insurance company. The production team delivered the shingles and other materials. The old roof was removed and the new roof was installed in one day! By the time the roof was installed, the cleanup crew had picked up and hauled away all the debris including everything that blew into our neighbor’s yards due to windy conditions. Galena was available throughout the whole process by phone and email. We have a beautiful new roof and it only cost us our insurance deductible. United Contractors Roofing has their stuff together. Sarbon was the only person my wife and I spoke to face to face. So, to us, he was basically the face of the company. He was always polite, professional, and very responsive throughout this process. Our roof looks beautiful. The team of roofers were very quick. Only took a couple days with one extra day for cleanup. United Contractor's Roofing and Mark Mullery, in particular, were fantastic to work with! Our insurance originally only approved 30 shingles for replacement, but Mark assured us that this happens all the time, told us about the "brittle test" and SC state law that enabled us to get the whole roof replaced due to the fragility of the existing shingles. Mark and his company did all the work needed to make our new roof happen and were efficient and did quality work. I would recommend Mark and United Contractor's Roofing anyday!

We had damage from a micro burst in December. Sergio came out the same day in the pouring rain and patched our roof. Our roof was replaced timely. It looks great, and we are very satisfied with the job. We would highly recommend United Roofing. Lee & Tish
