Only one word to describe our experience with Up & Over Roofing....AWESOME!!! I scheduled a roof inspection with Chad to discuss our aging roof. I ask for a honest opinion...and that is just what my wife and I received . No pressure whatsoever....but in the end we decided to move forward with having our aging roof replaced. On Wednesday March 20, 2024 the crew arrived at 6:30am to begin work. Diego and crew were the absolute best. By 3:00 in the afternoon the entire roof was replaced....areas around our home cleaned from roofing debris. The new Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles (Hearthstone color) look fantastic. Everyone we encountered at Up & Over were so nice and welcoming. Thank you Chad...Diego and crew....Natasha.....Linda...and Matt...you are all outstanding people. What an amazing experience we had with Up and Over Roofing! We had to get a new roof installed after our move to Myrtle Beach, and a local here had recommended them to me. And it could not have gone any easier. Chad came out to us and told us our options and gave us a competitive price compared to other companies. We chose them for their system and felt confident with their roofing knowledge.The crew came out as scheduled, all in uniform and very pleasant to communicate with. We had metal roofing on top of shingles and they still managed to get done by 4pm! The cleanup job was impressive our property looked untouched when they left. Absolutely amazing job we love our new roof!!!

Really happy I chose Up & Over to do my roof. Chad was the only person I got an estimate from that was professional and explained everything to me. Bonus...they were the lowest price!! Alex and his whole team were friendly, efficient and Alex kept me up to date as they went along. Really cool to have a link to drone pics as they worked and they respectfully kept the pics to my house only. The company has a nice guarantee on their work that some others do not. Up and Over Roofing did a fantastic job on removing and replacing our roof. The supervisor told us everything they were going to do, and kept us informed every step of the way. They whole crew was was excellent and knew what they were doing. They were professional, very nice and a pleasure to be around. It was amazing to watch them in action. Up and Over is fantastic. From the office staff to the owner to the superintendents to the guys on the roof itself; all are first class people. They explain everything they will do, when they will start and an approximate time they will finish. After several years of using them I have never been disappointed. The cleanup of the job site is immaculate: no nails, no debris of any kind. If you want the job done, right the first time, be sure to give up and over roofing a call!

I really didn't know where to begin or what to do when a tornado damaged my roof. I reached out to Up & Over Roofing with questions and I'm so glad I did! Matt quickly came out to assess the damage and helped me understand the insurance claim process. Chad met the insurance adjuster and explained what the next steps would be. Annamae went above and beyond with every step of the process. Diego and his crew arrived at 6:30am and were completely done and cleaned up in 4 hours. Matt, Annamae, Natasha, Chad and Diego were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all for making the situation less stressful, I absolutely love my new roof!

Up and Over Roofing did an impressive job removing and replacing our roof. It all started with the president, John Merolle, who we to discuss our roofing needs. He discussed the shingles as well as all the other materials that would be used. He walked us through the entire process of what would happen on the day of the roof installation. The crew is professional, Alex Sampson and Diego Zamora arrived on time, informed us of the process which matched up with Mr. Merolle, and the crew started. Diego Zamora remained onsite, supervising the operation. He took care of an issue/concern we had pointed out to him. He listened to our concern, got up on a ladder, and inspected it himself. He resolved the issue quickly and once completed he got us to make sure we were satisfied. Exceedingly rare to receive that customer care now a days. Alex Sampson followed up to ensure there were no other outstanding issues. The entire crew was excellent and did a fantastic job, and a wonderful job cleaning up. The photos provided are excellent as you watch the roof replacement in real time, before, during, and after the job is a nice touch. The old roof and new roof installed in a single day. When completed Diego walked the property with us to ensure there was no damage, issues, concerns, and that we were completely happy before the crew departed. The office staff, Linda, was always pleasant, helpful, and responsive to our questions or concerns. We highly recommend Up and Over Roofing!

This roofing company is awesome. Got 6 estimates. They were the cheapest. Offer highest quantity shingles. Professional crew that were on time and fast. Cleaned up everything. Even offered a photo time line to be texted to your phone. Linda in the office was so helpful and kind. She always either answers the phone or gets right back to you. Had storm damage due to a tornado, Up and Over roofing came over in 2 days and did a assessment of roof and work worked with my insurance company to get all the paperwork out of the way. They came out today 1/4/23 and the Team leader Alex Sampson and crew came out and took off the old roof and install the new roof in less than 6 hours. They did a fantastic job with the new roof as well as clean up. The yard is cleaner now than it was when they first started. I Recommend the company for your roof installs as repairs , a top notch outfit . I give then 5 stars !!!!!!

Our absentee neighbor hired U&OR. The AN did not do the right thing and give us a heads up about the disruption. We live in a tight townhouse group and just recently had a burned out building removed and new sod place in the footprint. Spoke with Alex about my sod concerns and no sod was damaged. Very very impressed with the professionalism of the crew and the how clean the site was after the roof installation.

Found a piece of roof shingle in the yard today after last night's winds.Called Up & Over. They were here in under two hours. He went up on the roof, took pictures of the vent pipe where the shingle had blown off. Fixed the problem.Didn't charge us.They had done a repair for us on another part of the roof after high winds last year. Charged less than I expected.Very nice of them to do this one at no charge.Fast, polite, experts.Many roofers in the area, most advertise like crazy.These guys don't need to. They are that good.

Up & Over Roofing replaced my shingles on my roof. They came around 6 am where done by noon. The process from when Chad the owner came to my house to dicuss the estimate to scheduling with Linda to the entire crew that did the work was excellent. The clean up was absolutley outstanding as there wasn't a sinlge shred of shingles left behind in my yard. I would highly recomend Up & Over Roofing to complete any roof work you need done.

I can't say enough about Chad, he came out explained, everything, gave us a quote, we accepted and a week later we have a beautiful roof. I just want to begin with it was not my roof being completed. Now with that being said, I was heading out the door this morning very early for work (6:30am), I did not think I would be able to back out of my driveway, but with the help of Alex I had no problems. He was very helpful and he and the crew at up and over were working diligently and hard. I later came home from work here it is now almost 3:30pm and the team is out there working hard. They have an entire crew working to get the roof completed and the yard and roadway cleaned up. Highly recommend this company. Recommended by a retired friend / neighbor who's Family is in the roofing business in PA. and who had always sold and installed Atlas Shingles. I researched Atlas and Timberline roof shingles and decided on Atlas. Our previous roof was Timberline and was ready for replacement after 16 years. That's the WHY .The How was also our friend's / neighbor suggestion. The friend had "Up & Over Roofing" of Myrtle Beach install her new roof. As mentioned our friend has experience with roof installations. The friend was completely satisfied with the entire process with Up & Over Roofing.Here's the conclusion. We are thrilled with our new roof! The shingles look great. The installation looks perfect. There is NO SIGN of any roofing work having been done, no debris, no crushed plantings or shrubbery, no outdoor decorations not replaced properly, no debris on the ground or roof, There is nothing to indicate an entire roof was removed and replaced. The quality of the roof's appearance is perfect, every row and line is uniform and equally spaced. the workmanship is outstanding, and the shingle color choice (selection aided by the Company Sales Manager) is perfect for our house. The owner of this business came out in the middle of Hurricane Ian and put a tarp on my roof that had extensive. Water was pouring into one of our bedrooms. I can't thank them enough for preventing further interior damage. They then came when the insurance adjuster was here and helped us challenge the insurance company to receive adequate compensation. Today their crew led by Alex Sampson put on a new roof and it looks great. The crew was efficient and neat and did a great job.
