I had two large (3 panel) hurricane proof sliders installed. The two guys who did the install (Yanis and his brother Alex) did an outstanding job and were great communicating not only the installation plan but they also called each morning to confirm their arrival time. They were very neat and organized and had both sliders installed on the first day. The second day was used to do the final install of the screens and hardware as well as any remaining caulking. They left my home very clean and we very respectful of the property. I would recommend this company. Matt was excellent and the quoting process was great. He came to do the final inspection and hand carried some touch up paint if it’s ever needed in the future!!

Our experience with Window & Door was top notch.We were comfortable with Matthew coming to our home to measure for our two patio doors. The process of ordering the doors and scheduling for the installation was easy. The office staff were also very responsive to texts and emails.Their installation crew was beyond fantastic, thorough, efficient and made sure to clean up as they went. Before leaving they explained how to operate the keypad and locks. We love our new doors.

We are very pleased with the work completed by Giannis and Alex of Window and Door LLC. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. Taking no breaks, they worked tirelessly to remove our existing windows and install French doors leading out to our pool (before and after pics attached). They were respectful, detailed and left the work area clean and free of debris. I would highly recommend them. We were very happy with their work!

I would recommend window and door LLC to anybody. From day, one with Matthew he was great on time show me exactly what they were going to do and a few days later, Chase came out and installed my screen in balconey he’s a great guy, well experienced carpenter , knew what he was doing my wife and I are very happy with the work. In my opinion: Do not use this company!!! Have their work immediately audited by someone from the city or who is certified. Make sure to ask if they install to the manufacturer’s specifications for any product! This is very important. If it’s not installed properly you could void a warranty immediately. Products only last their true life if they’re installed properly.Make them write that in the contract: installed to manufacturer’s specifications. If they refuse, ask them why. If they don’t install a product to manufactures specs or basic code you will have to pay someone to come in and fix all the errors. Or, just accept that the manufacturer’s warranty is voided. Or, accept whatever manifests later because of the poor quality of work.Make sure they give you a detailed list of materials, quantity, and price! Do not trust them. You need the product code to make sure their price and what you’re getting is accurate. Do not let them just state vaguely the material or product name they will be using. Products and materials have entire lines that range in price. If you get a contract that is vague, it’s on purpose. It’s already stated by another reviewer they will say: it’s not in the contract. You could be staring at another project once they say they’re done. You will be paying twice. You will have to pay someone to come in and fix the poor quality of work.Go over every detail of the contract and write each part out. Something that seems obvious, even for explicit safety or quality could be dismissed by this company.They left electrical wires exposed on siding and only completed half a wall and said the other side was not in the contract. Who would pay for half a wall? I shouldn’t have to ask you to sheet rock both sides of a wall. I shouldn’t have to explicitly put in the contract to put the electrical boxes back on. That is a safety hazard and could cause major problems. Why would I pay for half a wall to get done! No reasonable person would do that especially at the price I paid. They also refused to pick up their waste stating another project’s waste was on top. I spent 2 seconds removing the other projects waste to uncover the huge pile of garbage they left. Instead of saying: we can work together to solve the problem, I was simply told that voided them removing anything. I guess they already got their money so they don’t care any more at that point. Do not pay in full, withhold payment for incomplete work. I also stepped on a nail due to how they set the waste on the house.In my opinion: If you use this company, you probably will have to pay another contractor to come out and finish the project or repair the poor quality of work.Read all the comments on here and take notes. If someone is warning you in these reviews about any specific thing, it’s for a reason. If multiple people are repeating the same incidents , it’s for a reason. I hope this review helped and I hope you find a good and honest contractor out there.I regret finding this company. Beware of this company.

They installed 24 windows and a sliding glass door. The black framed windows have updated our house from 1972!! I'm not putting the curtains back up because the windows are so clear while cutting the heat and glare. I fully expect the electric electricity bill to drop. The job was done quickly and they worked with us on all concerns. Planning for them to replace some doors also.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to win the new door that opens to our garage. We love the tempered glass and the privacy it offers when we have our garage door opened.The installation went very well. Giannis Kume and his brother did a fabulous job. A little readjusting had to be done to the door opening, but you could never tell the work was done unless you watched it happening.Again, our thanks for this terrific new door!

We have all heard horror stories revolving around major renovation projects and shady companies. Well, you are not going to read one here.When Matt showed up to measure our project, he had the answer to every question we raised. His friendly attitude and no pressure presentation was refreshing after some other 'Buy now for our special price' offers we had gotten. The contract laid out every detail about the windows and door, no misunderstandings possible about what was agreed upon.I can't say enough about the installation crew. Giannis and his assistant (sorry, forgot his name) are true craftsmen. His attention to the smallest detail during installation was incredible. They treated our home as if it were their own. Drop clothes on the floors for protection and they even removed their shoes when working inside. The few small issues that arose during the install were explained to me along with their suggested remedy.The field manager, Paul, would stop by to ensure all was going well and to address any issues. He was only a phone call away if any problems were to arise. He also came by to do the final inspection when the job was completed.Sandi in the office handled any requests or needs we had in a professional and friendly manner.Final cleanup was impeccable. I could not find even a single nail in the grass. Except for the new windows and door, you would never know they had been here.I strongly recommend Window and Door LLC. Great product, fair price, excellent install and top notch service, all qualities that are getting harder to find in the 'new normal'.

Terrible communicators. Will not take notes of your preferences so make sure you follow up in writing with what you want and make sure every detail down the handle, lock etc is in contract. They will write contract as vague as possible and send cryptic emails making you think something was included when it was not. Door installers did the best they could given the lack of information they received from the rest of the team. No showed on second day. Product was fine but the issue is communication with this team so just know that going in.

After Hurricane Ian damaged our sliding glass door we ordered a Pella Hurricane Shield sliding door from Window and Door LLC. They did excellent work on the installation. So good, in fact, that I don’t even need to touch up any paint on the molding and trim. This Pella slider is the Rolls Royce of doors and is definitely worth the extra money. With our old door we could hear every car passing by, but my wife and I can’t get over how quiet our living room is now. Window and Door LLC has definitely earned the five start rating!

I had a great experience with Matthew, Sandi, and the rest of the team at Windows & Doors LLC. I needed a bunch of doors and windows replaced with new hurricane rated items. They were able to do it with a relatively quick turnaround time (especially compared to others I got quotes from) and at a fair price. They communicated well throughout and I never felt like I was getting the runaround. I have a few more projects for next year and they'll be my first call when I'm ready to start those.
